Ugh I've been feeling like crap for so long I don't even remember what it's like to feel good.

Is there anyone out there that honestly feels good? Like physically just healthy and well? No pain or discomfort or malaise or anything?

omg i have so much work to do but i feel jittery as fuck and have a headache and it just really makes me nervous that im going to be having too much health issues still to be in grad school. like the idea that this chronic pain is affecting my ability to think clearly and do intellectual work has been looming over me since it got really bad during undergrad and im just trying to will myself into believing that its not true or that its temporary so i dont give up and kill myself or commit myself to a lifetime of mindless labor augh to be fair its a huge improvement from how bad the chronic pain was even a year or two ago but i just cant stand feeling so limited and trapped by my physical body lel

During exercise yesterday, my back cracked, and today I'm in so much pain, I can barely move.

And this is supposedly exercise specifically for the back!

But I suspect it's actually designed for able bodied, healthy people. Not for chronic pain sufferers. Like. Is it really that healthy to quickly twist your upper body from one side to the other, when your vertibrae have exessive bone that impinge your discs/nerves? I remember being told slow movements are better, as to not hurt yourself (further)

The woman who hosts it has been skinny, fit, and abled her whole life. The type who regularly does "cleansing fasts" aided by an alternative medicine practitioner...

How long will they last? - honestly though. A very long time.. Granted he’s a tsun. but.. mimi is such a cute and doesn’t realise half the time.
