A broadcast comes through after a brief moment of static as he tunes in to Alastor's frequency. "Charlie Alpha Lima! Yellow! Are you available at the moment? I have something I wish to give you!"
Alastor glanced up from his newspaper as his frequency was being tapped in to. He'd been staring at the pages for a good while, without really being able to do any progress.
To be fair, he was exhausted. The full moon had bothered him, disturbing his sleep schedule. He had not been able to rest for a good, few days.
He hesitated a little, but soon responded in a low, soft voice.
"I am, yes. Feel free to stop by~"
