Behind the scenes of many of the companies that provide the products and services you use each day are two investment firms that own more shares than other shareholders. The list includes social media, transportation, news media, food manufacturers and pharmaceutical companies

Blackrock and Vanguard hold large interests in pivotal companies, and Vanguard holds a large share of Blackrock. In turn, Blackrock has been called the "Fourth Branch of Government" by Bloomberg as they are the only private firm that has financial agreements to lend money to the central banking system

Ascertaining who owns large portions of Vanguard is more difficult as it is a private company that is not publicly traded. It's important to think globally but act locally to protect your civil rights, including supporting state legislators who support your right to choose health care

Until recently, it has appeared that economic competition has been driving the rise and fall of small and large companies across the U.S. Supposedly, PepsiCo is Coca Cola's competitor, Apple and android are vying for your loyalty and Pfizer and Bayer are battling for your pharmaceutical dollars. But what is revealed in this video, using publicly available data you can check, is that this has been an illusion.

On the surface, all appears to be the same as it always has been. But the growth of a few corporations, beginning in the mid-1970s, has all but destroyed the competitive market on which America's strength has rested. As demonstrated in the video, a quick look through Yahoo! Finance shows that Vanguard and Blackrock have been the puppet masters behind nearly every large industry that affects your life.

As you can quickly discern, the global economy may be the greatest illusionary trick ever pulled over the eyes of people around the world. Without doubt, we are in a new place and facing new challenges. It will take accurate information and local action to continue to have the right to take control of your health.

Behind the Scenes, Two Companies Own the Supply Chain

As you watch the video, you'll see that most of the large corporations that supply the food, information, data and drugs used every day are controlled by a select few investment firms whose sole goal is a greater return on their profits. Of course, that's been the backbone of a competitive economy — to grow your profit margin while competing against other companies for the same market.

In theory, this competition drives innovation, advancement and price structures that benefit the consumer. However, when one, two or three large companies own most of what you use, competition becomes an illusion, resulting in a monopoly where companies can set a price and there are no other products from which to choose.

As the World Economic Forum1 and United Nations2 collaborate to "build back better," it is crucial to pay attention to how large corporations across the world may contribute to a societal shift that moves more money into the hands of billionaires and creates a new depth of poverty across the world.

One of the mandates for the Federal Trade Commission is to ensure there is competition in the marketplace. For example, in 2000, a federal judge ruled that Microsoft had maintained a monopoly with Windows and tied the company browser, Internet Explorer, to the operating system, thus gaining a greater economic foothold.3

The company barely escaped being split up, until it agreed with a settlement to curb its practices. More than 20 years later, the Department of Justice is now looking at antitrust allegations against Google's business dealings that have hurt smaller competitors.4 But the two major investors in both these companies appear to have escaped unscathed.

As you go through the list of companies in which Vanguard and Blackrock strategically hold a large investment interest, consider how the products and services provided by these companies are inextricably intertwined with your daily life.

You may recognize many of these names and some may not be as recognizable. You can do your own search on Yahoo! Finance,5 typing in the company and clicking "holdings" in the navigation bar. The companies span a variety of aspects of daily life, including:

However, as comments on my Twitter feed indicate, it is not always apparent why this information is important to your rights as an individual.6 It may be difficult to imagine a world where your news is being manipulated. As is illuminated in the video, Vanguard and Blackrock:7

"... own the news that's been created, they own the distribution of the news that's been created, they own the lives of the reporters that are reporting the news that's being distributed that's being created on your TV screen. CBS, FOX, ABC, it doesn't matter which you're watching.

They all are using that wonderful phrase from Davos now — build back better. The point being is that you've got very few people controlling everything and that's information. Talk about information is power, well not only do they create the information, but they have all the distribution nodes to literally change the world mindset as it were."

Every Media Chain Using the Same Narrative

Davos is a ski town in the Swiss Alps but has become the shorthand for the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting that's held in the town.8 It is a chance for some of the most powerful figures in the world to collaborate. The meeting has been headed and organized by Klaus Schwab, an 83-year-old German engineer and economist. As you consider what you're hearing in the news, remember:9

"Everything we see on the shelves in the shops, what you buy online, who delivers it, who is making the COVID jab, who is distributing the jab, who is reporting on the jab, who is censoring alternative information about the jab, and all the rest of it. It's all the same people."

