is it just me or do we have less information on Pah then on the other founding members? Like, we explore Mikey's very complex character especially in the parts that aren't animated yet (as of April 2025), we also get to know Draken and Mitsuya well throughout the show. Baji did in the "original"/starting timeline, but especially in other timelines and even before Valhalla's battle we get to know him pretty well, similar thing for Kazutora. Yes, we did have information on Pah, the whole Moebius arc basically only happened because of him (we got to know that he's caring, compassionate and doesn't mind to revenge his friends), and we learned how he and Peh became friends but overall? I'd love to know a bit more about him; his family, how he grew up, how exactly he got in touch with the other members, etc. Maybe it's given in character books that I don't have access to, but in comparison to Mikey, Draken or Mitsuya, it feels like he was forgotten sometimes :((
Yeah I do think he doesn't get as much focus as the others tbh. Most likely because he's the first of the toman founders/ Mikey's close people that we "lose" in the manga. He also doesn't have someone that keeps his character relevant like Baji did. Baji is the next one to go but because Chifuyu has such a big role in the story and Baji is so important to Chifuyu, he kinda keeps bringing him up which keeps Baji as being more memorable throughout. The closest person Pah has is Peh but Peh himself also doesn't get a lot of focus. This means less info given in the manga and less flashbacks of him. I also think another issue is Pah never got a chance to shine in a fight, we're told he's very strong and obviously he must be but we see him get badly beaten by Osanai and then lose to Mikey later on, so he never get's his stand out fight moment (unless we're counting him not giving up easily against Osanai but compared to the moments the others get it really isn't much). Adding on to that he never get's an important role in any of the future's either, so he never really get's the chance to shine through helping Takemichi or really doing anything besides dying or getting married there. I'd say his best moments are the ones where he's showing loyalty for his friends and helping them out, and although those moments are great, compared to the moments every other founding toman member get's they really don't stand out much.
As for his backstory, we do get some of it, mainly focusing on how he met Peh and then later Mikey in the bonus chapters/dvd booklet chapters. He does only get one chapter focusing on him though, which you could argue isn't very fair compared to Kazutora's four but I think it does make sense considering how much more complex Kazutora's part of the story and relationships are. And then his character book info is just the same as the others.

