405 on the bar + 100 pounds of chain. Roughly 505 up top, 405 at the bottom. This was my last set. I don't think I've ever worked so hard for a 5th rep in my life. "Powerlifting is not pretty, powerlifting is the righteous path of lifting heavy weights for the sake of lifting heavy fucking weights". Trying to figure out how to get the chain to fully deload was a little tricky and we need to play a bit more with the chains to perfect it but today was an awesome game changer. #squats #skwaats #chaintraining (at CRUNCH)
