My Lock Screen is a picture I took in Cornwall last year - of wheal Coates which is along the cliff path from Chapelporth beach and I’ve had the Encanto soundtrack on repeat for the last week or so 😎 this just happens to be the song I’m in the middle of but they’re all good

Technically this isn’t the last photo I took, but I’m not sure any one wants to see the photo I took of my electric meter so I could upload my readings 🤣 this one is much prettier - taken a couple of mornings ago at work when it was a beautiful cold misty but sunny morning (the only thing winter is good for in my opinion - I love the sun!!)

Day 7 (Part 3)

Where? Chapelporth Beach

Where exactly? In the quietest cave at Chapelporth Beach. 

For what reason? To record the main body of my piece in a less interrupted but still resonant space

What did I find? I found that the cave wasn’t as resonant as all the over caves I had visited but there was no water feature in the back so the only surrounding sounds were the waves approximately 50m from this cave so this was the closest cave I could find to being perfect.
