Occasionally, Usagi finds himself in the position of caregiver for a regressed Jodio. And sometimes during these moments, Jodio gets so small he can't help but need extra care. Extra care isn't something Usagi is used to giving, but he gives it a fair shot.

"Jojo. I see your plate is finished."

Not looking up from his colouring, the little just goes: "Yep."

"And your sippy is empty."

"Yep."

"It's funny that they're both empty because normally you take a full episode of Wild Kratts to finish a plate of carrots and cucumbers. But you're not even halfway through and you finished everything? Are you sure that's whatcha wanna tell me happened?"

"Yep" the little says, still not looking up from his colouring. Not even a little put off by how his caregiver asked him the question. If he knows he's in trouble, he doesn't show it.

Usagi takes a deep sigh before pausing the cartoon, the little one snapping his eyes up to glare at him for daring to turn off his show. But he's not going to waver-- the scent of his apartment is on the line. If the veggies are gone so quick, it means the little has hidden them somewhere not in his tummy. Green is peaking out from under another one of Jodio's colouring books. Cucumbers and green peppers have been located. But the carrots and juice are still unaccounted for. And it means that Usagi has to find them before the ants do, again.

"Jojo. Buddy. I see the cucumber slices from under your book. I just want to know where you put the juice so I can wash whatever it's on."

"D'ank it."

"Are you sure? Cuz we don't want a repeat of last time, right? With the ants on your toys and couch, because you hid your veggies in between the cushions--"

"I said I d'ank it!" Jodio yelps, indignatly.

Usagi calmly walks over to the little lifting the arms of the little one and bending to see where he could have reached. The good news about Jodio being so small is that his path of destruction is very limited. Gently lifting and stretching, thankful the little one isn't trying to fight him on the action, but instead just limply allowing himself to be ragdolled. "We gotta be sure, okay? What about the carrots?"

"T'ash."

Usagi freezes, letting go of the littles arms gently. There is no trash near Jodio-- because who puts a trashcan next to the coffee table in the living room? Especially who puts a little boy next to the trashcan, so he can touch all the garbage and then touch his face... The only things near Jodio that the little can reach is his colouring book, the cup of juice, the puzzle piece playmat that Usagi puts together whenever Jodio is small... Nowhere that could be seen as 'trash'.

Except...

"Buddy... Did you go potty?"

The little one nods, scratching his neck before trying to hide his face in Usagis shoulder. Jodio had previously had a few accidents when being taken care of, so Usagi talked him into maybe wearing diapers when small. And baby Jodio seemed to understand that soiled diapers went to the garbage as soon as he was changed. But given that it's new, and Jodio is a surprisingly proud little... He might have been too embarrassed to ask Usagi for help, even though the caregiver reminded him several times to ask when he felt icky.

And Jodio probably also remembered that soiled diapers were trash. And, confusingly, if he doesn't want something anymore, it can go in the trash. Jodios wires must have gotten crossed when thinking of a place to put the 'garbage' food: veggies.

"Okay buddy, we're gonna get you changed now. Come on." Usagi hauls the little up to his knees, gently guiding him to crawl over to the changing mat that he keeps near the little but out of arms reach so the little doesn't have to move much.

A quick change later into clean diapers, and a tiny scolding for trying to throw his veggies away, Usagi helps guide Jodio back to the coffee table, wiping the plastic covers of the colouring books from any cucumber water, and throwing out the garbage.

"Next time, can you remember to tell me if you need help, buddy? You know I don't mind helping you if something is icky."

Jodio nods, eyes droopy and apparently sleepy from all the colouring and mischief. Usagi sits next to the little on the floor, before hauling him up onto the couch for a nap.

Despite how this afternoon went, Usagi doesn't feel upset with his little for misbehaving. He's just a little boy after all, and he knows Jojo needs extra care. And despite the sass and mess-making, he knows Jojo appreciates him taking the extra mile to be a caregiver for him. If not because of the trust to try the diapers and pull-ups Usagi suggested, then the way the little tugs his caregiver's hand close to his chest for his nap is a good indicator.

Kinda weird how Tsukasa doesn't consider himself as a creative person. And he only did all that shows just to make people smile.

If that's like he's only true objective Romeo Battle Royal wouldn't even exist

Or how even when he was a kid he can make a show about a hide and seek + tag combi like it's normal

The scene with Usa-chan have her talk about a show that Tsukasa made with her as the main character. She's talking about it while this image pops out.

Makes me also think about how much Tsukasa can do and create. The scenery proves it all.

But the resolve Tsukasa get here is that he needs to think Nakayama as the main character. So like. Tsukasa still didn't thought that he is imaginative. He just thinking about changing perspective.

And like the point of this scene doesn't really have to do with imaginative. It's Tsukasa thinking that he should made Nakayama as the main character like how he make Usagi san as the main character.

