Classic Medic, The Doctor of BLU

Classic Medic, The Doctor of BLU - The Classic Medic is the mysterious healer of Team Fortress Classic. Since the 1930's, this man has remained an enigma, with most of his files mysteriously disappearing from the Administrator's records sometime in the 1950's. However, despite staying off the radar for most of his tenure in the Gravel Wars, the Classic Medic was beloved by his original team and was regarded as a brilliant mind amongst his peers.

According to his former co-workers, Cmedic was kind, unfailingly loyal, and extremely resourceful on and off the battlefield. Cmedic was also hyper-competent in battle, easily being able to dispatch of larger mercenaries. Because of his combat prowess, he was the first in his generation to be given the informal title of "Combat Medic." He would continue to demonstrate his abilities when he began experimenting with chemical weapons, instilling fear into much of Redmond's mercenaries.

Cmedic's father emigrated from Haiti in 1909, where he would meet Cmedic's mother in Connecticut. Cmedic would be born in 1911 and would grow up a single child. His father taught him much about his Haitian heritage and instilled in him a strong sense of justice and compassion. His father was a renowned neuroscientist and his mother was a famous pathologist. Because of their impressive careers, Cmedic's parents nurtured a strong love of knowledge in Cmedic, where he would eventually discover his passion for theoretical physics. Despite this, however, Cmedic was subtly encouraged to pursue a degree in medicine instead. While Cmedic ultimately did go to medical school, he still retained a love of theoretical physics. When Cmedic joined Team Fortress Classic, he received Fred's help in refurbishing a nearby warehouse into a labratory so Cmedic could continue his research.

During Cmedic's time with BLU, he would develop an especially close romantic relationship with Cheavy. The two were nearly inseparable and would make plans to settle down once their contracts with BLU ended. Unfortunately, these plans would come crashing down after a tragic incident on November 2nd, 1952. Sometime in the middle of the night, Cmedic would disappear without a trace. Sabotage was a likely answer as the bases' cameras mysteriously shut down before Cmedic's disappearance could be captured. According to Blutarch Mann, Cmedic was kidnapped and murdered by the RED's, a claim that would lead to the slow degradation of Team Fortress Classic and the mental breakdown of Cheavy for the next 20 years.

Cmedic would be declared dead until 1972, when he would miraculously reappear in a maximum security prison on China's southern coast. From here, he would join Medic, Heavy, and Cheavy on their journey chronicled in Take Back The Fortress, where his involvement in the story would prove extremely important due to his status as The Marker, a mortal whose Blight-immune blood is coveted by the Disciples. While his blood makes him a target, his immunity does grant him a strange power: he can read the language of the Disciples. This enables him to read the corrupted data from the laptop, a mysterious item once owned by the nameless author of Sol in Umbra.

Cmedic would go on to become highly proficient with the Thunder Resonance Ark, granting him mastery of electrokinesis. In addition, Cmedic was revealed to have a prosthetic leg that he built himself. According to Cmedic, he lost his left leg after a mechanical accident in prison.

Pyro is actually a Big Sister but their big daddy was an Alpha Class and yes the Civil War is still apart of this au.

Sniper was only 17 during the events of Bioshock 1 so he saw the war from the perspective of someone who has been forced to hard labor for years. He didn’t much care for the political situation but Blu Sniper, his co-workers at Hephaestus, and the Engineers were all pretty vocal about it.

Soldier and Demo used to be apart of Ryan Security so.. get what you’ll take from that.

Pyro and Scout were both pretty young during the war (13 and 15). Scout was terrified mostly while Pyro.. well.. they had their big daddy (Who is Cheavy) to keep them safe.

Medic went into hiding with Heavy and his sisters to continue his research in peace.

And Spy?

Spy is dead by the Civil War. He died from Scout’s Ma killing him for money (cuz she was pretty desperate) which happened pretty early on in Rapture’s history.