The consistency of news reporting across mainstream media should now make sense since each of them have similar major investors and those major investors have a singular focus of raising their profit margin while pushing the Fourth Industrial Revolution. How can you believe what's being told in the news when every news channel is saying the same thing?

It may have been that Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein, who broke the Nixon Watergate story in 1972, were the last investigative journalists working for a major news media company who were allowed to follow a news story to conclusion without blatant censorship.

Around the world, doctors are being silenced. At the beginning of the pandemic, medical professionals were told not to speak to the media about a lack of personal protective equipment within the hospital. Although the American Medical Association10 initially came out in support of a physician's right to speak out about the care conditions, the tables have since turned.

In the quick, six-minute video below, Dr. Dan Stock from McCordsville, Indiana, a suburb of Indianapolis, speaks to the board of the Mount Vernon Community School Corporation. He provides the board with documentation to back up his claim that the way in which the community was addressing an attempt to stop the spread of infection was, in fact, ineffective.

The video went viral11 with several million views within a day of its posting on YouTube, before it was taken down for “violating YouTube’s community guidelines.” August 11, 2011, Tucker Carlson featured the video and Stock on his Fox show,12 where Stock said, “It seems to me that focusing on immune system improvement whether through a vaccine or non-vaccine methods is the more rational approach to this.”

Yet, even though Stock provides research evidence and speaks knowledgeably about the transmission of viral illnesses, the rest of mainstream media have not picked up on the story and this information is not being communicated to the public. Those in power want to ensure this type of information is not shared because it's contrary to the narrative they are promoting.

House for Sale? Blackrock Is Interested

A recent expose in The Wall Street Journal warns, "… yield-chasing investors are snapping up single-family houses to rent out or flip. They are competing for houses with ordinary Americans, who are armed with the cheapest mortgage financing ever, and driving up home prices."13

Yet, why would institutional investors be interested in overpaying for single family homes? To gain a greater understanding of the answer, you must take a look at Blackrock's partners, which include the World Economic Forum. The company manages assets that are worth $5.7 trillion and appears to be focused on pushing the average American out of the housing market.

If most of the available housing is owned by investment groups and corporations, they become your landlord. This is one of the ways in which the World Economic Forum envisions society in 2030. It's the part where you will "own nothing and be happy."

While it sounds like it came straight from George Orwell's book, "1984," it is in fact the agenda published on the World Economic Forum website.14 In fact, Forbes15 published an article in 2016 titled "Welcome To 2030: I Own Nothing, Have No Privacy And Life Has Never Been Better," which was written by the World Economic Forum.

Interestingly, the World Economic Forum once had a link to the article on their website under "agenda," but that link is now dead,16 even though a WEF Twitter post17 touting it in 2017 is still up. The link on the Twitter post, however, is also dead. And, curiously, in February 2021, Reuters did a "fact check" which claims the WEF never had anything to do with it.

The Fourth Branch of Government

BlackRock not only is an investment firm, but also has been called the "Fourth Branch of Government" because they are the only private firm with an intimate relationship with the Federal Reserve and financial agreements to lend money to the central banking systems. Interestingly, software developed by BlackRock — Aladdin — is used by the Fed to manage their financial transactions.18

In comparison to other large financial investment firms who have political ties to one party or the other, Blackrock "possesses a power that's more technocratic."19 The firm has a global influence as well. They were tapped as an adviser to the Bank of Canada and the European Union hired them to advise them on incorporating governing and social practices.

According to an analysis by Bloomberg,20 the company may be paid as much as $48 million a year in fees, which could cement the company's ties with powerful policymakers.

To put this into perspective, BlackRock, an investment firm, has more power than most governments and controls the Federal Reserve, Wall Street mega-banks like Goldman Sachs and the WEF's Great Reset, according to F. William Engdahl, a strategic risk consultant and lecturer who holds a degree in politics from Princeton University.21 They don't just want your house, they want your life.

