Another fic idea came to mind. So since So Mun didn't get the webtoon power up in the show, he'll get it while on his overseas trip. I'm thinking during one of his missions in the Season 3 webtoon where he got shot. That didn't stop the higher ups from extending his trip so he can activate the Counters powers worldwide. The team finds out about the injury of course and all want Mun to be sent back home but Yung doesn't want to until he completes his mission. Cue worried team, who almost starts a coup against Yung just to get Mun back. Yung finally relents only after Mun suffers another injury due to his non stop work which they conveniently forgot to tell the team. When he gets home, he's little worse for wear and that causes the team to be more angry. Mun doesn't want to make a fuss about it since he did agree to take on the job. They reluctantly let it go, temporarily at least so they can focus on nursing their youngest back to health. I'll include Ung-Min and Ju Yeon in there cause their Mom and Dad.

Another one is based on the others being busy to keep in touch with Mun.

Miss Chu has Jae-Youl.

Mo Tak is busy with police work.

For this fic, Hana starts seeing Do Hwi more.

Jeok-Bong, well, I'll think of something.

Jang-Mul, his grandparents and bestfriends are the ones that keeps in contact with Mun.

So maybe they, not intentionally, forget to like keep contact with Mun. He starts to feel that they no longer need him that much in the team since the others manage to take care of the evil spirits while he is away. He's happy that they have another life outside of being a Counter of course so he just talks to Jang Mul instead to get updates from home. When the trip was over he just goes back to Korea without telling the others.They only find out after Jang Mul tells them. Cue guilty team who tries to make it up to Mun but he doesn't see anything wrong with what happened which makes them feel more bad. I know it sounds so OOC of them but hey one can dream.

Hope they really make season 3 though they need to wait for the webtoon to be done. Currently it only has 24 chapters...

Spoilers if haven't read the webtoon.

So Mun was supposed to absorb? the power territory into himself and to his team at the end season 2 so it doesn't need to be summoned as pillars of light. (oh look, blue eyed power up hehe. This would have been so cool if they did it for ep.12).

This prevents higher level spirits like Mr. Ma from using the power of the territory.

They will need to do major changes if season 3 does get adapted. I mean, So Mun only came back in Season 3 after spending one year and 5-8 months? overseas.

While away, he developed a new ability. Hana can no longer read his memories. He can block her power now.

This would be an epic scene if they ever adapt Season 3 of the webtoon. Mun ends up where the spirits go when they cross over and leave Yung. Problem is you can only be there when you're dead and Mun isn't.

So chapter one of my first TUC fic is up. This one is my take on what I would have wanted to see in episode 12. Chapter two is done but looking over it just on case it needs improvements while chapter three is in progress. Might upload both at the same time if I manage to finalize them. Finally managed to download the whole thing with decent English subs. Who knew this special was over two hours long?

So writing fanfic again after a while. Have two WIPs in progress for TUC. One is based on Season 2 episode 4 where So Mun's gunshot wound was more severe. Will also try to incorporate him being able to heal himself cause I mean he can use telekinesis and also go inside people's minds like Hana does so why not that?

The other one is for the finale where he doesn't wake up after convincing Ma Juseok to come back. He won't be in a coma again, more like healing sleep? Might include a sentient Yung with that cause in my mind he's like Yung's adopted child or something.
