Dear God,

Tonight I ask that you help us remember that this world is temporary.

This life is temporary.

Our problems, our heartbreak and pain - all temporary.

We know this, Lord, but it’s so easy to get overwhelmed by our emotions and begin to feel hopeless and lost.

Let us always be reminded that nothing in this life, good or bad, will last forever.

Help us not to get so caught up in the temporary things we are faced with here,

That we neglect the things we need most.

YOU.

Your word.

Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will by no means pass away. I

(Luke 21:33)

Help us to remember that our happiest moments here on this earth and our most painful moments of suffering are all as a vapor, it will be over so quickly.

“For what is your life? It is even a vapour, that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away.” (James 4:14)

Help us to remember to put our faith, our hope and trust in You.

Help us to rest in Your peace, knowing that when this life is over we can be with You for eternity,

If You are the Lord of our life.

Help us, Jesus, to remain faithful to You, and to always be thankful for Your faithfulness to us!

We fail often, Lord, but You never do!

Thank You, for Your Grace, and Mercy and Love.

In Your precious name we pray, Jesus.

This journey all started with my submission to God Almighty on June 12, 2013.

I was brought low . . .

Publicly smiling and privately suffering . . .

My soul was set adrift by the effects of this world . . .

I was hurting. I was in so much spiritual pain.

I was emotionally torn and physically worn down.

Yet the world saw my smile and outward positivity.

I was an unpaid and underrated actress in my daily living.

I was broken and knew only He could fix me.

I was bravely or stupidly, depending upon your point of view, weathering the world's storms alone and without proper coverage.

He was waiting for me to return to His shelter and His covering and His everlasting love.

I cried out, or sobbed, (again, depending upon your point of view),

to Him –

My Father God, My Lord, God Almighty, Jesus Christ –

to reclaim me again, to hold me close, to kiss my brow, to forgive my hardheaded ways, to be My Lord.

And He did. Again.

Not the 1st million time either.

Me? His distracted daughter.

Me? His proudly self-sufficient child.

Me? His hurting stage player who wears the mask.

Me? Vulnerable and transparent, as I came to Him.

I don't feel worthy but He sent Jesus The Christ who said that He came for me just as I am.

He leaves me speechless.

To be loved by Him is indescribable.

Sunday blessings, friends! How can I pray for you this week? 🙏💗 Grace is one of God’s most beautiful gifts but one that gets overlooked in a culture where social media is too often weaponized as a tool to publicly condemn our neighbors, no matter how petty the perceived offense. And as much as I try to use social media as a tool to honor God, true grace is designed for face-to-face, in-person interactions. That deeper level of relational connectedness which social media can never replace. In fact, there is not a single human relationship I’ve had that did not at some point require the need for an exchange of grace. I am grateful for the grace others have shown me and am grateful for the moments God has helped me give grace in relationships that were worth sacrificing for. Start of Something New.

Back in January, I went to a prophecy room and received very specific insight. I would write a book, and through that book, I’d have an online ministry. It would create an international community that would break through. I’ve thought about this often - as I write, and as I learn how to create graphics and posts. I’m excited for what’s to come, but I’m also learning to dig deep. I have no idea when this prophecy will be fulfilled - but in the waiting, I’m gonna trust God and just write. Write about my life on here. Write about the promises that God has for me. Write about my mental health recovery. Write about my dreams and visions from the Lord. And along the way, I hope it encourages someone. I hope that I’ll get to pray for you on this platform and see the Lord move through the internet waves.