But Who Owns Vanguard?

When you take a look at who owns the largest portion of BlackRock, you learn its Vanguard.22 But ascertaining who has the greatest investment in Vanguard is a little more difficult. The company has a corporate structure that makes ownership challenging to discern.

It appears it's owned by a variety of funds, which in turn are owned by shareholders. Aside from these shareholders, the company has no outside investors and is not publicly traded. As reported in the featured video:23

"The elite who own Vanguard apparently do not like being in the spotlight, but of course they cannot hide from who is willing to dig. Reports from Oxfam and Bloomberg say that 1% of the world, together owns more money than the other 99%. Even worse, Oxfam says that 82% of all earned money in 2017 went to this 1%.

In other words, these two investment companies, Vanguard and BlackRock, hold a monopoly in all industries in the world and they, in turn, are owned by the richest families in the world, some of whom are royalty and who have been very rich since before the Industrial Revolution."

Although getting to the bottom of the major investors in Vanguard is difficult, it's important to keep in mind that BlackRock and Vanguard, individually and combined, own enough shares in Big Pharma and mainstream media to have control over what is produced, shared and distributed.

This information is important because it is the drug companies and media that are driving the response to this infection. Thus far, it has all endangered rather than optimized public health and the official narrative continues to be false, leading the public further astray and fostering fear based on lies.

To have a chance of righting this situation, we must understand the central players and why these false narratives are being created in the first place. In the Global Justice Now December 2020 report entitled "The Horrible History of Big Pharma,"24 they review the shameful history of the top seven drug companies in the world.

These companies are now developing and manufacturing drugs and gene-based "vaccines" against COVID-19, while mainstream media have helped suppress information about readily available older drugs that have been shown to have a high degree of efficacy against the infection.

Think Globally and Act Locally

Just as the market collectively impacted the downfall of the Grocery Manufacturers Association,25 you have an impact in your local community. It may be overwhelming to consider how quickly the world is changing, but you can have a voice in your local community.

As you may know, after my articles have been published for 48 hours, they are no longer available to read. I encourage you to share these with your friends and family and encourage them to share as well.

It may be inconceivable to think about making a difference on a national scale to protect your civil rights, but there are approaches you can take on a local level that will make a big difference as people across the world speak up.

Many large communities and states are forming groups to stand up for individual rights, to prevent vaccine passports and limit governmental power in a peaceful manner.26 It's also important to find a group with which to work and to support your state legislators who support your right as an individual to choose your health care.

Chapter Two - July 17, 2014 Tripoli, Libya

Savannah shoved a blind handful of clothes into a backpack and glanced frantically around the room for her headscarf.

“Miss Thorne, we need to go. Now!”

“I’m coming!” She found the piece of fabric draped over the chair in the corner and she snatched it up, putting it on with one hand as she grabbed her laptop and shoved it in the bag with the other. “Okay, call the pilot.” She slung the backpack over her shoulder. “I’m ready, let’s go.”

Security officers, one in front and two behind, escorted her out of the hotel at a jog and to the waiting vehicle. The streets were filled with locals running, yelling, chanting, guns firing both at people and into the air. Smoke pillars were scattered around the skyline and jets flew overhead. The week before nearly 300 government officials and employees had been killed in Benghazi, militias had been batting over the airport in Tripoli for nearly a weak and the State Department was preparing to evacuate its employees from the US Embassy.

At the private gate they were stopped by the militia that currently held control of the airport, but they let Savannah and her car through after a substantial bribe. She breathed a sigh of relief as they approached her plane and she saw that it was not one of the dozens on fire. There was no true relaxation until the jet was in the air and out of Tripoli air space. Her headscarf had fallen to reveal her hair but she left it, it was only a disguise, something to keep her from drawing more attention than absolutely necessary. An American in Libya was a prime target. As were any American operated oil wells.

She couldn’t count how many burned on the desert floor beneath her, the blanket of thick black smoke was too dense.

“Ma’am are you sure you want to land?” The pilot asked over his shoulder as he circled.

