Every Hudson Valley Wedding has that special moment where the bride and groom get introduced into their reception room and meet in the center of the dance floor to share their first dance. This is something little girls dream about their whole life. When it finally comes true and in that moment all their hard work and planning pay off, it is something they will never forget.
What song to choose? Should we take dance lessons? Should we ask the bridal party to join in? Should the bridal party be standing around the dance floor or at their seats? How long should the dance be?
These are a few questions that are exciting to work together as a couple to answer and those answers are reflective of the wedding you have always dreamed of. Here at the Grandview we will always help you look for inspiration to make sure your special day is everything you wish it will be and more!

Wine is a very popular Hudson Valley wedding theme. We see corks used for so many things at The Grandview, including escort cards, but never like in the first photo. This is such as easier way to pull off this look! You only have to cut one slit into the cork and the card helps to balance it upright.
What are other decorating ideas do you have for using wine corks?
