So returning characters will literally make or break a fighting game from me. I don't care how good the game looks if Christie Monterio doesn't make Tekken 8 I don't buy it. World Tour is the only reason I ended up Buying Street Fighter 6 after Laura Matsuda didn't return.

Mortal Kombat has always been a simple one for me. Sub-Zero is all I need, after that if Skarlet returns, I'm even more happy. BUT, honesty, this Kameo fighter shit is really starting to kill my Hype. First off after the shit they pulled with Cyrax and Sektor in 11 they deserve playable spots, not just demoted to Kameo, second I'm also getting worried cause in all the gameplay I've seen Sonya and Jax have only been Kameo, they Better not be just Kameo fighters that to me is worse than just cutting them.

But ya, the Kameo thing looks cool, but it's kind of starting to hurt my hype. It's like a participation trophy. It kind of feels worse than not getting a trophy at all.

I thought the same thing as well, considering her surname and the fact that she fought so similarly to Jun. knowing it’s the opposite and she’s like on some far end relative spectrum kinda makes me wonder why they teased players with that T5 ending where she suppressed the Devil Gene in Jin. Like, what was that about if she has no real connection to the immediate Kazama family (Jun and Jin) and no take in that particular plot-line?

As for the Lili/Asuka thing, I’m used to it now (I kinda even like how goofy it is at time), but I wish that wasn’t all they were using Asuka (or even Lili) for. But, I also wish Tekken had a decent writing team as well, so... [shrugs].

I was already disappointed with tekken 7 story and character chapters, but this post opened my eyes. I wont expect much of story for asuka(and most of my other favs) for the future

I think I stopped expecting something from Tekken when Christie Monterio’s arcade story-mode never went beyond “I gotta find Eddy!” But Eddy’s seemed to progress, albeit at a snails pace, way beyond his relationship with Christie.

Everyone’s favorite Brazilian Capoeira fighter, Eddie Gordo, is making his return in Tekken 7. And he doesn’t seem to be in a happy mood. Failing to save his ill master as promised, Eddie has set his sights on the Mishima Zaibatsu. 

Eddie was one of those characters that were really in the right hands. Between his quick strikes, an assortment of kicks and his bizarre fighting style, he was easily a fan favorite. If they could master him, that is. Now that he’s back, I wonder if that means that Christie Monterio will make her return as well? While Eddie is avenging his master, Christie was his granddaughter. I’m sure the two share a common interest.

Tekken 7 launches on the PS4, Xbox One and PC on June 2nd, 2017. It’s still feels weird saying that Tekken 7 is headed to the PC, a first!

So getting Christie's ending was a complete and utter waste of my fucking time

It was so not worth that ass raping I got from Jun, just to sit there and watch what basically amounted to a animated storyboard of her running around in a train station looking for GASP Eddie. I know this is just a fighting game  but can they get off this shit please and give her something better to do? I care about this dynamic just about as much as Eddie appears too