He had circled the oil field three more times before she answered, “No, Rick. Let’s just go home.” The words tasted more toxic than the smoke below them. She continued to stare as the plane eased out of it’s banking maneuver and reoriented south. “Who’s still down there?”

Her head of security, Kristoffer, sat across the table, “Most of my team is still on the ground Miss Thorne. We’ll hold it.”

Her burning oil no longer visible from her window she slouched into her leather seat and faced him, “Hold it well enough to get fire crews in there and put the wells out?”

When Kristoffer didn’t answer right away it didn’t bode well, “We can hold, but limited firepower, limited manpower. We’ll be on the defense, not the offense.”

Savannahs eyes hardened, as dark and smothering as the smoke that now haunted her waking life. “That’s not how I play.”

July 17, 2014 Somewhere Over the Central African Republic

“At this point, say we get the wells put out and capped. How long before the next coup, the next militia or some scraggle of rebels comes along and blows them again? The oil is more valuable in the ground than it is in a pillar of hellfire.”

Savannah glared at her business manager on the screen in front of her, “No, it’s more valuable in a tanker on its way to Europe.”

“Sell it.”

“Nobody is going to buy on oilfield that’s burning up all it’s oil. Nobody is going to buy an oilfield in Libya period. That’s why we are there! It’s the cheapest most abundant reserve in the world, with the least competition. My father drilled there for decades, I’m not going to lose it just because of some pissing match between regime’s. It’s Africa for fucks sake, this shit happens every day.”

“If you just called to yell, I’m hanging up now.”

“Hang up and you’ll be managing a Whataburger off I-45.” She snorted derisively and sipped on her whiskey.

Her manager snorted back, “Well at least there wouldn’t be terrorist groups trying to takeover my Whataburger.”

Savannah crunched a piece of ice and cocked a slightly less than perfect eyebrow. “Have you ever been to Houston? You never know.” She chuckled dryly to herself. “Options Reed, give me options. Other than selling.”

The man on the videochat fiddled with his pen and and tapped at a key on his laptop repeatedly. “Well, I mean my first suggestion is to get more security on the ground so we can at least get fire crews in. But, like you said, you don’t have the men or the arms.”

“Men and guns can be bought.” Savannah glanced to the four, strapping examples lounging around the cabin of her private jet.

“Okay, well, do that.”

“As much as I hate telling you this; you are right. Cap the wells, some goat herder is just going to blow them up again.” She finished her drink and let another ice cube fall into her mouth, crunching it as she thought. A habit she knew Reed hated, which only made it more enjoyable for her. “What is there for… new well heads, derricks, caps, rigs… something, some sort of advancement maybe, that makes them less vulnerable to attacks?”

The video feed glitched a few times before he answered, “I don’t think manufacturers build their drilling equipment to be terrorist proof.”

Savannah stood up and spun the laptop towards the planes mini galley, where she was heading. She raised her voice as she made herself another drink. “No, but they do make them safer. Less likely to blow out, more stable during the drilling process, more efficient. OSHA be damned but someone somewhere makes… something… we can repurpose. Unbreakable steel, self cooling drill stem or pipes, a fucking force field I don’t know…” She trailed off, filling her glass to the top in the process. “Fuck.” She twisted the cap back on the whiskey bottle and took a drink on her way back to her seat.

“Maybe Tony Stark has something we can use.” Reed laughed at his own joke.

“Oh please, Stark wouldn’t come near us with a ten foot pole and a NDA. I like the way you think though.”

Reed paused, “You mean… go superhero or go scientist?”

Savannah cleared her throat, realizing she had forgot the Coke for her whiskey and cola. “Find me a nerd. Someone working on, something we can apply to this. If they want research funding, labs, resources, whatever. Find me someone and I’ll make a deal.”

July 17, 2014 Somewhere Over the Democratic Republic of the Kongo

“We’ll be stopping to refuel at Kisangani Miss Thorne. Then we’ll stop at your site in Angola to top off before we head for Joburg.”

“Dumbo?” Savannah sat up from the ‘nap’ she had been taking on the couch.

“Yes ma’am, I’ve already radioed ahead so they’ll have the fuel truck ready when I call in to land.”

