A usual cuddle session between Emerson and Shouto.

To get to the point they are at now, it took time and patience. A lot of it.

Shouto would easily get overwhelmed at first. He had not experienced the love that Emerson so freely offered. True affection was a very limited experience in the Todoroki household.

Emerson was always be patient with him. She was privileged enough to have experienced a lot of love growing up, both parental and sisterly. She wants him to know how it feels too.

Eventually they got there. Even with a few hard days, they got there.

It was midst of their third year and it was one of their days off. Most of their classmates were off doing their own things. Emerson and Shouto though, they decided to stay in.

The sun was high, light filtered in through the curtains. The afternoon air was sleepy and soft. The room filled with nothing but silence, minus the occasional sounds coming from the pair.

Emerson :

She lays lazily over Shouto, often a lover of the Sweetheart’s hug/cradle. She shows affection physically most of the time. Craves the touch of others when she can get it.

She breaths softly when cuddling, a steady and calm pace. Occasionally sighing and stretching just a bit.

She tends to make little noises; hums mostly but a grunt here or two.

She likes listening to Shoutos heart beat. It gets her sleepy.

She’s a lot more quiet like this.

Shouto :

He’s stiff and soft with Em. He is a fan of spooning, but gives no complaints of the sweetheart’s hug/cradle. He likes spending time with those he loves more often than not.

His breaths are more quiet when cuddling. If you didn’t know him you’d think he wasn’t. That is how relaxed he becomes.

His heart beat is loud and rythmic: lub dub—lub dub—lub dub.

He listens to the sounds enjoyed from Emerson, its calming. A reminder someone is still there.

He’s quiet as usual, but more emotive if you looked at him right.

The sun began setting, the day lingering just a bit more for the pair huddled together. A peaceful rise and fall of their chests. The sleepiness had overcome them. Not even the light grumbles of stomaches could wake them.

The door peaked open, a pair of black and yellow eyes looked in. The girl grinned snapping a picture of the two. She had been told to grab them for dinner. But this was a much more interesting sight.