I still haven’t fleshed out all the work on the BLU or Saxton and characters like him yet. I’ll get around to it soon tho.

the wiki also cites this page as part of australium's muscle mass increasing abilities saying its a "buff and hairy dell conagher" and like???

australium is specifically cited as growing MUSTACHES MULTIPLE TIMES, not beards. i think engie just stopped shaving because he was depressed

doing some diggining into australium for a video im planning on making, and according to the wiki, the australium used for the poopy joe launch was harvested from america. then of course admin came and scooped that shit all up and it all got used for her gay ass.

it also mentions that all of australia's australium was depleted and the australium cave that soldier lives in was the last australium.

you may notice i said AMERICA and AUSTRALIA's australium caches were depleted. but then the wiki says thats the LAST of the australium? i can't think of any specific geological conditions that australia and seemingly general united states of america would share that would mean they're the only places where australium could be found. did they never check europe? south america? asia? fucking russia? goddamn AFRICA, aka historically used for mining rare minerals/metals (with slavery).

i refuse to believe they actually got rid of all of the australium, there's probably millions of pounds still out there under the rock they haven't checked

i'm digging around the engineer update for some more details regarding australium, and i discovered that there's a side effect of australium i have never seen referenced by the lore since this update, and that's australium apparently giving you a deep fondness of beer

Maybe the dispenser, or mini-sentry? Since while the gunslinger is required for it, they seem(?) like different mechanisms that are otherwise mostly unrelated?

the dispenser probably uses the same tech that medic uses for his medigun, and yeah the minisentry is possibly the only original thing engie made BUT radigan invented the gunslinger so you could ALSO assume he invented the mini sentry too and we just never saw it

I've slowly started hyperfixating on Kingdom Hearts alongside TF2, and that means I had to cram the two together before my ADHD bitchass would shut up. So to satisfy that craving, I drew Medic in some KH inspired clothing. And because I had to give him some kind of story, here goes.

Ludwig is in-training to become a Keyblade Master, having earned his Keyblade after his mother Bequeathed it to him at a young age. His Keyblade, "Hypocritical Oath," first appeared before him when he joined RED (Replica Enhancement Division) and his life was threatened by a member of BLU (Birth Light Union).

The Replica Enhancement Division is an organization started by Redmond Mann designed to research the Replicas and enhance their capabilities, resulting in increasingly perfect clones. Part of this program included the creation of data reconstructions of Hearts, which Ludwig was heavily involved in. Ludwig created several successful Replicas, but all had to be terminated following a mysterious "illness" that rendered them unviable.

The machine on his back is designed to house the very Hearts Ludwig regularly works with. This allows for easy transport of multiple Hearts if Ludwig cannot transfer the data in time for a project. The machine, which he calls a Heart Chamber, can also heal fragmented or otherwise damaged Hearts that lack a body.

Following Redmond and Blutarch Mann's deaths at the hands of Gray Mann, RED and BLU were disbanded. Ludwig was shortly rehired by Gray Mann to join a new team - Organization Classic, a group of 8 powerful Nobodies that were created from older Keyblade wielders.

When Ludwig showed up in Gray Garden to join the Organization, he was ambushed by Echavyx, the Nobody of Cheavy. Echavyx attacked with a Keyblade and attempted to take Ludwig's Heart to turn him into a Nobody and subsequently create the 9th and final member of Organization Classic. Thankfully, this did not happen. When Ludwig's Heart was released from his body, it immediately fled and sought out another light to keep him safe, leaving his empty body behind.

Ludwig's Heart would eventually come to rest with Misha, who willingly took in Ludwig's disembodied Heart to keep him safe. With Ludwig's Heart now residing within Misha, Misha gained the ability to dual-wield Keyblades, using both his and Ludwig's in combat.

Because Ludwig's Heart immediately sought out the light of another, preventing him from becoming a Heartless, the body he left behind was unable to become a Nobody. This left Ludwig's body in a catatonic state. With no Heart, his body was an empty and lifeless husk. Having failed his mission, Echavyx took the empty body back to Gray Mann, where it would be put in suspended animation indefinitely until they could track down Ludwig's Heart. In that time, Ludwig's Heart would remain safely inside Misha indefinitely.

engineer update says prospectors seemed to have tried looking in canada for australium but as far as i know it never gets said if they found anything. that's assuming they're talking about australium here and this isn't just talking about the yukon gold rush
