ok i give up waiting for daytime on athena, here's my first batch of summer fashion

oooo! i'll start with Vashildr and Athena, my norn and charr couple owo

Athena is the type who prefers to sleep in, but since they live on a homestead with others they have to tend to things. Vash is an early riser, and knows the exact spots her wife is ticklish. Their bed is so warm in the cold Shiverpeaks air, but no one sleeps through a tickle attack!

They enjoy watching the sunset and night sky in front of a bonfire, cuddled up under a blanket and sipping either whiskey(Thena's favorite) or a warm drink like cocoa, depending on the kind of day they had.

Whenever they're in barracks or a camp with cots, they push two together so they can still be close, if they don't sleep on the floor instead.

Athena got injured on Claw Island, and was unconscious for a few days. Vashildr stayed by her side the entire time, holding her hand and sleeping in a chair by her cot. They confessed their feelings for each other as soon as Athena was feeling better.

then i have Soleil and Aisling, my human and sylvari couple!

They'll spend hours cuddled up with books, getting excited over books, sharing books...you cannot let these two near a library when time is of the essence.

Their relationship is still more friends than anything, since Aisling is super young. Of course, this means there's a lot of very sweet and cute crush behavior, like shy smiles and holding hands being a Big Deal even though they try to brush it off as less so.

They both want to know more about their personal history, and because Soleil knows what its like to face these discoveries alone, she's really happy that she can be there while Aisling finds out more about the sylvari before her.

They both enjoy stargazing, finding all the constellations and telling the variations of tales behind each one.

god i really need to delve more into all these, haha, i have more depressing stuff but there's some nice light stuff!!!

athena likers are excellent problem solvers in a pinch. you take most things in stride, but know when to pick their battles! also, autism be damned, you can really work a grill(or at least enjoy food for more than survival)

Headcanon - if athena gets caught in the rain it becomes a whole hours long process just to dry off and avoid the worst fur tangling imaginable on those fluffy cheeks

oh my god i opened my inbox earlier, saw this, then completely forgot to answer till now, i'm sorry!

if anything, she has to spend more time on her hair making sure the locs dry thoroughly. her hair gets extra care, it's grown as long as it has 'cause she puts the effort in on wash day. her fur dries fairly fast if she sits by the hearth, and a quick combthru of longer fur while wet is usually sufficient for detangling.

maybe she'll go to the charrber(charr barber?) if she wants a particularly bespoke fur trim though, but that's for special occasions when she has to clean up nicely.

(she definitely burned them off once by trying to use her flamethrower to dry them. hit the fire button instead of the vent button. wore a hat with long earflaps tied under her chin to cover the fur while it grew back.)

I mean it depends on if you find charr hot, i guess. however, i'd definitely say she's got an intangible aura. she's a butch scrapper with a flamethrower, i'd be into that in a heartbeat!

💌 : How would they plan a romantic evening for a significant other?

she'd set right to cooking something nice, making sure a fire is on somewhere(be it an outside dinner or indoors with a fireplace, also candles), and then a comfy place to snuggle(or more) after eating.