Teaching Them Spanish Part 2 18+ Ft: Chifuyu, Kisaki, Mitsuya and Sanzu MINORS DNI WC: 800+ TW: cursing in spanish, slight degrading, hair pulling and sexual tension(with Sanzu)part 1 A/N: Hello babes! Part 2 of teaching them spanish !! Please understand there are different dialects and meanings for some of the words used. This is what I grew up knowing and learning as a kid! For example, since I'm Mexican concha means shell in Spanish for me and I have a friend who is from Argentina concha means p**** in Spanish to her. Enjoys babes!
Chifuyu
He caught on pretty quickly to how to pronounce the words, even phrases. When he’s in the shop and when he has a bit of downtime, he has a booklet of phrases that he would repeat to himself, and make sure he said it correctly. You are helping stock some supplies and when you hear him scolding Peke. “No peke J! Uno, dos, tres. Ahhh Merida.” Chifuyu began picking up the items that fell off the counter.
“You okay???” You asked about walking to the front. Peke J saw you walking up, and he began making his way towards you, purring as he wanted to be pet by you. “Was your daddy trying to discipline you by counting in Spanish?” you chuckled Peke responded in a meow “ mi precious” you spoke in a cute tone which he liked.
Chifuyu squinted his eyes “I’m trying to get him used to understanding it. He only seems to like it when you speak to him in spanish. And when I say it he does the opposite. ” Looking at Peke J who was now cuddling in your arms.
“Well you should try on a softer tone like I do and not sound so gruff ” Kissing the top of Peke’s head. “Huh, mi bebe.”
‘Little shit.’ Chifuyu said to himself as he was looking at his biggest competition who had your attention at this moment.
Kisaki
He would memorize everything fast and in a matter of months he would be fluent. He noticed when he spoke to you in Spanish you would literally gawk at him like your star struck. He wouldn’t deny he liked that attention you gave him but when it came down to actually working it was a bit more bothersome. “Did you understand all the directions??” He asked as he was signing some paperwork. “_______…..” he looked up to see you almost in a trance.
Snapping out of it. “Sorry, what did you say?” Looking at the blond hair man.
Taking his glasses off he pinched the bride of his letting out a sigh. “Necesito que prestes atención. Esto es importante ( I need you to pay attention. This is important.)” you nodded at his response literally you went a bit tone-deaf hearing him speak again. “Do you understand?”
“Kisaki can I just say.” You were trying to speak but him knowing you so well he cut it short.
“afuera (out)” he pointed to the door.
You huffed while walking out “You expect me to pay attention when you speak Spanish to me and you know how I get when you speak it to me.” You walked out still ranting.
Mitsuya
You were his model as he was getting rough estimates for a current design. The ball of pins was right next to him as he was making adjustments “Por favor da la vuelta (please turn around)” turning around at his sweet command. “Gracias” he was folding the access fabric and then pinning it.
“De nada (you're welcome)” you made sure you didn’t move because there would be times when you move you got poked.
The first time he heard you speak Spanish he thought it sounded so elegant. They way you had a form of grace in your tone the way the words sound more as he would call it 'enchanting'. But then there was also that side that sounded way worse just by the tone when you spoke and how you were saying things they were either bad words or bad phrases. Hearing you hum as he was finishing the last pin, you always did a cute hum when you were his mannequin. Turning around once more. “Ay, qué lindo eres (Oh, you're so cute.).” he smiled
“Stop saying things like that babe.” he was making you blush. “I only speak the truth.” Getting up kissing the tip of your nose.
Sanzu
His hands were very grabby with you feeling him squeeze your ass . Another hand on the back of your head fist full of your hair. His tongue dancing against yours. You were feeling flustered any moment he was with you. Giving into him as always when he entered your home. You couldn’t reject him, not even a bit. He was your addiction and you loved it. With his hand he yanked your head back “Tienes una cara muy bonita (you have such a pretty face).” he spoke to you feeling his other hand gripping your chin as you could see his eyes dilated. Shoving his lips against yours feeling his teeth dragging on your bottom lip as he pulled away. Biting your lower lip you look at him as he sends chills down your spine. “te necesito ( i need you)” looking into the eyes of your chaotic lover.
Letting out a devilish laugh that matches a smile. “You need me sucia(hoe)?”. You nodded at him. “Well, then I have to give you what you want…. Let’s sin up the fucken place then. What does a sucia like you want first?”
“Anything papí.” The moment you said this to him his lips latched onto your lips once more his hands began to travel up your shirt.

Kazutora understands Takemichi's feelings pretty well because...

Take a look at chapter 197, Kazutora was the only one who was honest with Takemichi. (This is a long post and spoilers and theories and how are you coping? You are doing right?)
They tried to look for Mikey, they get hurt. They stopped trying. I get it, pretty normal behaviour. Mikey is so lost in his own promise and he hates himself so much and he thinks he is the cause everything get destroyed. And he lost all of his f*cking family. (Life is a b*tch, Kisaki indeed.) He is not reachable anymore in his own darkness.
So:
Draken and Chifuyu and all the rest just keep lying to Takemichi. Telling him they were happy like that in this future... like... like if they didn't want in realise to keep being part of the Toman or Mikey's friend.
If they didn't know it was their fault too for letting Mikey just go by himself with a real bad mental state and get fooled by him. Do you really think Draken was happy in Bonten future??? Without Mikey, without Emma... Without his family... And Chifuyu? Saving Mikey was Baji's promise to them before he died. He... failed... to him too.
That's not okay. Nothing is okay.
They don't have any other friends but the Toman. Toman was all they had. Their team. Their friends. Their family. Their reason to continue.
Do you think they are okay knowing their stupid and small blond motherf*cker is ruining his life forever just for them like... nothing happened here...
"He made us hate him, Takemitchy, so is okay." Pretty normal response, yeah.
Without a real reason, they lied just because they are good friends, and know the truth about the time travel sh*t and want Takemichi to stay safe and just f*cking marry the girl of his dreams since he was 14 years old. And of course. They didn't know what to do. Or what to try anymore.
BUT.

