Redbull is just shooting themselves in both feet; any driver that isn’t a white male, will be wary of joining their teams and driver academy. Because apparently loyalty and consistency mean nothing if you aren’t a white dude. I wonder how many of their drivers in their academy will be looking at other academies or teams to join. Yuki has faced racial abuse from his own team. Commentary constantly mention his rage even when he's not even angry. But sure he's just seen as cute.

Yuki is constantly apologising for showing any emotion because he's been put down every single time.

What he doesn't share is that Mercedes had a similar amount of vacancies this year as well. It's normal with f1 teams bc it's not so easy to get raises or promotions within the teams, you need to spend a lot longer to do so than ypu would at a regular company job. So you always gotta be keeping an eye out for open positions elsewhere. It's normal for engineers to leave for new positions.

Not to mention he implied that the main reason people were leaving was because **Max** was difficult to work with. He picks and chooses tidbits to fit his narrative; he may be reliable when it comes to representing drivers against issues with the FIA, but of he's so ready to spill corporate drama the second someone insults his character....well it says a whole lot about his character doesn't it 😂😂 anytime he opens his mouth he just proves that Max was right

why is liam constantly trying to start shit with checo lol. like the fact that horner went over to the vcarb motorhome to speak to him after the last race had zero affect on him. he was pushing for a narrative when the car was nowhere near him n his own race engineer had to basically ask him to shut up 😭😭😭 this type of aggression is not gonna get you that red bull seat buddy checo might have fallen far behind but they still want a second driver for max not someone that's gonna try to fight him at every turn. he'll be lucky if he gets the vcarb seat at this point, he's already doing too much
