Honestly, idk what I was thinking with the animatronics I chose. I didn’t want to go with any of the main series animatronics so I went with Chip Chipper from FNAF world (technically) and Candy from Five nights at Candy’s.

I thought Stan would be Candy bc Candy is like a really well known FNAF ripoff kind of like he was a really successful conman? And Ford would be Chip bc he was Scott’s first creation and one of the first creepy things he made? Idk what the connection is honestly, I just really like Tyke & Sons Lumber Co.

Opinions on horror games?

i have a very weird story with horror games.

ever since i was shmall, i liked them. but i always was easily scared. i have case animatronics on steam bc my ex was silly and i was like you. you do know i can't play games THAT scary right..? i actually start panicking over those, you know that, right.......????

i have a large liking of horror genre while being genuinely very scared of things...and the worst part is: for some reason, with growing up it only got WORSE. a year (or was it two??) ago, i was a streamer, i almost beat a cool scott cawthon games fangame called tyke and sons lumber co (a fnaf-esque chipper and sons lumber co fangame with BRILLIANT humour and i say BRILLIANT. i love this game so much.), somewhere back then i had a large walten files phase (when analog horror was booming and i honestly already preferred watching them with someone because once again i get disturbed quite easily). now i can't look at disturbing imagery and barely can take ANY spooks in game (looks at miros birds and sighs)

How far are you into Tyke and Sons? You saw the whole lot, like to the very end and its custom night?

pretty much with the whole thing, the gameplay, the characters, it just catched my eye in the list of favorite video games, even though it has the chipper and sons game concept, i’m not much of a person who stays in an area trying to avoid being attacked by killer robots, fnaf games are cool in playthroughs, but if was the person who plays it, i’ll just end up having nightmares whatsoever. so, yeah tyke and sons lumber co. is a pretty neat game

So I've decided to make a Tyke and Sons AU based on the secret death screen you get when killed by Happyshroom.

If you don't know, being killed by Happyshroom during the custom night gives you a special death screen with Mike impaled on a wooden spike

This AU has Seabill as the protagonist/antagonist being tormented by the animatronics and even the reanimated corpse of Mike

If people are interested, I'll make more stuff :3

I started playing Tyke and Sons Lumber Co and already love it (I knew about it pretty much a year after it was released)

It's funny, it's cute, it's not horribly difficult (if you aren't playing the hardest Custom Night Challenge) and it's a faithful unofficial successor to the original Chipper and Sons

Mike is a cutie patootie, he's just a baby, I wanna give him a big ol hug

Tyke was bullied heavily by Browboy when they were kids, he's also extremely jealous of Browboy's carnival being way more successful than his lumber business 💔

Browboy doesn't inherently hate Mike, just finds him annoying because of his curiosity and being nosey around the tents (and that he's Tyke's son)

So here are my ideas (they are still being worked on so feel free to give me some advice, ideas and criticism)

Mike didn't have anyone to talk to besides his mom and dad (And Seabob I mean Seabill) so he's sorta socially awkward.

Seabill sometimes went to the Chops to make conversation and interacted with Mike a bit. He even made a little dolly for the kiddo

Tyke's wife (Who I named Rosemary in this au) as a more active role in this au.

I imagine when Chipper came back, Tyke was happy. Rosemary, however, was less than thrilled.

The wiki said that Seawhore was presumed dead so In this au, I'm going to off that. Seabob survived the crash and has been in hiding. What was he doing in that time? Well, he learned how to crochet, sold some scarfs on Etsy, read some books, did yoga, in this au, kidnap other people and turned them into robots against their will and erased all of their memories so that they wouldn't remember that they were once a person and only obey Seabob. Ya know, completely normal hobbies :D

I also wanna give Mike friends (and maybe a love interest

OMG I LOVE THATTTT

I can 100% see Mike being socially awkward (my Mike's a bit like that, extremely curious and can come off as a bit odd with not understanding social cues as much as others)

I can also see Rosemary being rather disappointed about Chipper returning (seeing how batshit insane the guy is)
