Jason Walmart™ adventures....Chpt:1
Jason Todd (aka red hood), looked in his fridge cuz he was hungry…but when he opened the fridge he saw that their was missing something…no food.
This was horrible for his team and him, so to fix this problem cuz his tummy was going rumble grumble, he left his safehouse and got on his motorcycle without a helmet (cuz hes a dumbass) and drove to the nearest aldi's but it was closed, so instead he went to walmart, he frowned :(.
He got inside the walmart and put on his hood, of his red hoodie and walked in the food isle at walmart.
He forgot his wallet :( so all he has is 20 dollars in his pocket.
He sighed and said "damn..only 20 dollars..what am i supposed to buy with 20 dollars…??"
And when he said that something magical happened, he saw the instant ramen noodle packs at 50% off, woah what a bargain…
He grabbed like, 10 ramen and a box of rice cuz yummers, and went to the cashier to ring his items up.
The cashiere was this creature like woman thing…she had like lilac purple hair…with possum ears and wore a walmart employee shirt with a name tag that said "Mazzy".
She spoke to you and said "that'll be 19.99$ sir"
with a sigh of relief cuz you barly had enough you put the items in the bag and pay the girl with your 20 dollars.
You go to leave the walmart only for the cashier to tell you to wait.
She runs to you, kinda weird ngl.
But you stay anyways cuz like, man, you're bored.
She catches up to you and like, kinda fucked up really she just bites you?????
Like Ow???? what the fuck????
Anyways you tell her "WHAT THE FUCK???? HUH???" and then you pick her up and throw her into the toy section ball pit.
You leave the walmrt rubbing your arm cuz that really hurt idk why she had to do that :(.
You go back on your motorcycle and go home to your dinky safehouse and cook yourself some instant ramen noodles.
It filled your tummy so fully yummy yummy :).
You then turned on the tv to watch true house wives.
You wish you where watching peppa pig though.
What a strange night you had.
The end…

Loss of Innocence
Stories of Eomer’s life prior to his meeting and marrying Lothiriel. A random, occasional series, adjunct to the Elfwine Chronicles, and to be known as The Eomer Chronicles. Complete in the sense that each chapter stands alone; however, more chapters may be added
(Aldburg, 3002 III)
"Eomer? Where are we going? Where is Mama?" Eowyn asked perplexedly.
Her older brother's hand tightened its grip on hers, and his jaw tensed as he struggled to hide his emotions. "We are going with Uncle Theoden and Cousin Theodred," the boy explained curtly.
"But why?" his sister persisted. It had been a confusing night, with much rushing about of people and hushed tones. She had not slept well as she listened to the bustle of activity in the hall, and then this morning, when she peered out her door, many of the servants were weeping. The housekeeper, Betersel, had come personally to get Eowyn dressed, but she had shushed her questions, and it all frightened the little girl. Only the reassuring presence of her beloved brother, when he came to fetch her after breakfast, eased her distress.
Coming to a stop, Eomer sighed, then tugged Eowyn after him into the empty guest chamber nearby. The pale morning sunshine dimly lit the room as Eomer turned to face his sister. He had grown a couple of inches the past six months, making him quite a bit taller than the little girl, so he knelt down to be more on eye level with her. Taking her hands, he said, "Mama has died, Eowyn. She is gone to the Halls of Waiting like Papa." There was a quaver to his voice, but he managed to keep the tears in check.
Eowyn, however, soon had brimming eyes and she flung her arms tightly around his neck. She sobbed for quite some time as he held her close, not entirely sure who was getting the most comfort from the embrace. At eleven years, he felt the need to behave like a man, and tears felt very weak and childish, but the strong surges of emotion he was feeling were hard to suppress.
After some time, a shaky voice asked from the vicinity of his dampened shoulder, "What will we do now?"