“You’re the best Rick.” She stood up and stretched.

“That’s why I work for you ma’am.” He chuckled to himself as he set back to the controls.

Savannah chuckled too as she dug through the snack cupboard. She had just opened a package of jerky when her video call notification lit up her laptop screen. One of the guards was playing online Texas Hold ‘Em and glanced up at her. “Who is it?” She walked around to look over his shoulder. He was playing with two Queens in his hand and another on the table lined up between two eights and the seven of spades.

“It’s Reed Miss Thorne.” He looked back to the screen as it was his turn to call or fold.

Savannah nodded, “Let it ring.”

The guard smiled and nodded as he clicked the button to ‘call’. The online players showed their cards and his Queens over eights took the pot. Nearly $2,000 American dollars. Savannah patted him on the back as he cashed out and stood up from the seat so she could answer the video call.

“Reed, do you have good news for me?”

“How desperate are you?”

She slouched back in her seat and gnawed on a piece of jerky, “That’s not what I want to hear.”

“I know, but hear me out. The superhero thing got me thinking…”

“Oh Lord give me strength.”

Before she could continue her lamenting Reed cut her off. “Vibranium.”

All that could be heard was the hum of the jet and Savannahs chewing.

Reed took that as his leave to continue, “I found a young research scientist in Germany, at the Technical Institute of Munich, that has been working on a theory that if blended with structural and manufacturing grade steel, Vibranium could reduce Industrial accidents by nearly 80%. I’ve been looking into this guy for hours, squeaky clean, super nerd, he’s perfect.”

“Where’s he get the vibranium? Its… you can’t get it.”

“That’s just it, this is all theory! He’s never had any to work with… So, if a certain wealthy business owner were to come forward and…”

“Offer to supply him with vibranium he might just be grateful enough to say... Build us indestructible oil wells?”

Reed’s smile bordered on manic and Savannah realized it must be nearly three in the morning at the main office in Dallas.

“Great idea except I don’t have any.” She ripped a piece of jerky in half and shoved it in her mouth. “None that isn’t already being used.” She added around a mouthful of teriyaki jerky.

“No, but you’ve gotten it before.

Savannah chewed. “Fuck me sideways. Is this really our best option?”

“It’s our only option hun.” Reed looked as tired as she felt.

“Fuck… Fuck… Fuckity fuck, fuck, fuck. Fuck it. Call him. Put him on a plane to Johannesburg muy pronto. Tell him whatever he needs, it’s paid for.” Savannah slammed the lid of her laptop much harder than necessary. It didn’t even make her feel any better. Instead she grabbed a water bottle off the seat next to her and threw it at the lavatory door as hard as she could. “Fuck!”

Her security team remained silent, waiting.

“Kristoffer, tell your boys to hold the fields no matter what and that they’re all on time and a half pay until I get back.”

“Yes ma’am.” He walked to his gear bag and pulled out the satellite phone, ready to give orders.

Savannah waited patiently for him to finish and then took the phone from. She dialed a very familiar number. A number she had sworn she would never dial again. If her way of life did not depend on this phone call she would have hung up as soon as she heard his voice.

“Yeah?

“Ulysses?”

She closed her eyes and counted her breaths as the line remained silent. Then, the sniggering began. Slowly and almost too quiet to hear until it grew to the point she held the phone away from her and considered ripping off the emergency exit door and throwing it out. “Hello Annah, Love.” He chuckled some more, “Tell me you need me.”

Her hand closed around the sat sphone like a vice. Her eyes screwed shut and her molars ground together. But, she collected herself and spoke, “I need you Lee.”

