my teeth ache so bad (negative), genuinely need to bite smth <- normal sentence
#vent#like. the urge to rip something apart with my teeth and destroy it. that’s the normal part#can’t be gritting my teeth to relieve the pain like this. my jaw is fucked up enough#i’ve shredded my lips tonight too fml they sting quite a bit#i have an internal joke (with myself yes. it’s sad) about my oral fixation but maybe it is a genuine thing i have. not just a meme anymore#like mate: biting my nails excessively (past the normal amount); biting the skin around my nails; shredding my lips;#chewing pen lids (tho i don’t write as often as i did in college so this is less of a problem now. i still put pens in my mouth tho);#clenching my teeth together; weird mouth sounds; tonguing the insides of my cheeks… i could go on#sometimes i legit just pinch the skin of my knuckles with my teeth and stay there. for minutes on end. without realising#is that really weird
