COMMENTARY:
You have corrupted the Apostle's Creed by leaving off the verse "Suffered under Pontius Pilate". Pilate is the existential anchor of Christianity. this is a Marxist attempt to write Jesus out of history dating bac to the anti-war insurgency.

*#starwars #obiwankenobi #hesme #jesusthechrist #messiah #sonofgod* What role did Jesus play in the redemption of Adam’s race? When Adam sinned, God set a rescue plan in motion to redeem Adam (Genesis 3:15) by promising the Christ. God sent his only Son to die in place of Adam and pay the ransom to save Adam’s race (John 3:16). He transformed the mighty Logos into Mary’s womb to be born as the man Jesus (John 1:14). Yes, Jesus holds even more special status because he is the Christ (the Anointed One) sent by God.

*#emptyshelves #lostintranslation* "We assume ‘Hell’ is a Bible word chosen by God. It's rather the word chosen by Bible translators to translate Sheol (Grave) and Gehenna (Valley of Hinnom). The word ‘Hell’ therefore came to have a meaning beyond each word, adding the idea of everlasting conscious torment." -- Dyrel Collins, 'Immortality: Only In Christ'

*#theboys #homelander #sonofgod #augustus #caesar #JesusTheChrist #thetrueemperor* In 42 BC, Julius Caesar was formally deified as a god "the divine Julius" (divus Iulius) after his assassination. His adopted son, Augustus (27 BC - 14 AD, during the decades just before Jesus started his ministry) thus became known as divi filius (son of god). Augustus Caesar, promoted himself as the Son of God by means of propaganda (Eg. *Coins)* through the ends of the Roman Empire, including the Roman-occupied nation of Israel. 'At daybreak the council of the elders of the people, both the chief priests and the teachers of the law, met together, and Jesus was led before them. “If you are the Messiah,” they said, “tell us.” Jesus answered, “If I tell you, you will not believe me, and if I asked you, you would not answer. But from now on, the Son of Man will be seated at the right hand of the mighty God.” *They all asked, “Are you then the Son of God?”* He replied, “You say that I am.” Then they said, “Why do we need any more testimony? We have heard it from his own lips.” Then the whole assembly rose and led him off to Pilate. And they began to accuse him, saying, *“We have found this man subverting our nation. He opposes payment of taxes to Caesar* and claims to be Messiah, a king.” Luke 22:66-71; 23:1-2.

*#squidgame #twoammusings #evilikeepondoing #thehighercalling #repentfromdeadworks* *#whatawretchedman #nomancankeepit #lawcovenant #sininme #allundersin #sinceEden* At midnight I rise to give you thanks for your righteous laws. Psalm 119:62. If we claim to be without sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness. If we claim we have not sinned, we make him out to be a liar and his word is not in us. 1 John 1:8-10. Paul definitively declares it’s humanly impossible to work against sin and become righteous. But… why is that? He explains why – ‘We know that the law is spiritual; but I am unspiritual, sold as *a slave to sin.* I do not understand what I do. *For what I want to do I do not do, but what I hate I do.* And if I do what I do not want to do, I agree that the law is good. As it is, it is no longer I myself who do it, but it is sin living in me. For I know that good itself does not dwell in me, that is, in my sinful nature. For I have the desire to do what is good, but I cannot carry it out. *For I do not do the good I want to do, but the evil I do not want to do—this I keep on doing.* Now if I do what I do not want to do, it is no longer I who do it, but *it is sin living in me that does it.* So I find this law at work: Although I want to do good, evil is right there with me. For in my inner being I delight in God’s law; but I see another law at work in me, waging war against the law of my mind and making me a prisoner of the law of sin at work within me. What a wretched man I am! Who will rescue me from this body that is subject to death?’ Romans 7:14-24. Next question: But, why is every human in this state?

*#alternativekingdom* The Lord told Paul, “You must testify about me in Rome.” *#empire* They dragged the brothers before officials shouting, “These've caused trouble all over, defying Caesar saying there's another king Jesus.” Acts 23:11;17:6-7. Yes, just like Caesar's Roman empire, today's world is governed by Man's empires. And injustice, oppression, cruelty, corruption, wars and exploitation thrive in them everywhere. But the great empire that will bring all these to an end will be the Empire of Christ. *#empirefuture* And in that empire, justice and peace shall flourish. All of humanity will rise back to life from the dead (1Cor 15:21-22). They'll reunite with their loved ones again. And even more surprising is the fact that you can become a ruler in this Empire! Yes, Jesus said, "Do my *#will* till the end. Then I'll give you authority over [resurrected humans]. You'll rule them with an iron rod." Rev 2:26-27. *#hiswill* Jesus said, "Let the dead bury their own dead, but you go proclaim the Empire of God." Luke 9:59-60.

*#resistuntoblood #struggleagainstsinners #againstthosewhoopposethegospel #martyrs #shinichiyokoyama* http://ChristianityOriginal.com/Unprofitable *#unprofitablethings #thehighercalling* ‘Consider him who endured such opposition from sinners, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart. In your struggle against sin, you have not yet resisted to the point of shedding your blood’ - Heb 12:3-4. *Is this a call to resist sin to the point of shedding blood? Does that even make sense?* 1. Jesus suffered unto shedding his blood on the cross because of *opposition from sinners of this sinful world (‘such opposition from sinners’) working against him.* 2. *The Scriptures extend that to us - Just as sin i.e. the sinful world rose against Jesus, it would oppose our gospel work too. And we shouldn’t hesitate to resist it to the point of shedding our blood.* The author of Hebrews shows us Jesus’ example and asks us to do likewise. *He simply refers to the sinful world as sin.* Next question: Are there any examples of resisting unto blood?

*#timesofrestoration #purposeofChristReturn #billmurray* When will the Kingdom of God be established? What’s its purpose according to the Bible? *During Jesus’ return as the promised king, he is to restore the perfection lost in Eden.* 'He shall send Jesus whom the heaven must receive until *the Times Of Restitution Of All Things, which God hath Spoken By the mouth of all his Holy Prophets* since the world began' (Acts 3:20-22). 'The purpose which He has cherished in His own mind of restoring the whole creation to find its one Head in Christ ' (Ephesians 1:10 Weymouth). *The Kingdom of God is the Times of Restitution of All Things* and Jesus is its appointed king. *All the Holy Prophets - Isaiah, Jeremiah, Micah, Daniel etc. - spoke in detail about it.* Yes, Jesus said, "I'll come again." John 14:3. *#Daniel* 12:2 Those asleep in the dust will awake. *#Isaiah* 9:6-7;26:9;35:1;33:24 The government will be on his shoulders and it shall be great. Men will learn goodness. Deserts will blossom. No one will say, 'I'm ill.' Next question: What is the *SPECIAL salvation* to be received by present-day Jesus-followers ahead of the unbelievers?

*#hellofaquestion #therealpunishment #avatarthelastairbender #uncleiroh #princezuko* What is the soul’s punishment for sin according to the Bible? God tells us the penalty for sin - *‘the soul that sinneth, it shall die’* (Ezekiel 18:20). *Yes, “the wages of sin is death”* (Romans 6:23). God sentenced Adam to death for his sin of disobedience. *Neither was there a mention of Adam having an immortal soul, nor any threat of it burning eternally.* Adam was the soul (Gen 2:7) and he died. Wherefore, as by one man [Adam] sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned (Romans 5:12). Yes, death is our punishment. "Hell" is a mistranslation of "the grave" and the actual name of a real neighborhood in Jerusalem.
