I was a vegetarian for many years while living out in New Mexico and for 9 months while on an intense cleanse, I was doing raw vegan. I was about 100 pounds lighter than I am today, felt my healthiest out there and I should have never gone back to eating meat, sugar and processed foods, but hey I guess I thought I was having fun.... or something. Even last year I trained intensively and never lost a pound although I definitely felt stronger, I was tired all the time. After many years I'm back at it- don't know how long I'll last but I've been #rawvegan for 1 whole week and I feel amazing and I love it. It dewould ant hurt to have #chicagoraw At my fingertips because their food is amazing! Just got all my food and prepped for week 2. Wish me luck!! Oh!