"We will go with Uncle Theoden to live at Edoras," Eomer said firmly, pulling back to look her in the eye and brush her tousled hair out of her face. "Uncle and Theodred will take good care of us." Pressing a kiss to her forehead, he added reassuringly, "Do not worry. I will be with you. I promised Mama that I would look after you and I will not fail."
Eowyn's lip quivered, but she nodded her understanding. Using his sleeve, Eomer wiped her wet cheeks to dry them, and then stood. "Come. They will be waiting for us and wondering where we are," he told her, reaching for her hand again.
They made it as far as the head of the staircase before Eowyn dug in her heels and drew him to a halt. Looking earnestly up at him, she fervently avowed, "When I am grown, I will learn to use a sword and then I will fight! And I will kill all the orcs in the Mark!" Her eyes dared him to argue with her.
Girls did not fight – everyone knew that, Eomer thought, but he did not voice it. Still, it confirmed his suspicion that Eowyn understood more than anyone realized. No one had said that Theodwyn's demise was due to her grief over the loss of her husband, but clearly Eowyn had made that connection. She had reasoned out that the orcs who killed their father had begun their sorrow. But, that future was a long way off and if it helped Eowyn to believe her words of valor, then he would let her do so. Certainly he intended to ride to battle just as soon as he was old enough. With any luck, by the time Eowyn was grown, there would be no need for her to even think of fighting orcs.
Reaching for her hand again, the siblings started down the stairs leading to their new life.
THE END
Betersel = "more happiness" (better = betera, happiness = sæl)

New Student FAQs
Tumblr media
Hi new Terriers! Fall semester starts next week. As students get ready for a new school year, we offer answers to frequently asked questions by our newest Terriers.
1. What is Terrier Tuesday?
Terrier Tuesday is a Welcome Back event for current students and an opportunity for new students to meet their fellow classmates. It is on September 5th from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. this year. You can look forward to food and giveaways. You can also meet many student clubs and organizations. This is also where you will receive your Student ID card! You can RSVP at [email protected] to let the Office of Student Activities know you plan on attending.
2. Do I need to attend Terrier Tuesday?
It would be great if you can attend as this will be one of the first opportunities to meet your peers in a casual environment. You will also receive your ID card on this day. All offices on campus will be open during regular business hours so prior to coming to Terrier Tuesday you can visit any offices you may have questions for.
3. Where do I purchase my textbooks?
You can go to the SFC Bookstore’s website to look up what textbooks you will need for your courses. Have your schedule ready and be sure to put the correct section number (last two digits of course code) to make sure you generate your textbook list. Once you have this list, you have the option to purchase or rent from the SFC Bookstore. If you would like, you can also look at other resources to purchase or rent your textbooks.
4. How can I save money on my textbooks?
Consider all your options.
Shop around. Many websites will offer used books at a considerably discounted price. Websites like Amazon, Half.com, and Abebooks allow individuals to sell previously used books.
Alternately you may find that renting a book is cheaper. If you choose to rent a textbook, make sure the rental period will last you through the end of the semester so you have them to use when studying for final exams.
E-books are another option! If you are tech savvy and don’t mind an electronic copy of textbooks, then consider this option. Many books do offer tools to help you keep track of and take notes on your readings. Make sure though, that you have access to the book for the proper amount of time as some books’ licenses may expire and end your access to the text. Be sure to speak with your professor if the edition of the text is different from the one listed on the syllabus as the chapters may be different.
The SFC Library also has many textbooks available on reserve.
5. Do I need my textbooks for my first day of class?
It is highly recommended that you have your textbooks by the start of the semester. While you may not be expected to bring your textbooks on the first day of class, it is very possible that you will have reading assignments assigned for the next class meeting. Professors will expect you to complete required reading and some may even quiz you on the assigned readings.
6. I received my schedule and am not happy with it. What can I do?
The first week of class is Add/Drop Week. From Sept. 6-12, 2017 you will be able to make changes to your schedule without penalty. Come to the Center for Student Success (Room 3001) to meet with an advisor who will discuss possible schedule changes. There is no need to make an appointment.
