At first, all Gundham noticed was the sight of a cat that got him to move through to get to it, and while he was glad that someone had reached out to grab the poor thing before something terrible could happen, he cursed under his breath as he pulled the man out of the road and back onto the sidewalk.

"Foolish mortal! Did you not heed the peril of the situation you were in! Not only did you risk one of the lives of a young hellbeast, but you forced the Overlord of Ice to protect a mere mortal!"

Even if the events of the past had not come to pass, it was common to find him spending time at animal shelters to help out from time to time. It was something of a past time for him, and it helped take his mind off of... everything he had lost in his own despairing delusions. He does smirk when he sees Hajime, though.

"Ah, the singularity approaches. Were you also going to pay homage to the den of lost hellbeasts?"

There were only a few things that could ever make the Overlord of Ice ever go into a state of panic, but right now, he was experiencing one of the worst that could ever happen, an event that would shake the heavens, the seven hells, and the earth itself and bring ruin to the very fabric of the universe...one of his hamsters had gone missing. This wasn't something that happened often, but it also wasn't often that Maga-Z and Jum-P competed for territory like they did earlier today, either, and even after sacrificing his arm for them, the normally lethargic hamster had been upset enough to run off causing the ultimate breeder to go from the overlord of ice to an extremely concerned pet owner.

As he rushed through the school keeping a careful eye on the ground for the hamster, he didn't see anyone in front of him or even register he did until he realized he was on the ground for a good second. He blinks a few times before getting up with a scowl.

"Tch...I apologize for that, mortal, but excuse me, I am on a quest to find Mirage Golden Hawk Jum-P and cannot be distracted."

For him to talk in a way that is almost completely understandable to anyone around him just shows how concerned he was for the little guy as he keeps looking.

"Apologies, but could I request a moment of your time for your aid?"

Normally, she would hesitate more before asking someone for help. People didn't tend to give her the time, but Gundham and her were friend... right? She could trust him with this.

"Come, it... it will be easier to show you rather than describe the travesty that occurred."

It wasn't surprising to him that she would appear imposing during times such as this. She was the sole leader of the country, to the point she may as well be a goddess among the common people. That said, he would support her as much as he could, knowing that under that guise of divinity was merely a woman who needed someone to lean on.

I thank you for that.

Sonia smiles warmly at him before carefully and gracefully assuming her throne. She appears tall and imposing like a goddess over the land though that was intentional

Unsurprisingly for someone who named his favored pets after shonen magazines, Gundham was quite the fan of some anime, manga, and light novels, even. While he ignored novels in general, he found this medium to be interesting at times, and this was one of the rare times that he found himself looking through some in a shop. Though as he reached for one of the last copies of My Roomate is a Cat, something he would deny even liking nevermind buying, someone else reached for it as well.

"Stay your hand! I am the one who laid on that particular piece first, therefore I am the one that shall own it."

It would be annoying to fight for it, so he was fine with just trying to intimidate the person that wanted to get it. It wasn't like this manga wasn't popular enough to not get restocked, but he wouldn't have time later and wanted to get it while he could.

"Gacchan, Gacchan, look! What do you think about these?" Amai didn't know much about produce aside from the times that they were working with it in the kitchen, so they weren't entirely sure what would be best for jack o lanterns... but they were sure which would be best for a treat they had in mind.

"Hehe, these are going to make the cutest little bowls, don't you think? Ah, buuuuut we're going to need a lot more, too..." The farm had quite the variety of pumpkins, each that would make all sorts of tasty treats or even pretty decorations, and Amai was eager to see which he would choose.

"Tch... I am afraid that your communion with the hellish nekomata will have to be postponed, Singularity. Fortune has decided to turn against me, and I must journey to the very edges of this reality. Heaven's gates have opened, and the angels have demanded my unholy presence."

While he had invited Hajime there to spend time with the kitten that the Singularity would be adopting once it came of age, something had come up at the last minute, making him curse both the situation and the fact that this had to interrupt his time with his crush soul's companion. Though, he was even more annoyed that he didn't even have time to contact Hajime when he got the news.

"Kehehe, of course. You should be grateful to be nourished by a feast prepared by one as powerful as I! I assure you it will further replenish your mana to make you an even greater practitioner than before..." He was proud that he was able to make something edible, something his beloved mother was never able to do, mostly because he was mostly self taught for this.

“Yeah of course..” he nods as he goes to start eating as well. While it isn’t the best food, he never really had high standards when it comes to meals so this was just fine to him. He found it to be really good anyway. “This is good. Thanks.”

Pokestarter for @dead-or-lie co-parent time <3

While they were busy in their shop, they look up the moment they feel a familiar presence by their side, knowing who was following them. "Gacchan and Mimikyu! Hehe, how was your day?" They ask as the little ghostly fairy climbs onto their shoulder.

There was a time when Mimikyu was just a partner that they had for their contests, Mimikyu being the best at being the cutest thing, even better than their beloved partner, Sylveon, but they were incredibly happy when their partner pokemon managed to connect them fully to such a wonderful and handsome pokemon breeder like Gundham.

Leaving the kitchen with the ghost in their arms, they go up to their partner and lean up to kiss him on the cheek. "Hm... how was everything today? Do you need anything to eat? Want to go upstairs and rest?"

Of course, when Raijin adopted Valkyrie, the rest of the litter were beside them self, missing their sister, and Gundham, the softie that the self proclaimed overlord was, couldn't just let them miss their sister, so he did the most logical thing that he could think of: a playdate between the puppies! It was going to be cute, who could possible pass it up?

He didn't think Raijin could, which was why he was confident about calling the hero to come over. "Greetings once more, mortal. I am seeking you out to summon you back to my lair! The hell hounds cry out for their kin, and as she is your familiar, you must accompany her back to the depths of hell in order for them to commune together once more!"

They're huffing a bit as they hug their partner from behind, sighing in slight annoyance as the two of them watch as his animals attack the innocent people below.

"Gacchan... pay attention to me, please? They're not going to stop dying anytime soon... please? Amai wants to see your eyes again..."

They're pouty and whiney as they keep nuzzling his back, just wanting their lover to pay attention to them no matter what.

He smiles a little and gives the cat a pet. "Then for now, I shall take my leave. Until we meet again, cleric." He says and with a slightly dramatic adjustment of his scarf, he heads out...probably to just take care of his animals.

She smiles a little. She was still a bit nervous about all of this..but she was still excited and thankful for the other being patient with her. She lets the cat with a hum. “W-well thank you for all the help..”

She blinks a little..but figures this is just the other being dramatic again. “O-okay I will!”

With how much time it had been since the last time they had hung out, Gundham was a little worried that Yukino had forgotten about him. The exorcist was certainly someone that had caught his interest, and while he hoped that he had caught hers, too, he wouldn't bet money on one way or another.

Either way, with a fluffle of kits that had been born recently, he had thought to get into contact with her to see them. It had taken him some time, but he was pleased to find her on campus.

"We meet once again, lady of thaumaturgy! Perhaps we were drawn together once more by the hands of fate, and now that we meet once more, I request that we venture to my lair once more. A grand sight awaits you should you dare to journey with me there!"

While they didn't talk about it a lot, they had been looking up more things to give to the devas for quite a while. The treats part was easy for them, but it was the knitting that was turning out to be quite a hindrance to them, though they were starting to get it, and starting off small seemed to be the best way for them to do it.

As they finish up with the project, they beam as they go over to Gundham, carrying the items that they had made. "Gacchan, Gacchan! Amai has some cute things for the devas, do you want to see? Do you, do you?" They were too excited to even think about holding back, practically bouncing as they were waiting to present the items to him.
