CENTRAL ADMINISTRATION OFFICE OF THE FIRST PRESIDENCY

August 6, 2018 To all Empire heads

THE DIVINE WORD AND WILL OF GODHEAD FOR THE NERONIAN CHURCHES OF THE EMPIRE AS GIVEN THROUGH THE FIRST PRESIDENCY OF THE COMMONDOMINION OF CHRIST, ON AUGUST 6, 2018.

1. For the Brighamite church at #templesquare, Salt Lake City, Utah. 11 slots in the Quorum of the 12 Apostles must remain to be (Jeremiah 3) composed of one from the clans of these respective families (Revelation 17, Matthew 25) to preserve the doctrinal purity before the apostasy of March 3, 1995: a. Brigham Young b. John Taylor c. Wilford Woodruff d. Lorenzo Snow e. Heber Grant f. David McKay g. Harold Lee h. Spencer Kimball i. Ezra Taft Benson j. Howard Hunter k. Chelsie Hightower Therefore the Quorum has to be hereditary. The First Counselor of the First Presidency must be hereditarily from the family of Mother Lindsey Stirling and the Second Counselor must hereditarily come from the family of Father Sterling D. Allan. Pursuant to Empire apostasy, all occupied high positions in the Brighamite church are now vacant. Upon its restoration to the Commondominion, it shall be occupied by families of all persons who served directly only Joseph Smith, most especially if they are martyred by the Empire. Lower positions, such as the 7 Quorums of the 70, and all other quorums of the Priesthood, shall be occupied by all yokebearer and fellows who are under Brighamite custody. The 7 Presidents of the 7 Quorums of the 70 are created as another advisory body to be led by the family of the previous president. Upon election of a new Church President and turnover of the previous president's family, the family who previously led this 7-man advisory quorum shall retain top leadership of their choice to any of the following: The United Order, School of the Prophets, and Council of 50, which are all restored alongside other institutions discarded by Brighamite apostasy, and shall likewise comprise of all concerned yokebearers and fellows, together with all concerned Commondominion branch churches. This is to honor their service to the church. After the service of their family member on any of these, they shall be entitled to other positions of their choice but not of those already occupied by families of companions to Joseph Smith, not even the Quorum of the 12. The policy that the most senior of the 12 apostles shall be automatically president is hereby repealed. Should the office of President be vacant, all Brighamite-held yokebearers and fellows will convene in a special council to elect amongst themselves who shall be President. The office of President shall not be hereditary but it shall be open but only to all yokebearers and fellows, and shall take turns of each of their respective families. All Commondominion branch churches who invoke the Mormon faith shall be recognized to have voice in votes and decision-making. They shall comprise a special Check-and-Balance body to be led by the highest decision-making body, the Family of Joseph Smith itself, who shall retain legislative and judiciary powers, and shall be the final arbitrary body. Joseph Smith's Family, having all powers above the Quorum of the 12, therefore is given no position in the structure itself of governance, having said to be rather above the structure itself, as their privilege. Instead, the Mormon branch churches of the Commondominion shall elect one of them every term of a President, which is lifelong of course, to fill up the 12th slot in the Quorum of the 12. The 12th slot shall be filled in a cycle of taking turns from all said branch churches. The branch churches are entitled to their own respective jurisdictions, and are also above the organizational structure of the Brighamite church (Isaiah 19,23).

2. To the Watchtower church in New York. The Governing Body's 6 members shall forevermore consist of descendants each from the families of Joseph Rutherford to Milton Henschel. The family of Charles Taze Russell shall be united with the family of Paul Samuel Leo Johnson by marriage to consist the highest decision-making body, to be assisted by a Check and Balance body of all Commondominion branch churches invoking Russell's faith who shall retain equal powers with the Governing Body, and autonomy by their own discretion. All sub-committees of the Governing Body are now hereby abolished and are replaced by the families of victims of the Governing Body, to be led by families of prominent Witnesses martyred by the present Governing Body, specifically Prince and Michael Jackson. The President of the Governing Body will be by cycle or taking turns (Luke 1) amongst the families of yokebearers and fellows enslaved by the present wicked system of Watchtower things up to its downfall, including Ladies Jasmine Melrose, Coco Rocha and Paris Torres. The Williams family are excluded from holding any duties.

3. To the Adventist church in Maryland. The General Conference body and all regional conferences are abolished. They are replaced, to be rather filled up, by all Commondominion branch churches invoking the Sabbatarian and Adventist faith. The office of President of the Church shall be filled by hereditary succession through a seed to be the result of unity by marriage of the families of William Miller and Ellen White. All yokebearers enslaved by the present corporate General Conference will take over and consolidate the various subsidiary agencies of the organizational structure. All local/independent media outlets of the General Conference are hereby dissolved.

General Instructions. The wright of any member to receive divine revelation and commission by Godhead to establish a branch church for the Commondominion, or to hold responsible all leaders of the church, shall be forevermore allowed. Upon their receiving of such direct communication from Godhead they are instructed to freely coordinate with the Commondominion First Presidency and the leaders of their respective mother churches so as for them to be accordingly helped, introduced and recognized (Acts 13, Galatians 1-2). They are asked to bring along witnesses on these appointments should the First Presidency or the church leaders may refuse or resist the presence of these newly-called messengers. These new messengers will be bound by oath that they shall uphold the Commondominion Founding Principles on their conduct and policies. All concerned brethren are kindly asked to further send in their Divinely-Lawful Suggestions to augment by Godhead this divine Lowe. This Revelation is subject by updating to further Instruction from Godhead.