7. Can I make changes to my schedule online?
As a new student, you will not be able to make changes to your schedule online. This is so that you do not register for courses you do not need to be in. Advisors in the Center for Student Success have built your schedule to ensure you’ll be on track with your degree progress from the start. You will need to come into the Center of Student Success (Room 3001) where an advisor can work with you to make appropriate changes.
8. Who is my Freshman Academic Advisor?
Your Freshman Seminar (SFC 1001) instructor is your Freshman Academic Advisor.
9. What can my Freshman Advisor help me with?
Your Freshman Advisor is here to help you be successful in college by giving you the tools and resources to tackle any challenges you may face. You will meet with your Freshman Advisor twice during the Fall semester and Spring semester. The first time is the Student Success Meeting and the second time is for Academic Advisement. We are also here to help with any issues you may be facing and direct you to the best resources to help! We also like to hear from our students to know how things are going!
10. What is Freshman Seminar and do I have to take it?
Freshman Seminar is mandatory for all incoming freshman. It’s a course that meets once a week, where your advisor discusses college success strategies. You’ll go over study and note taking skills, as well as engage in major and career exploration. This is a great opportunity to meet other Freshmen and discuss your college experience.
11. How do I pay my tuition bill?
You can log onto WebAdvisor to see your bill and there are three ways to pay:
Tuition Payment Plan: The College has partnered with Tuition Payment Solutions to let you spread out your tuition and fee payment, making college more affordable. Please visit: http://sfc.tuitionassistant.com and click on “Create an Account.”
Online through WebAdvisor: All students with access to WebAdvisor through the MySFC may make payments online. New students may use this option upon activation of their student credentials. Online payments can be made by electronic check or credit/debit card. A processing fee applies to all credit/debit card payments. There is no fee for paying by electronic check.
In Person: You can pay your bill in person at Student Financial Services in Room 2000. The office accepts cash and check payments only. Credit card payments can only be made online. A processing fee applies to all credit/debit card payments.
Contact Student Financial Services at 718-489-5255 or [email protected] for specific questions about tuition and financial aid.
12. Does St. Francis College offer tutoring?
Yes, we offer free tutoring services to all enrolled students. The Academic Enhancement Center in Room 3002 has both professional and peer tutors who are happy to help students in all academic areas.
13. Who do I speak to regarding learning accommodations?
You can speak with Dean Jose Rodriguez, Vice President for Student Affairs and Dean of Students. You can contact him at 718.489.5315.
14. I have College Now/AP/IB credit. How do I ensure I get my credit?
The deadline to submit transcripts and/or exam scores was August 18, 2017; however, students can still submit documentation. Note: the College cannot guarantee the credit(s) will be evaluated in time for the end of Add/Drop Week. If you are scheduled for a class you have earned credit for (or anticipate that you will earn credit), you need to let an academic advisor know as soon as possible. Refer to the white folders you received at Orientation for specific criteria to receive credit.
15. I lost my login credential for the MySFC portal. What do I do now?
Please contact the IT Service Desk 718.489.5444 or [email protected].
16. How do I change my password for logging onto the MySFC portal?
You can do this once you have logged on and opened up your Student Mail in Office 365. Once there, click on the gear icon on the upper right hand side. The menu will open and you will see the option to change your password. Follow the criteria from there to set a new password.
17. I’m lost. How do I find my class?
When you look at your schedule, there is a room number for each course. The first digit of the number is the floor your class is located on. The second digit is the section of the building. If you cannot find your class, always feel free to ask anyone and they will gladly point you in the right direction!
18. I’m nervous about starting classes and going to college. Any tips?
It’s okay to be nervous, or excited, or any other emotion. Just remember that this is a wonderful opportunity for you to expand your horizons and explore new interests or be more involved in current interests. Take the time adjust and get to know what is expected, but also try to get involved in on-campus activities! At St. Francis College we want you to feel like a part of the community and the best way is to get involved in something. This blog also has tips from current students.
