🐸 Happy Wednesday my loves!!! We’re halfway through the week!! 🙌🏼🙌🏼 Today for #wellnesswednesday , I had to pick @chillfrogcbd 3,000mg tincture!! I have been impressed by CBD products in the past, but I think this one definitely tops them all. This is 100mg per dose (if you fill the dropper to the line) and it is incredible. It’s almost an instantaneous relaxation feeling the washes over me. The best way to get CBD into your body is through the blood. Short of injecting it, which we aren’t going to do, if you drop the CBD under your tongue and keep it there for about a minute, it dissolves and is transported into your blood. And by doing it this way, you are getting almost all of the CBD that is in your dose, compared to swallowing a pill or eating a gummy, which has to go through your stomach, where you lose some of the potency.