But Kazutora does.
He doesn't give a f*ck about loyalty or friendship at all. He wasn't there, he doesn't know anything so he is the only one taking this situation neutrally.
He doesn't care about this "keep Takemichi in the shadows so he doesn't hurt himself too." This is not about respecting Mikey's decision. This is not about let him be or give up for the (fake) happiness of others.
He doesn't want or need to stop trying, he owns Mikey and Baji for being alive. For forgiveness of his acts. That's why. This is the person Takemichi needs in that exact moment. Because what he is telling him, is the TRUTH. And the truth hurts, but sometimes, you need to get hurt by it to feel real.
He came back 10 years after all this crazy Bonten thing happened. And just wants the same as Takemichi.
And you know why? Because, as Takemichi does, he knows Mikey's true intentions too. And you can see that perfectly in the Booklets special episodes. When all the characters were little and he got hurt by other gang and these two came to the rescue without a think.

He doesn't just admires Mikey, he is not just an underling, he knows why Sano does this.
Mikey and Baji were the same.

The phrase:
Mikey hasn't changed at all means Kazutora remembers this. Cause this is how Mikey sees the world. How he carries everything in his back. All the problems, all the people. How he protects everyone and forget himself under that fake smile.
Both him and Takemichi knows this part of Mikey and can't be fooled by him.

Now, this is why saving Tora was so important in the beggining.
Mikey hasn't changed, means "Mikey still carries all the pain inside him so you can be happy. And he does that with every friend he wants to protect. With all the gang. Mikey is full of pain and he is going to smile to you, so you won't see him suffering ever again."
And Baji knew that, and Emma, and Draken knew that too. And that's why "Please, take care of Mikey" means "Mikey doesn't know how to carry his own pain. And once he lost you, since he was carrying all your life with him, once you are not there anymore he is gonna felt lost." Until the only thing he is gonna feel... is empty. He has had pent-up emotions since forever...
So,
Kazutora is doing the same as Baji, and the Mikey he knows, it was his turn to do the same as these two idiots did for him.
They saved him.
Because you get what you give.
Baji is dead but his words are more alive than never. And that resonates in both of them.
Is not Takemichi just wanted to ruin his life for Mikey's well being. Is not they wanted to risk their life for nothing now. Mikey was their savior when they were in their lowest point... and he has risked everything for them. They just can't forget.
"A gang where we can all risk our lives for each other. That’s the kind of gang I want" That's what Baji said.
(Chapter 198 just reiterates what I said when the gang opened the time capsule and Mikey was not there...)
Now is time. (Takemichi is forming Baji's ideal gang.)
Now the tables turns.

There are too many interpretations of bajifuyutora where Chifuyu is always the voice of reason. There is no way Chifuyu would consistently be the responsible one in that relationship. They’d all three take turns. (And all three of them would be kind of bad at it tbh)
Baji and Kazutora are the way they are as coping mechanisms, Chifuyu’s just like that. And he lets Baji get away with anything.
Chifuyu is very excitable and opinionated and kind of bad at reading a room, Baji seems to feel an intense amount of personal responsibility for everything (he tries to pretend he doesn’t though), and if there’s anything I learned from those dvd booklet side stories it’s that Kazutora definitely has some anxiety issues, so there would definitely be scenarios where those two would want Chifuyu to calm the fuck down. Especially once everything calmed down, and they were in a more domestic setting.
The only situation I can consistently see Chifuyu being the voice of reason in is the numerous possible “hey, let’s NOT kill ourselves” debates that they may have in a variety of scenarios. And even then there’s some leeway, after Chifuyu’s cheerful acceptance of going on a suicide mission with Takemichi. But like generally he’s doing better mentally than the other two.
#ok yeah maybe Kazutora’s the least responsible but he probably would have moments where he thinks they’re annoying and wants them to chill#he’s to that relationship what Mikey is the maitakehina#It may just be the mental illness tho#bajifuyutora#bajifuyu#bajitorafuyu#tokrev#torafuyu#Tokyo Revengers#baji#bajitora#baji keisuke#tokrev chifuyu#matsuno chifuyu#kazutora hanemiya#kazutora#headcanon#tokrev headcanons