Remember, Freshman Seminar is a class designed for Freshman only. You will meet your fellow new Terriers who are new to campus as well so be take the opportunity to make friends and share your experiences!
19. I still have documents to hand in. Who do I give them to?
Any documents regarding financial aid, such as acceptance of a Financial Aid Award letter should go to Student Financial Services (Room 2000). If you still need to hand in an official final high school transcript or immunization form, please submit them to the Office of Admission (Room 3000).
20. When does the semester begin?
Classes begin on September 6th. Please check your schedule to see what time your classes meet. The full academic calendar is here.
Nick Sulicki is an Academic Advisor in the Center for Student Success. One thing he likes about Brooklyn Heights is that you get the city feel without the crowds of Manhattan. It’s also a quick train ride to Manhattan if you ever need to go there!

McCalla, Christine Ann identifies interstellar object’s primary composition through the application of proprietary and confidential designs and methodologies of complexed intelligences and complexed technologies mechanisms, by McCalla, Christine Ann, MBA, MS, CBME, CAHR, CBDE, CTW, CPA
In response to Reuters.com’s July 1, 2019 RSS feed titled Scientists conclude cigar-shaped interstellar object not an alien spaceship, may be considered a matter for physicists; National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) - 42 U.S. Code § 18404. National space technology policy ; or, Aerospace and Commercial Space programs. I have an opinion on the object in question.
Applying patented and copyrighted proprietary and confidential designs and methodologies including complexed intelligences and complexed technologies, cigar-shaped interstellar object consists of, (1) elguradu - the way the object shimmies, prisms; (2) cadulei - the way it goes in rotation; (3) breuchid-x - the way it moves backward in reversing; (4) jestures - the way it moves forward, propels; and, (5) auderielue-10 - the way it moves, mechanisms.
One would expect such esteemed and distinguished prominence to be reflected in procurement as described in statute 51 U.S. Code Chapter 303 - Contracting and Procurement including nondisclosure and competitive agreements disclosed on NASA’s website. Social Media and all its glory in Telecommunications and perhaps Postal Service will have to do. 50 U.S. Code § 3002. Congressional declaration of purpose facilitates me to the US Constitution’s Right to Expression, Freedom of Assembly, Press, and Petition this argument, it is the intent of Congress to provide a comprehensive program for the future security of the United States. I feel I have contributed to this future security, and with Code of Federal Regulations’ Grant and Agreements, and US Code’s Public Lands, Public Buildings, Public Works, Foreign Relations and Intercourse, and Public Revenues, integrated with the MultiDistrict and MultiJurisdiction laws and statutes, et al, et al, et al, I now believe I have done just that.
42 U.S. Code § 18404. National space technology policy argues,
(a) In general
The President or the President’s designee, in consultation with appropriate Federal agencies, shall develop a national policy to guide the space technology development programs of the United States through 2020. The policy shall include national goals for technology development and shall describe the role and responsibilities of each Federal agency that will carry out the policy. In developing the policy, the President or the President’s designee shall utilize external studies that have been conducted on the state of United States technology development and have suggested policies to ensure continued competitiveness.
(b) Content
(1) At a minimum, the national space technology development policy shall describe for NASA—
(A) the priority areas of research for technology investment;
(B) the basis on which and the process by which priorities for ensuing fiscal years will be selected;
(C) the facilities and personnel needed to carry out the technology development program; and
(D) the budget assumptions on which the policy is based, which for fiscal years 2011, 2012, and 2013 shall be the authorized level for NASA’s technology program authorized by this chapter.
(2) The policy shall be based on the premise that the Federal Government has an established interest in conducting research and development programs that help preserve the role of the United States as a global leader in space technologies and their application.
(3)Considerations.—In developing the national space technology development policy, the President or the President’s designee shall consider, and include a discussion in the report required by subsection (c), of the following issues:
(A) The extent to which NASA should focus on long term, high-risk research or more incremental technology development, and the expected impact of that decision on the United States economy.
