I love wearing my black cross earrings because to people who know I'm a Christian its like, "Woo! She's representing her faith!" but to those who don't it just makes me look like a badass. And I like that.

#iam - Friends! Are you self made or God made? I honestly believe that God created each person uniquely with a plan and a purpose for a reason and many of us are yet to become that person that God created us to be in the world. We go through life without living life and we're content not knowing that we shortchange ourselves by not trying to attain our fill potential If we can only know how to discover ourselves, navigate through life and become that person then we would have fulfilled his plan for us. I have been on a long journey in life for me to know that only God can make someone to become who he ordained them to be. The question we need to ask ourselves is whether we want to become who God created us to be or do we want to become who the world expects us to become? As for.me, I am not where I think God wants me to be yet but I believe that God takes me closer to fully becoming me as I follow him closely and that any progress I've made so far can only be attributed to him. I am who I am because of Christ in me. I am not where I want to be yet but I am getting closer to where I ought to be. God has a greater plan for me and I know he will accomplish those plans for my life. I have made several mistakes and committed many errors but they do not define me. Henceforth, I surrender myself to Christ and I allow him to work his wonders in me and through me. Today I am who I am because of Christ in me. #faithoverfear🙏 - Friends! What are you saying over yourself? There are times when fear overwhelms us and we have no therapist to talk to nor a counselor to listen to us. Friends may not understand what we are going through and family may simply push our feelings under the carpet. In such situations who do you turn to and what do you say to yourself? It is better to talk to God when in dire need of some confidence boost that to turn to self comforting through food or alcohol and one of the ways to combat fear in such a situation is to speak God's word over yourself. I really hope you'll join me to speak the word of God over ourselves this morning so we can change our world for the best, because this is what we need in this season. Let's get started. #bestrongandcourageous - Hello friends, Can I encourage you to be strong and courageous in this season? This situation will soon pass away. It will not be forever. Although, it's a situation beyond our human reasoning, I'm confident that God allowed it to happen for a reason and he will turn it around for good. He's on the throne and he's in control. He watches over the world and he controls the affairs of man. He rules over all the kingdom of the earth (Daniel 4:17) and he gives permission for things to happen. If it were not so, this would not have happened. I am reminded of these words of encouragement God spoke to Joshua twice (Joshua 1) knowing fully well the battles ahead of the children of Israel was going to be tough but they will gain their possessions afterwards. #thelordmydefender - I call Him defender. What do you call Him? I have read of His justice and fairness in the Bible. I have imprinted His judgement on my heart as I meditate on His words. He is the defender of the defenseless. He fights the battle of the helpless. I have seen him come to the rescue of the condemned. I have seen him forgiven the sinner. So, are you feeling like all hope is lost? Feeling like you have been fighting a battle that is bigger than you and you have lost the fight even though you're not entirely wrong or right?
