Op zondagavond 10-09-2023 speelden Chef’Special, Sue The Night, Jack & The Weatherman, Kuenta, Bagjuice, Bart van Liemt (ex-frontman van The Sheer), DJ Guzz, The Golden Boys en The Irrational Library het Patronaat plat om geld in te zamelen voor Stichting Stem in de Stad. De Haarlemse stichting die zich inzet voor kwetsbare Haarlemmers kreeg vanavond van frontman Joshua Nolet van Chef’Special en performer Joshua Baumgarten van The Irrational Library een cheque van 10.000 euro overhandigd in poptempel Patronaat. Joshua Nolet, van Chef'Special: “Ik ken Stem in de Stad. Met eigen ogen heb ik gezien en mogen meemaken, dat ze zonder oordeel mensen ontvangen. Ze zijn welkom. Iedereen en altijd. Wie ze ook zijn, ze worden allemaal gezien. Uiteindelijk willen we dat eigenlijk toch allemaal.” Tussen 15.00 en 22.00 uur traden de 9 bands op in zowel de kleine als grote zaal van het Patronaat tijdens een speciaal georganiseerd benefietfestival voor Stem in de Stad. Alle bands en ook concertzaal Patronaat werkten belangeloos mee.

In Your Arms by Chef’Special is very kat and nat coded imo. But specifically one of the alternative endings, 1.7(2.0) if I’m not mistaken, where Nat sits by a lake and talks to kat when she’s gone.

De Haarlemse organisatie en ontmoetingsplek Stem in de Stad organiseert op zondag 10 september 2023 een benefietconcert in Patronaat. Tussen 15.00 en 22.00 uur zijn er optredens van eveneens Haarlemse artiesten als Chef’Special, Sue The Night, Jack & The Weatherman, The Irrational Library en meer. De avond heeft als doel om Haarlemmers en met name jonge Haarlemmers er bewust van te maken dat er ook stadgenoten zijn die het minder makkelijk hebben. Alle opbrengsten van het benefietconcert gaan naar Stichting Stem in de Stad. De kaartverkoop is gestart via https://www.patronaat.nl. Stichting Stem in de Stad zet zich al meer dan 25 jaar voor Haarlemmers die het moeilijk hebben en kijkt om naar kwetsbare mensen die niet altijd gehoord of gezien worden. Inmiddels is Stem in de Stad uitgegroeid tot een bruisende ontmoetingsplek en biedt Stem veiligheid en rust. Om hun werk in Haarlem voort te kunnen zetten, wordt dit benefietconcert in Haarlem georganiseerd. Het concert is een initiatief van Stem in de Stad en Chef’Special, met Patronaat als medeorganisator. Alle optredende artiesten en concertzaal Patronaat werken belangeloos mee. Joshua Nolet, van Chef'Special: “Ik heb zelf een aantal jaar boven Stem in de Stad gewoond en heb met eigen ogen kunnen zien wat die plek betekent voor een grote groep Haarlemmers. Het is een plek waar zij zich gezien en gesteund voelen. Dit is iets wat wij als band een heel warm hart toe dragen en we hopen met dit festival onze mede Haarlemmers uit te nodigen deze groep kwetsbaren te blijven zien.” Line-up van Haarlemse acts Naast misschien wel de succesvolste band die Haarlem ooit voortbracht, Chef’Special, staan ook Sue The Night, Jack & The Weatherman, Kuenta, Bagjuice, Bart van Liemt (exfrontman van The Sheer), DJ Guzz, The Golden Boys en The Irrational Library op de line-up. Stem in de Stad https://www.stemindestad.nl Stem in de Stad is opgericht door de bevlogen dominee Jurjen Beumer, hij creëerde een bruisende en veilige ontmoe Stem in de Stad is al 25 jaar een gastvrije ontmoe denken als bron hanteert. Stem in de Stad voert wekelijks met 10 medewerkers en 140 vrijwilligers verschillende programma’s uit, variërend van begeleiding van mensen in psychische nood tot een maal mensen, ondersteuning aan ongedocumenteerden op hun tocht naar hun nieuwe bestaan en aandacht voor eenzame mensen. Jaarlijks vinden meer dan 1.000 Haarlemmers de weg naar Stem in de Stad.