Reasons why we love Baji Keisuke in this household 😌
In no particular order,
(1) Baji has a black belt in martial arts. To get a black belt, you have to consistently attend trainings and take tests to be promoted. Also, he has been going to the Sano dojo since he was a kid. That takes a large amount of self-discipline and motivation. (Reference: That flashback chapter and his room as per the character profile)
(2) Baji values hard work. Remember his first meeting with Kazutora when his game progress was lost since his video game was accidentally unplugged? The other kid just wanted to brush it off and give him money (courtesy of Kazutora) but his focal concern was what would happen to his hard work. When he was held back a year, he was trying to study diligently with all those thick books and what not. If you think about it, Baji could afford to bully other kids to do his homework for him and pass but he didn’t. Lastly, remember when he first met Mikey? He asked Mikey to spar with him so he could get better at martial arts. When Mikey refused because he does not want to be sweaty and only goes to the dojo to be admired, Baji’s reaction was “What’s with this kid?” (Reference: That episode when he met Chifuyu, those flashback episodes, and the TokRev booklet)
(3) Baji values friendship. He is literally Kazutora’s ride or die. Additionally, when Kazutora was in juvie, he was writing letters to him. Although it is peak comedy that he cannot write Kazutora’s name (Tora = tiger), we cannot discount the fact that this is a testament of great friendship. The ones who did the same thing were Peh and Draken when Pah was in juvie. (Reference: Those flashbacks episode, the episode after Pah was detained, and that Chibi Revengers episode)
(4) Baji knows how to be gentle. Despite his intimidating demeanor and his tendency to punch first then ask later, his dream is to have his own pet shop. Not to own or teach at a dojo where brute force and techniques are superior, but a pet shop owner — a line of work that requires people to be gentle when handling animals. Stray cats come to him, and he has picture books of animals in his room. He also values those picture books because he was annoyed that Mikey ruined it 😂 (Reference: His character profile, and that official Wakui art for the monthly meeting of Mikey’s victims) Additionally, when Kazutora killed Shinichiro accidentally, remember that Baji hugged him and assured him after his initial shock (Reference: That TokRev manga chapter/anime episode)
(5) Baji knows how to make deep connections, and could change other people. He met Kazutora when it was the latter’s supposed crappiest birthday, but he managed to turn it around. He also changed Kazutora’s view of friendship — that is, one without any interest. He met Chifuyu and made him learn how to respect his senpai (although they are of the same year) without doing anything to him. Moreover, Chifuyu wanted to be a pilot but eventually became a pet shop owner with Kazutora as his employee. Just imagine the amount of influence Baji has for his closest friends to still do things to honor him despite being adults. (Reference: The TokRev booklets, and those manga chapters)
(6) Baji never loses sight of what is important. Toman was his treasure and that is why he did everything in his power to protect it, even at the cost of his own life. The MopEd was important to Mikey and he literally put his body on the line just so it will not get any scratches. Also, it was important to not cause further conflict between Mikey and Kazutora’s father and that is why he was in deep bow, apologizing to the latter when it was Mikey’s fault in the first place. (Reference: Those flashback chapters, and the TokRev booklets)
He really is a great guy.

Somewhere, Kazutora has been kinda lucky to have been send in juvie after Shin's death. Because, then, Izana couldn't reach him to make him pay (seen his mental state when it happened, Izana would have killed him for sure). He's also lucky to NOT have been send in the same juvie than Inupi for the very same reason. Because we don't know Inupi has been send in juvie, it was probably not as as serious than what Tora had done (kill someone) but still. Inupi would have make him pay too.
Yeah, ironically enough, being in juvie/jail spared Kazutora from the wrath of some characters and from the dangers of the story itself set in the past, but not the one in present, for example in one of the Bad!Toman timelines (when we see him adult for the first time, working with Chifuyu) or in Manila timeline, when he was killed like everyone else. It seems he got his "good ending" in Bonten timeline tho.
I believe and hope he'll be happy in the ultimate, "real" ending as well. Kazutora is such an interesting character, one with the best development, he really grown on me and to this day, I still think his backstory should have been in the manga, not only in the DVD booklets, it is so important and gives insight on his character.
Anyway, I wonder if someone in juvie targeted him, since Shin was so famous and respected among delinquents. As you said, we don't really know precisely when and how long Inupi was in juvie, (we only know that by the time he got out, he was in his 3rd year of middle school and that 9th ge. BD has already been defeated by the new born Toman) but sure as hell, if by disgrace they'd been in the same place at the same time, in that specific moment of their lives, it wouldn't have been a nice experience for Kazutora. He would have fought back of course, but still... I guess in the timeline where Chifuyu is the mole, Inupi still hated Kazutora.
Izana was at his lowest point after Shinichiro's death, when they parted Izana had just found out they were not actually related and never had a closure with him, he was devastated, already unstable due to everything he went through in his life and that's why Kisaki was able to manipulate him. The fact Kazutora was out of the picture, spared him from Izana's (and Kisaki's) plans during the Tenjiku arc.

