Fasted Cardio.. or nah
Nah. I feel sick. I guess I didn't drink enough water. The dehydration mixed with this Insanity fit test just made throw up the little bit of water I drank. Not sure how some people do it.

Ayeeee fill up the fridge dayy.
Heres a look at about 70% of what I’ll be eating this week.
My other food is on top of the fridge (granola cereal, shredded wheat, steel cut oats) and in the window ripening (peaches, avocados, mangos).
Theres a bin full of apples and sweet potatoes on the bottom. Sorry my camera sucks
If you see anything that curious about (like that sour cream or those tofurky sausages lmao), ask me about it and I’ll let you know.

10:00: Medium banana
12:15 Pre workout: green smoothie
2:00: Post workout: Green smoothiie w/ protein powder & peanut butter added
4:00 snack: dried prunes
7:00 Dinner: Veggie wrap with half chicken patty
Workout: 45 minutes of turbo fire + 10 min stretcch
Intensity: Med to Med High.. (my legs healing)

Breakfast: green smoothie. egg whites & veggies Lunch/Dinner: Panda Express steamed brown rice with chicken and veggies + orange chicken 2...ice cream cones.. (i was horrible at eating 5 meals today) Workout: Fasted cardio 45 minutes. Weight-lifting for my arms (5-15lbs) Intensity: Struggling because my shoes slide on my floors -.-
