A long ass post about ChrisxVik which I have decided shall be called Viktophe

Okay so they meet when Christophe is 15 & Viktor is 17 and Christophe looks like:

and Christophe has been a fan of Viktor’s for f o r e v e r probably in the same fashion as Yuuri only probs a lil more lowkey because Chris has been training to be a competitive skater since he was a smol bean so while he followed Viktor’s career in the same capacity as Yuuri he just didn’t have the time to become legit #fanboy. Still you know Viktor is someone Chris looks up to and probs wants to emulate and when Viktor actually sees what Chris can do he’s p. intrigued as well you know up until this point there might’ve been other skaters who Viktor lost to (Cause at this point he’s not a 5x consecutive winner r e m e m b e r this) and boy probs doesn’t hold any records just yet so there are people better than him in that capacity but nobody ever really challenged Viktor, and THIS LIL NUGGET HERE DID.

So anyway. They start out their friendship as just like a friendly-rival thing (with Christophe having the biggest crush on Viktor bc Chris is 15 & a smol nervous muffin & Viktor is 17 & super hot) but they don’t see/talk to each other much outside of when they saw each other at competitions (You gotta figure it’s 2006 social media is not what it is today u feel.) BUT ANYWAYS.

their first kiss happens around this time. But it’s not a romantic kiss. It just turns out that Viktor kisses his friends on the mouth so one day he kisses Chris in greeting and Chris h o n e s t l y has to lay down after that. 

Fast forward to when Chris is ~18 and Viktor is ~20 and Chris shows up at his first event not looking like that dweeb up there ^ bUT LIKE

and of course everyone drops dead. But no. SEriously. Dude hits puberty ridiculously fast and the kid who Viktor last saw being like 5 ft 3 is now suddenly 6 ft and has facial hair and the best bod and a really gr8 haircut. He’s also maybe possibly a lil more confident in himself now that he doesn’t look like a 12 year old so he’s more upfront with people (esp Vik hehe) and of course that really interests Viktor so they quickly become besties.

Within the next year, they start visiting each other at home, going to the other’s competitions even when they’re not competing in it, calling each other non-fucking-stop. Christophe sneaks into Viktor’s hotel room during competitions literally just to braid his hair and Viktor paints his nails an d basically they’re super obnoxious besties who love each other a lot. You know. The best kind.

But hoo. Hooooooo boy. Oh man. Okay.

So it’s the next skating season thing whatever (Making them 19&21) & Chris & Vik are chillin in this hotel room after a comp as they usually do except it’s not as per usual because bois r drunk and they ended up making out bc Chris is a #virgin he can’t be doin no hookups drunk r u kidding me.

But anyways it sorta becomes a regular thing. The making out. And the making out slowly turns into full hook ups (and  y es Chris lost his virginity to viktor shh)

And from there it just. keeps happening. All the time. Like they don’t plan to but every time the two see each other they end up hooking up and AT SOME POINT they just start casually kissing when around each other & their usual chill hangouts as besties slowly become more and more romantic and before these boys know it they’re fucking dating.

So they don’t have a real anniversary and never did it was just like “Oh wait this happened ???” && honestly they were both p. hap with the scenario & just shrugged and went along with it bc why not.

Few more years go by (~21&23) & Christophe realizes his bae is having a bit of a sad this week so he goes and flies to Russia to surprise him and o h s h i t 

Viktor is mid-breakdown & also has short hair and Christophe is honestly confused as shit but he snugs his bf and tells him how hot he looks with short hair and really it dawns on Christophe just how bad he is at comforting people.

but it’s fine it’s good they’re okay.

they start seeing each other less because Viktor is super famous and gets super busy with photoshoots & competitions & training & the same with Christophe just on a slightly lesser level.

It’s a year later and Viktor is right in the middle of his wining streak and Christophe has already noticed that Viktor seems to be sacrificing his happiness in order to win gold (which he is)

So Christophe tries to bring it up and a fight breaks out in which they both have some choice words & the argument blows way out of proportion and they sorta mutually agree to break up while screaming their heads off at each other??

And they sorta avoid each other for the rest of the season and it’s the first year Chris doesn’t get silver.

During the off-season, Viktor shows up at Christophe’s place totes unexpected & boys talk through things & do the do again but it’s very sad they literally both cry through it and they decide breaking up is probs best even tho neither of them really want it ?? But they figure breaking up now is good bc at least then they can still be friends.

And they do !!! It’s a lil awks at first but they v. quickly become besties again just like they used to (ok not just like they used to there is 500% less making out but shh)

Anyways they love each other still & always will but they just suck at being bfs lmao.

They’re both versatile as fu uck so there is...so much switching in the bedroom...good & pure...

They never REALLY went public w/ their relationship just because media is #scary so sometimes they casually mention it around friends and people just. W HAT.

Viktor...gave...Christophe his cat....for his bday...bc his bday is also Valentine’s Day and he had to double the romance so he gave Christophe his soulmate in cat form....

Christophe taught Viktor how to speak French !!!! It was super cute !!!!

Viktor tried to teach Christophe Russian but Christophe is a lil fuck who can’t concentrate and probs just ruins lessons to makeout or whatever.

His parents are v. strict business types who have a giant soft spot for Christophe. They have an assortment of stupid nicknames for him and they adopt all his friends bc they are always so hap when their son is hap.

He was one of those kids who really wanted to pursue a new thing each day so he’s moderately skilled in a lot of things just because his interests changed so much as a child && his parents let him just pick up/put down anything without much consequence.

He’s left handed. He just is. Okay.