「 Birth 」
:: Because this day is not only about his birthday
» with Chifuyu Matsuno and Toman founding members
《Content Warning - Canon divergent - AU, third POV, Comfort, just characters interacting with each other, platonic relationship, tr dvd booklet 1 minor spoilers》
【 notes - Happy birthday to my one and only, Kazutora! 】
The traffic light turned red.
The road was heavily busy for an unknown reason to which Kazutora paid no heed. His eyes were on the vehicle before them. A classical music played, filling the silence of what seemed to be an empty shell of a car and somehow isolating them to the noisy businesses that surrounded them. It didn’t disturbed him. Not when it’s his friend, Chifuyu who’s maneuvering, eyes stuck on the road as well.
A smoke made its appearance not too far from them, probably just a few cars away. It looked raging mad by the way its darkness occupies the sky. Kazutora raised his eyebrows.
“Huh? What was that?” Chifuyu mumbled under his breath. He propped his arm on the door and leaned his head on his fist. Kazutora did the same on the opposite side, hoping to take a glimpse of what’s going on outside.
“Damn these kids!” They overheard an annoyed old man on the neighboring vehicle. It was so loud that not even the music could cover it. Kazutora tilted his head more.
It was a small car on fire. Barely recognizable as the firemen did their best to put it off. The only thing that’s left was its bones, scrap materials no one would use.
So, that’s why the traffic became heavier.
Kazutora tucked his yellow side bangs on his ear, smirking as he squinted his eyes for a bit.
“What a lame ass.” Another person said, neither Chifuyu nor Kazutora made an effort to respond. Kazutora glanced at Chifuyu, watching the raven haired man with a tiny smile on his lips. For that moment it was as if they shared one brain cell. One brain cell that provides a huge impact straight down to their hearts.
It was some kids’ doing they say?
Of course, it only reminds them of a certain person.
Both of them didn’t have the guts to bring it up though. Their heads are connected under one idea, yet they prefer to keep it to themselves, putting it as a way of telepathic communication. It didn’t have to be talked about.
It wasn’t as if it’s a sensitive subject for Kazutora and Chifuyu, in fact the memories of the past with 𝘩𝘪𝘮 stood to be the teas they share when they have nothing else to do in the pet shop.
And how funny it could be that 𝘩𝘦 is the reason why both of them are settled in the car at the moment.
It didn’t take too long before they arrived, taking the items they brought with them until they halted in a specific family grave.
Now, the air feels like chunks of solids that are heavy to breathe on. The wind passed by from time to time, the leaves reminding them to remain reverent within their stay. Chifuyu sat like what he usually does, not minding his slacks attracting some dirt. He took a few foods out of the plastic bag, not missing the iconic peyoung yakisoba he and Baji used to share. Alongside it was a small cake and a few cans of drinks.
Kazutora, with his hair resting on his nape and shoulders, followed, going down like a frog to take another yakisoba with him. His eyes scanned the engraved characters on the marbled tombstone that didn’t look like one to him. For him, the characters before his eyes just morphed into a person he also had been longing to see for a long time.
Oh lord, he wanted to hug him so bad.
If the deities would grant him permission to see and embrace him again, he will not hesitate to do so and not let go.
“Oi, Baji.” He greeted. Chifuyu said nothing, preparing to split the yakisoba to offer it to Baji. Kazutora was certain he had something to say. He has thought of it multiple times on their way here as if he’s memorizing a script, however the way his heart clenches made him lose all the words he knew. “I...”
“... I saw a car on fire a while back.” That caught Chifuyu’s attention. He gazed at Kazutora. The wind blows, allowing him to see how his sandy eyes shone upon his words.
Within Kazutora’s smile, it reminded him of the first best birthday he ever had in his entire childhood. The memory that stayed with him after his brain forced to control, alt, delete the existence of his traumatic past.
The vehicle was burning so bright in their eyes. Just the same way it ignited their friendship the same day. Before Kazutora could even gather himself, he already had a friend who would dedicate himself to stay by his side.
September 16. It wasn’t a bad day at all, he just got the best gift he would treasure to this very day.
It aches.
Time flies as some would say, but the memories don't. The memories that can contain different emotions every second just stays. It knows how to keep up.
The longer Kazutora envisions Baji sitting in front of them, the more he wanted to tear up.
But he can’t.
His tears are too shy to show their existence. He does not intend this day to go down like that.
“I’d always share my birthday with you, you know that.” Kazutora’s voice almost wavered. Chifuyu bit his lower lip, looking down. There weren’t many words, yet the feeling felt too overwhelming to take in, it naturally oozes out from them without them knowing.
Kazutora sighed. His heart feels like it's dropping every second. He’s breathing under the water and every inhale stings.