(B) The extent to which NASA should address military and commercial needs.
(C) How NASA will coordinate its technology program with other Federal agencies.
(D) The extent to which NASA will conduct research in-house, fund university research, and collaborate on industry research and the expected impact of that mix of funding on the supply of United States workers for industry.
(4)Consultation.—
In the development of the national space technology development policy, the President or the President’s designee shall consult widely with academic and industry experts and with other Federal agencies. The Administrator may enter into an arrangement with the National Academy of Sciences to help develop the policy.
(c) Report
(1) Policy
Not later than 1 year after October 11, 2010, the President shall transmit a report setting forth national space technology policy to the appropriate committees of Congress and to the Senate Committee on Appropriations and the House of Representatives Committee on Appropriations.
(2) Implementation
Not later than 60 days after the President transmits the report required by paragraph (1) to the Congress, the Administrator shall transmit a report to the same committees describing how NASA will carry out the policy.
From NASA’s website, itsMissions and Values,
Vision: We reach for new heights and reveal the unknown for the benefit of humankind
Mission: Drive advances in science, technology, aeronautics, and space exploration to enhance knowledge, education, innovation, economic vitality and stewardship of Earth
Core Values: We share a set of core values—safety, integrity, teamwork, excellence—and they are evident in all that we do.
There are jobs and there are careers. But at NASA, our work is more than just a profession—it’s a lifelong pursuit, a passion—and a chance to change the history of humanity. For more than 50 years, NASA has been breaking barriers to achieve the seemingly impossible—from walking on the Moon to pushing the boundaries of human spaceflight farther than ever before.
What do we have in common?
Our more than 18,000 professionals come from many diverse backgrounds, but are united by a common purpose: to pioneer the future in space exploration, scientific discovery and aeronautics research. In addition to our core values, our NASA team embodies a few shared characteristics that are integral to our success. Each of these attributes are underpinned by NASA’s core values and mission:
Curiosity: We’re continually asking questions and seeking answers. Every day is a chance to try something new and come up with novel solutions to “unsolvable” problems.
Team-oriented: We come together as one to solve complex issues. Innovation is a staple, teamwork is a must and everyone’s opinion counts.
Excellence: We’re continuously striving to be better and know more. We pursue excellence in both the ordinary and the extraordinary.
Passion for Exploration: We are constantly embarking on a range of adventures to better understand our planet, the solar system and beyond.
Agility: We are comfortable and flexible working in ambiguous environments. We embrace change and are ready to grow and adapt to what the future may bring.
Resilience: When we put our minds to something—we don’t give up. We aren’t deterred by obstacles or constraints, and we stay the course to achieve our goals.
I believe I share NASA’s commitment in terms of its expression of its human capital management infrastructure, both implicitly and explicitly.
50 U.S. Code § 3002. Congressional declaration of purpose argues,
In enacting this chapter, it is the intent of Congress to provide a comprehensive program for the future security of the United States; to provide for the establishment of integrated policies and procedures for the departments, agencies, and functions of the Government relating to the national security; to provide a Department of Defense, including the three military Departments of the Army, the Navy (including naval aviation and the United States Marine Corps), and the Air Force under the direction, authority, and control of the Secretary of Defense; to provide that each military department shall be separately organized under its own Secretary and shall function under the direction, authority, and control of the Secretary of Defense; to provide for their unified direction under civilian control of the Secretary of Defense but not to merge these departments or services; to provide for the establishment of unified or specified combatant commands, and a clear and direct line of command to such commands; to eliminate unnecessary duplication in the Department of Defense, and particularly in the field of research and engineering by vesting its overall direction and control in the Secretary of Defense; to provide more effective, efficient, and economical administration in the Department of Defense; to provide for the unified strategic direction of the combatant forces, for their operation under unified command, and for their integration into an efficient team of land, naval, and air forces but not to establish a single Chief of Staff over the armed forces nor an overall armed forces general staff.
