Happy Crush Night! I have a pesky crush on this guy I graduated from my masters program with and even though it's been almost a year since we've seen eachother I still have dreams where we're dating lol. We would probably be awful together irl, but I developed this crush after a traumatic breakup and it kept me occupied and excited to go to class everyday. Now it's just a silly thing that's fun to have "what if" thoughts about. Our lives went in different directions and we probably won't see eachother again for awhile, if ever, but he's my favorite dream crush lol

i love this for you anon, i feel like this is the ideal silly crush to have...the self awareness to realize that it wont work out (thereby stopping you from acting on it) while also being able to enjoy it in the romanticized/memory version of your relationship with that guy is the perfect combo