“We used to eat peyoung yakisoba together,” Kazutora whispered, just enough for Chifuyu to hear. “One for you, and one for me.” His hand was trembling a bit as he opened the food. “But I guess this time you have to split it with this dude beside me, huh.”
Chifuyu smirked. He raised his noodle like a glass of wine. “Happy birthday.”
The containers collide. “Cheers.”
Perhaps it wasn’t just his birthday the two of them are celebrating.
Kazutora would rather like to put it as the birth of his and Baji’s precious friendship.
“Baji and I exchanged punches the very first time we met,” Kazutora stated just a little while as he and Chifuyu alternatively told Baji some stories of how their lives went. The grave stood there like a diary, both hoping for their words to reach the deceased wherever he will be. There then the older lad tilted his head, emitting a jingling sound from his earring. “He pierced my ear the same day.”
—
Chifuyu chuckled. “Well, that’s Baji-san for you.” He smiled. “I remember Mikey-kun telling me a story one time where Baji-san used to name himself Edward while he was named Michael— Mikey for short, just when they were still kids.”
Kazutora stood in disbelief. He beamed, averting his eyes to the Baji family grave. “Really? What a lame-ass. I never have heard of that.”
“I couldn’t believe it as well. I tried imagining myself calling him Edward-san instead of Baji and I just couldn’t take it seriously from there.”
They snickered.
“Edward,” Kazutora mumbled, both of them laughing again. “Who the fuck would name themselves as Edward?”
“You know, if Baji-san hears us right now he’ll be annoyed.”
“Oh, what is he gonna do? Rise from his grave? Because if the answer is yes then I wouldn’t stop calling him Edward.”
It was a simple conversation, yet it lifted up some of the unspoken woes they do their best to keep within themselves. It became like this. It was as if Baji was just with them. This place had become their comfort zone that they are a few steps away from committing weird shit right in front of his innocent tombstone.
Kazutora sighed, their chuckles fading out. He placed his hands in his pockets. “... Mikey.”
He didn’t know why the name slipped out of his mouth, hence the name also brings him back some memories, rather reminding him of one of the reasons why things have ended up like this.
And as if he was a summoning expert, he felt a presence on his back.
Kazutora didn’t move.
Chifuyu’s eyes widened for a split second with the newly arrived person’s appearance, still in his casual black tees and checkered coat, paired with black pants. His hair that is as dark as night, danced to the chilly breeze of the wind.
The light atmosphere they built up had been adulterated. None of them said a word. Kazutora didn’t have to look back at who it was. Just the aura was enough to be aware of who’s with them without a doubt.
Mikey stood with hands in a praying position, shutting his eyes with his silent prayers for a few moments before straightening his posture. All of them were like statues, waiting for someone to try to break the silence. The yellow-eyed lad breathed slowly, feeling his heart slowing down in heartbeat.
Manjiro Sano.
Kazutora wouldn’t deny how awkward they are currently. Mikey forgave him and they ended on good terms. yet the graze in their friendship can no longer be mended. They’re now left as two individuals who pay respect to each other, without resentment and without regret as to how they want to put it.
“I—“
“It’s been a while, Baji,” Mikey said. His voice never ceased to strangle Kazutora in his words while Chifuyu was just there, paying witness to what can unfold next. “I hope you’re happy.”
Kazutora smiled. A genuine one. “... He is.”
Chifuyu, Kazutora, Mikey— seeing the three of them together all fine with each other would surely give relief to Baji wherever he may be, that’s what Kazutora would like to think. At least that thought comforts the weight he always carry with him since the beginning.
He didn’t die in vain.
They all looked at the grave with their sincere eyes, as if it was telling Baji that he could always be at peace. It was mixed with emotions of missing a loved one with a glint of happiness no word can describe. It felt like a story ending where one way or another they have to bid their farewell and go on.
“The others... they’re waiting.”
Chifuyu and Kazutora glanced at him, faces painted with confusion. There then they noticed a group of people not too far away from them. The latter’s doe eyes thought he was looking at something unreal, chest rose and fell— puzzled. The edges of his lips stretched involuntarily all the way towards his ears. He couldn’t believe he’d be seeing them all at once today. Not when he hadn't seen them together for years.
Pah chin, Draken, Mitsuya—
It’s the rest of the Toman founding members.
What he heard next was another surprise.
𝘔𝘪𝘬𝘦𝘺…
“Kazutora, happy birthday.”
Thus, the rest of the day was Chifuyu tagging along with Tokyo Manji Gang’s founding members for Kazutora’s birthday that also served as a small, unexpected reunion.
“I already ordered some food on UberEats. Thank you very much, Kazutora!”
The gang cackled.
“O-oi! Mikey— I didn’t even bring my wallet! Chifuyu!”
“Doesn’t sound like a me-problem at all. That’s on you, you bastard.”
“Don’t worry too much, Kazutora. Pah Chin got us!” says Mitsuya in his gentle voice.
“Oi, why am I even dragged into this?!”
Perhaps, Kazutora's day could still get better without him knowing.

