It isn't just "Inquisitor," is it? You were someone before that. Clan Lavellan. We try to be no one you've heard of.
Do you miss it? Your Clan? I would not have pictured this in my youth, certainly. There was a time I worried only about pleasing my Keeper, of keeping our people's history. Bright-eyed at possibility, with barely the legs of a newborn halla, she might have said once... I.. am afraid my days as First of the Clan are quite well behind me, though I suppose not all of that dream was lost. How do you mean? Ah, forgive me, Rook. That, perhaps, is a concern best saved for a calmer day, if we can find such a thing. You've enough to look after as it is.
Harding and Dorian tell me you've made much progress with the Shadows here. It's good that you have them. Hold onto that, and your team. And... perhaps keep an eye on my old friend. Dreams and change tend to often be bigger than us alone. It's good to take strength in allies where you can.
"Simple as one of Varric's morals: 'don't become what you hate.'" "Or trapped by what we've lost. Another of his."

I'd have to think on something a little more long-term, but short version I Do know for Tyr and Neve is you're not getting the Minrathous out of either of them, even if there's days that city has tested them. For better or worse, it's been their home for as long as either of them can remember, and both of them know there's things in those shadows worth fighting for.
So those two specifically settle back into Minrathous, and whenever they aren't running recovery and further efforts with the Shadow Dragons, Tyr's following Neve and Rana right back into the Trouble they all know so well. Sometimes they still only get the small wins, and that's okay.
They keep in touch with the others. I think one of the biggest unanswered what next things for the immediate team is what does the end of the threat of elven gods mean for the blight? Collaboration with what remains of the Wardens feels vitally important, and trying to answer what's next for the Wardens as an order, too.
Ideally somewhere in all of this, I'd also convince my Lavellan its time to put the Inquisition behind him. When Hallaren tells Tyr the little things - the moments with a team - are what he misses most about the Inquisition as it stood in Skyhold, it's maybe the most unguarded and truthful he's been about his own heart in the Inquisition in a while with someone that wasn't from the old guard. I don't think he realized just how much of his own dreams he'd willingly ceded to becoming what he thought was needed as Inquisitor. He would've loved time with someone like Bellara, so it might just be that I need to give him a way to disappear off with the Veil Jumpers. His heart's always been with his people, and there's a lot of questions to answer in the aftermath about what should be taken forward and what should be remembered, but perhaps left aside rather than acted on. That's a conversation that's important to him as a former apprentice of his clan's Keeper as much as it was to who he was as Inquisitor Lavellan.
guys since we're never going to find out what happens after veilguard tell me what your rooks get up to, if you say it it's canon now (tiny spoilers under the cut)
for my world state muireann and taash go spend some time with muireann's dad, start working for the lords again and go full autism mode about the devouring storm. after a lot of effort, taash successfully rallies the qun and some returning antaam, and becomes somewhat of a general alongside some other adaari. they do not like being in a leadership role but muireann is a good support for them. muireann calls in favours with archon dorian and the rivaini navy (who have let bygones be bygones about the dead noble because what she did at tearstone more than makes up for it). they also recruit the veilguard team back so they have big griffons, whatever is left of the wardens, bellara as a lead researcher, the crows, etc. aboard the wave sweeper (muireann's ship) they lead their navy across the sea to face the devouring storm. idk what the devouring storm is but i'll make something up if they don't tell us. anyway they win and spend the rest of their days exploring and adventuring, the end

positive growth: i have bothered to poke lightly at the benefits of crafting for once in this game
side effect: the hinterlands is endless and i live there now. debatable whether this is beneficial or not.
