Charcharodontosaurus: named after the shark, Charcharodon. Name meaning jagged-teeth lizard
Saharicus: calling back to the Sahara desert, as it was found in North Africa
-a Charcharodontisaurid dinosaur found in late Cretaceous North Africa
-two unique teeth were found in Algeria which named the type species ā€œMegalosaurus Saharicusā€ and was later classified as ā€œDryptosaurusā€ these were the Holotype specimens.
-more teeth, a partial skull, vertebrae, and fragments of hip and leg bones were discovered and matched the teeth, and high erected the new genus ā€œCharcharodontosaurus Saharicusā€ these remains were destroyed during WWII
-a more complete skull was found in Niger, and resembled the previous specimens although it was classified as a Neotype ā€œCharcharodontosaurus Iguidensisā€ due to a different Maxilla and brain case.
-in 2016 research discovered that C. iguidensis is more similar to the Holotype than C. Saharicus. Controversially making C. Saharicus the Neotype instead.
-although itā€™s also debated that C. Iguidensis is actually a Sigilmassasaurus instead and not even a charcharodontisaurid.
-the brain has been studied and found that it was similar to that of Allosaurus and contained a large optic nerve. The auditory areas were also standard compared to other therapods.
-Charcharodontosaurus was able to lift animals up to 935 pounds (424 kg) in its jaws.
I donā€™t remember the name of the bird the coloration for this one is based on

Colors based on the European Honey Buzzard
Veterupristisaurus: Old shark lizard.
Milneri: honouring paleontologist Angela Milner
-Veterupristisaurus was a member of the Charcharodontisauridae family from Jurassic Tanzania
-the holotype contains an isolated caudal vertebra, two posterior partially fused middle caudal vertebrae, and an anterior caudal vertebrae. Basically just a bunch of pieces of the spinal column for those who arenā€™t proficient in anatomical terms.
-these continue to be the only bones found.
-the animal was originally named as Ceratosaurus, but it has been decided they are different animals.
-even though thereā€™s been a lack of bones found, there is no current debate on whether Veterupristisaurus is synonymous with another non-avian dinosaur.

Another friend!
Colors based on a Merlin Falcon
Wakinosaurus: Wakino Lizard.
Satoi: named after the person who discovered it, Masahiro Sato
-Wakinosaurus is a member of the Charcharodontisauridae family from Early Cretaceous Japan.
-Holotype contained a single tooth with a damaged crown and serrations on both sides.
-it was originally described as a Megalosaurid but is now described as a Nomen Dubium (unknown whether itā€™s a valid species), and could possibly be a Neotherapod. Itā€™s argued the tooth could have come from Prodeinodon, or from a different basil allosaurid like Acrocanthosaurus
Also I know nothing(besides a lot of types) of avian dinosaurs aka birds and the way Iā€™m choosing coloring is just via a random bird generator āœŒšŸ¼

Dinomsaurb
-sauroniops: eye of sauron. Pachytholus: thick dome
-Sauroniops was from the Late Cretaceous Morocco and is a member of the charcharodontisauridae family.
-The reason it was named after the LotR villain was because the Holotype (first specimen found) was just a bone on the top of its eye socket. This uh continues to be the only bone we have, so itā€™s up in the air whether itā€™s its own genus or if itā€™s a baby form of a different charcharodontisaurid.

Oops I did it again. This ones color is based on a Dunnock
-Taurovenator: bull hunter. Violantei: a tribute to the last name of the man who owned the farm it was found on, Enzo Violante
-A charcharodontisaurid from late Cretaceous Argentina
-the holotype and only specimen was an isolated right postorbital (the ring of bone around the eye) because of this, Tourovenator may be synonymous with Mapusaurus