Hello, hello! I'm wondering where tokrev fans outside of Japan can read additional tokrev stories like kazutora and chifuyu ones. I know they are from DVD bonuses but I doubt the DVDs will be sold in my country so :") I found kazutora one on a popular Twitter thread but some pages are missing and the translation is a bit hard for me to understand so I will appreciate it if you'd like to tell me where to find them 🥺 (they are also unavailable on manga sites so I really hit the dead-end...) Thank you in advance!
Unfortunately, I don't know, anon. I personally read the booklet translations from twitter, too. :)

Was Kazutora's backstory shown? I saw some posts on my feed and I don't know if they're real or fan-made. What was his family life? And how he met others is it canon?
Yeah it was shown in the dvd booklets which later became the extra chapters after the manga finished. In those we got to see Kazutora's backstory including how he met Baji and the rest of toman and became friends with them! These chapters also showed us how Mitsuya and Yasuda met + the handcrafts club becoming popular, how Pah and Peh became friends, how Chifuyu got Peke J and we got a glimpse of the 9th gen black dragons and why they were targeting Kazutora.

#I'm assuming this is what you've been seeing and it's not some other actual fan drawn manga#tokyo revengers#tokrev#tokyo rev

👉👈 I, um, I LOVE YOUR STUFF!
Also, question ... I just finished reading the manga from where the anime left off, and I was wondering if I should've read it from the beginning? Are there little tidbits of info in there that aren't in the anime? I'm grossly, insanely, sadistically, methodically, intensely, fervently, passionately and probably not so uniquely over-the-top obsessed with TokRev because anyone who has read/seen this that doesn't like it is completely dead inside (as far as I'm concerned🤭), and I NEED to know everything about everyone in it.
My stupid long-winded question is, should I read it from the beginning?
Thank you for your amaze-balls writing. Have a great whatever, wherever you are! ♡♡♡
-Sarah
Ahh thanks! I'm glad!!!!
There are some differences between the manga and anime! They tend to only be small details so you're not missing a whole lot if you don't but they're still pretty cool character details! The one that's brought up the most and one of the first details the anime changed was Takemichi being the one to scratch the car, for example. This isn't a huge plot point but it does change the scene.

I'd also recommend reading the spinoff (especially if you like Chifuyu and Baji) and the dvd booklet/ extra chapters if you haven't already.
