welcome to ghost mod's thought experiment, the m/f ship bracket bonus round where every single m/f ship from the original round is pit against reylo of the 97/3 #shreksweep infamy.
why, you ask? mostly cuz of this.
they're going from lowest to highest per the original rankings, starting off with our newcomers adam/eve. 9 polls per day will roll out on queue throughout the est evening from may 12th-18th! after polls are closed one week later, i will post the final rankings of who swept the hardest (or failed to sweep...)
all polls can be found under the #bonus round tag, and this masterpost also contains links to each specific poll. there is also a spreadsheet with current bonus round standings and stats from the original bracket if you like numbers. :)

Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
About OUTER BANKS Season 3:
After losing the gold and fleeing the Outer Banks, Season 3 finds the Pogues washed ashore on a desert island that, for a brief moment, seems like an idyllic home. Officially deemed “Poguelandia,” the island’s newest residents spend their days fishing, swimming, and reveling in the carefree lifestyle of their temporary dwelling. But things quickly go south for John B, Sarah, Kiara, Pope, JJ, and Cleo when they find themselves once again caught up in a race for the treasure, quite literally running for their lives. They’re broke and far from home, they can’t trust anyone, Ward and Rafe are hungry for revenge, and there’s a ruthless Caribbean Don who will stop at nothing to find the bounty. Was the treasure ever within their reach? Or was it all a trap to stop them once and for all? Either way, it’s the Pogues against the world – and the only way out is together.

Just for fun, here's my current list of research texts for the vaudeville section. I recently added a couple more I want to track down, so there are currently 27 books total:

American Rose: A Nation Laid Bare - The Life and Times of Gypsy Rose Lee, by Karen Abbott
The Comedians: Drunks, Thieves, Scoundrels, and the History of American Comedy, by Kliph Nesteroff
My current work project started as, "I want to explain to people what the Hays Code is," and it rapidly became, "I cannot explain the Hays Code to you until after we have discussed B.F. Keith's policy for all vaudeville performances hosted in his chain of theaters."
I still have twenty-three texts about vaudeville that I need to finish reading, all before I even get to my readings about Thomas Edison, the Lumiere Brothers, W.K.L. Dickson, and all the other people who are wrapped up in the development of film technology.
We'll get to the Hays Code eventually, I swear. 😭

Books I got:
The Secret History // Donna Tartt (the reason we went)
Secret Societies // Sylvia Browne
The Last Ever After // Soman Chainani (I don’t think I’ll like it but my dad picked it out for me)
The Da Vinci Code // Dan Brown
The Bodies Left Behind // Jeffery Deaver
Headhunters On My Doorstep // T. Martin Troost
April Bood Florence and the Plot Against Medici // Lauro Martines
The Creative Explosion // John E. Pfeiffer
Elites of Eden // Joey Graceffa (I feel like I should know who this is but I can’t remember and I don’t want to look it up)
The Moon Sister // Lucinda Riley
The Kindly Ones // Johnathan Littel
Linear Algebra and Differential Equations // Charles G. Cullen (My Algebra teacher sucks ass so I figured why not)
Women in White // Frank G. Slaughter
None of these books had blurbs so I kinda just shot in the dark. I’m excited to read The Da Vinci Code and April Bood Florence and the Plot Against Medici the most out of the 12 books from the “decorative” shelf.
Side note: we got my dad a bunch of plants from Home Depot and a few books as well!
Did I just rope my parents into buying me 13 books? Yeah 🫶🏻
Also it’s my Dad’s birthday!

Eddie to Zurich Film festival by me!!!
First of all I apologize for the post written late, but I'm a bit busy .... I'm still very excited to have attended the Premiere in Zurich and the Award Ceremony. As you have seen in the various videos posted on you tube Eddie was fantastic with his fans. I was unable to go on the green Carpet, but I waited for him at the Kongressal !! It's not the first time that I have attended one of his awards, but this time I was very excited, for his award time and for the fact that he played a nurse!!
I extracted two frames from a video on you tube where I could recognize myself (two red lines on me and my husband) while greeting Eddie when got in the room room.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ymLgXs-r0Vk

He has been excellently presented, they listed almost all the roles he played (except jack, alex, Gordy and Eddie Kreezer?!?) and they broadcast a video of all his characters and I was thrilled when I saw Marius, on the big screen again, singing Empty Chairs at Empty Tables (I went back 10 years when I saw him in the cinema). Right after the video Eddie was invited to the stage and my heart went crazy

After thanking for the prize received, he began his speech remembering his first ZFF for Savage Grace, that time with Tara ex girlfriend, how he feels honored to be there, how he feels close to victims families etc....
There was a very funny moment where Eddie thought he had to leave and instead he was called back !!

When Eddie back on the stage was joined by Tobias Lindholm who explained how much wanted to make nursing life in the hospital real, and how wasn't easy to shoot during covid period.
After Tobias interview, Eddie and him leaved the stage and went away.
Few minutes later......
THE GOOD NURSE:
I think it's a very beautiful and real movie, working in the hospital I saw myself in many scenes, it gave the idea of how you live the hospital environment and how you approach a patient and his family, a strong movie but delicate. Eddie was sublime, while playing a murderer, he was able to reveal the more sensitive and at the same time the dark side of Charles Cullen.
There are a lot of scenes very strong but I can't say more.....
Unfortunately there are several cases like Charles in the nursing world, and to be honest I can't understand why....but the world is full of nurse like EMY, a true Good Nurse to whom all admiration goes.
