-I know people want to think that Christy and Wade live separate, Christy with mom, Wade with dad, but in Wades voice lines he groans upset saying he has to go see dad again, so it wouldn’t make sense why he lives with him. I believe Misses Martin has custody of both her children.

-In my vintage headcannon, Christy and Wade's mom and dad are still married and live together. They have an uncle who is on the richer side of town, on their dad's side. Their dad is a slum, drinks day in and out.

-Mrs. Martin has an obsession with wanting everything to look neat and tidy, she has herself was called tackey by the Gauthier family. Christy has a better room than Wade, Wade's room lacks books and he keeps a revolver in a case under his dresser. Just to make himself feel cool and "all American" like.

-Their family crest is the letter M. But it's not real gold, it's painted to look like gold. The Martin family is quite jealous of the Wiles family, and the Harringtons. So they try to make themselves look stereotypically polished, most scandal does come from their house.

-Wade's friends Tom, Davis, Troy and Russell hang out in his dad's basement and mess around with his stuff. He's trying to find things about his uncle and pops, why are they so different and why they have some sort of falling out.
