storyshift chara hits harder than canon ut sans. ily sans undertale but chara has always been my all time favorite character and in storyshift they’re so COOL. chara being the judge and the only human underground prior to frisk. in the geno run, chara dying by frisk’s hands and feeling their distaste for humanity proven one last time. feeling as though they failed the monsters that protected them for so long. come ON. come on. i love you storyshift.

i think toriel in storyshift (role of undyne) is fueled by the rage over asriel’s death, but the blind anger ended up being her demise. asgore hiding away is chara’s last hope (which also implies a king asgore ending to storyshift) for monsterkind before leaving to fight the human themselves. i like to think it as a self sacrificial thing, they’d been hidden away by asgore, but snuck out to try and defend the people that had cared for them for so long. one last chance, their determination can’t overcome the human’s but it exists.

chara being a light of hope for monsterkind and then failing to save them. it would mess them up i think. i love you storyshift chara

also im pretty sure it’s not their canon design but the bad time trio chara is peak. i haven’t seen the comic in ages but i remember loving chara

Storyshift Chara, but my spin on it? Not too proud of the design nor the animation. I just wanted more of their undertale colours in there compared to the new design. Might try something else.

Tried making them Chara more than Sans still though, unlike the old design. Even though I do like the old design.

The drawing isn't supposed to make sense, I also just wanted to draw several different knives.

Cloak & Dagger!

Side/background characters for Soul Collectors! StoryShift! Asriel and Chara variants! Dagger is an Anomaly SOUL that left their timeline with Cloak deciding to come with them.

More info on them;

Dagger;

Dagger was turned into an Anomaly SOUL after being attacked and killed by other Anomaly SOULs.

They were given the choice to either leave their timeline or wait until they inevitably get collected by a SOUL Collector or worse, they chose to leave.

Also, Since Anomaly SOULs softly glow, being one means they're a great nightlight-

Cloak;

Cloak made the choice to tag along with his sibling after they chose to leave their timeline to "protect" them.

He usually spends his time in the safe timeline they both live in, training to become a Royal knight, or roleplaying a normal timeline with other variants alongside Dagger.

(That timeline (not the Omega timeline) will be explored in the future <3)