Georgia-based companies are surprisingly absent from Super Bowl marketing. Many of Georgia's "big corporate citizens helped the city" prepare to host Super Bowl LIII, but they "aren't the NFL's Super Bowl sponsors," according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. Chick-fil-A, UPS, Kia, Mercedes-Benz, Holiday Inn parent IHG, and Serta Simmons "won't be in the Super Bowl," and Coca-Cola is temporarily on the sideline. PepsiCo, an NFL sponsor since 2002, for the first time will "serve its namesake cola in the stadium where Coke normally holds licensing rights." Pepsi has "unleashed a blue wave" in Atlanta, and there are "plans to cover logos on Coke's coolers and fountain machines" at Mercedes-Benz Stadium during the game. Pepsi has also placed a "multi-story sign across from the World of Coca-Cola," and a local ad states, "Pepsi in Atlanta. How refreshing." The Atlanta Business Journal also noted one of the "more interesting conflicts" is between Mercedes-Benz and Hyundai, the "official car sponsor of the NFL." The game will be held in Mercedes-Benz Stadium, but the NFL is "using an image where it's impossible to see the gigantic Mercedes-Benz logo that adorns several sides" of the venue. Atlanta-based Delta Air Lines, on the other hand, “is able to leverage its Super Bowl marketing and branding ties" because the NFL doesn’t have an airline sponsor

Vegas Stats & Information Network is predicting that more than $300 million will be wagered within eight states when the Patriots and Rams collide. “The handle, or amount wagered on the Big Game, has grown pretty steadily over the past decade, breaking records in Nevada for each of the past three years,” said VSiN CEO, Brian Musburger. “Between that momentum and the addition of seven new states taking regulated bets, we’re expecting the amount wagered this year to dwarf everything we’ve seen in the past.” However, as noted by Forbes, the $300 million estimate is only a small fraction of the money that will be wagered on Super Bowl LIII worldwide. According to the American Gaming Association, last year 97% of all sports betting in American was done illegally. The NFL has also announced the launch of the Inspire Change platform, designed to showcase “the collaborative efforts of players, owners and the league to create positive change in communities across the country,” with a focus on education and economic advancement, police and community relations as well as criminal justice reform. As part of the league's ongoing commitment to social justice, the joint NFL players-owners working group recently approved two new social justice grants focused on the three priority areas, issued to Big Brothers Big Sisters of America and Operation HOPE.

To celebrate its first year as the official pizza of the Super Bowl, Pizza Hut is temporarily changing its name. Meet Pizza Hut Hut. The NFL named the chain its official pizza last February, but this is Pizza Hut’s first run as Super Bowl’s signature slice. Pizza Hut’s website already reflects the change, and USA Today reports an Atlanta location will temporarily rebrand itself with a new sign. The company will also debut two new Super Bowl ads featuring its Abraham Lincoln character already seen in commercials for Pizza Hut’s $5 deal menu. Pizza Hut will offer a game day special of $7.99 for a two-topping pie, and Super Bowl viewers in select states can order beer with their pizza from select restaurants. Why is my car insurance so high?

I have full coverage insurance on my 2005 Honda civic and I am paying a little over $850 every six months. Every quote I get isn't much better. Why is it so expensive? My insurance lady says that it's because I am a young driver with a newer car. But my YOUNGER sister has a car 2 years newer than mine and she pays about $350 less every six months. I have no tickets on my record. I did have my license suspended about 5 years ago. Why is it so expensive and how can I get it down? I can't afford this sh* t. Thank you!

OK i signed out with all-state insurance company. The quote was $380, the agent faxed me only papers to sign since i was happy about the quote. I asked her 2 fax me the Insurance Id card but she did not(i waited a week). After tired of waiting and being turned down by DMV 2 renew my car registration i called the office and asked someone else 2 handle my case. Things went fine without her help , the new guy sent me the Id card immediately. On Friday i received all the papers & the ID cards but i was suprised when i saw $415 ...i called but didn't speak with her, the guy that helped me B4 was like but you signed the papers, i asked him 2 send me the papers i signed again..and guess what? The psycho lady played me cause, she only faxed me papers 2 sign but not the papers that showed $415, all i agreed was based on the quote she gave me which is $380. She never sent me the $415 papers. What can i do with this cause they are not prepared 2 refund me or fix their numbers""

I waited until I turned 18 until I went to get my drivers permit. I've had my permit since November 18 2009. I plan to stay on the permit until its expiration date. I'm not sure what car I plan to purchase after that, something affordable (nothing over the top) and that will last quite awhile.