The thing about this cg is that it's also shows the scenery at the back. Like the flying ships, the buildings, the tent, the balloons and clouds. You can consider it as a mesmerising scene.

Even in his card stories, the pov is still about how its the audience that helps him made a better show. So like. Kinda weird how he only believes that he values the audience only.

Also like if Tsukasa's creations is just for the audience, then why the sekai is made for the owner instead? Wouldn't that means the things in the wonderland sekai is for Tsukasa and not just Tsukasa's audience?

I wonder if Usagi has seen the engagement ring at this point. I assume she has, as it's basically her thought process/reaction we're being shown here, and the camera makes sure to pan over to their clasped hands that shows us the ring. But she doesn't say anything, and if I remember correctly, her commentary is a bit ambiguous later on too.

Either way, Makoto is here to do damage control! ...By doing damage! It's a Makoto special.

And while we're on this moment, I do find it interesting that only their early attacks receive the CG stock footage treatment. Something like Flower Hurricane, as demonstrated here, is rendered in-environment every single time. I wonder why that is. Sure, she doesn't use it a whole bunch, but it's definitely more than once. Wouldn't it be easier and/or cheaper to make special footage for this and cut to that every time she uses it?

where and in what order do i watch precure?

Hey! Just saw this.

In terms of officially... the very first season (Futari wa Precure) along with 4 recent seasons are on Crunchyroll (Kirakira Precure a la Mode, Healin' Good Precure, Tropical-Rouge Precure, and Delicious Party Precure). ...technically Netflix dubbed 2 seasons under the name Glitter Force, but it was a 4kids style mess, (cut episodes, editing to be more "child friendly", changing all names to Western ones, etc.) so avoid unless showing to a younger relative who can't handle subs

Unofficially, all the seasons have been fansubbed and are available at whatever website you normally use.

Each Precure season is like 48 episodes, and each are totally standalone outside of some little continuity gags, like the same stores existing in multiple seasons. The only exceptions to this are two early seasons that have direct sequels (Futari wa Precure Max Heart and Yes Precure 5 Gogo) and a yearly non-canon crossover movie where all (or at least the 3-4 most recent seasons worth) of the Cures meet up and fight some new enemy (no one ever ages, though).

So, basically, you can start with whatever season you want! I'd recommend looking at the wiki and reading the description of each season to see which one sounds the most interesting. Personally, my favorite is Star Twinkle, and I really like Heartcatch, Smile, and Tropical-Rouge. I've also heard Fresh, Go Princess, and Hugtto are pretty good. Alternatively, if you want to have the maximum interaction with other fans, Hirogaru Sky Precure, the latest season, is about to start airing on February 5th (available on Crunchyroll or less legally).

If you want my opinions specifically:

Futari wa + Max Heart: Yin yang themed; not great pacing because they were still figuring things out plus some CG that aged badly, but people really love the focus on the relationship between the leads

Splash Star: nature themed; seen as a ripoff of the 1st seasons, but some people swear it's actually way better? features the tackiest outfits

Fresh: fruit + clover themed; animation can be rough, but the story is apparently really great, esp. concerning a villain who changes sides

Yes Precure 5 + Gogo: butterfly + then rose themed; animation can really suffer sometimes; some people seem to really like it, but I mostly know it as The One Season with an Explicit Het Romance

Heartcatch: flower + fashion themed; The Edgy Season and the one with the most unique artstyle + strong animation; has really good character arcs and cool concepts (the MC's grandmother was a former Cure!)

Suite: music themed; people used to really hate this one in comparison to Heartcatch, but it's seen more fondly now? apparently has good character work but the animation suffers because the outfits were very detailed. Also, the ending got changed last minute to be lighter and softer because that was when the big typhoon hit japan

Smile: fairytale themed; not very plot heavy but consistently cute and funny; just a silly little show, but a few eps made me cry. Avoid the Netflix dub (Glitter Force)

Dokidoki Precure: playing card themed; had a lot of cool plot things going for it, but fell apart a little; MC gets accused of stealing the show, which is rare for Precure, which tends to be more team-focused than, say, Sailor Moon, where Usagi is the strongest and the main focus

Happiness Charge Precure: fashion/dance themed?; a really really cool concept where there are a whole bunch of Precure all over the world and they're known to the public and covered on the news, but the ending is weaker than the rest of the show; also, the international Cure designs can be a little stereotypical, and even the Egyptian and Indian Cures are very pale...

Go Princess Precure: princess themed; I've heard the plot is really good, but I don't know much about the details? Utena references apparently

Witchy Precure/ Maho Girls Precure: witch themed; one of the Precure is a witch from a magical world and one is a normal girl, and they both spend like half their time at magic school? despite this cool concept, it's apparently very light on plot and I've not seen any huge fans of it

Kirakira Precure a La Mode: animal + sweets themed; another light and fluffy season, but with semi-canon lesbians? very cute designs, and lots of comparisons to Tokyo Mew Mew

Hugtto Precure: future + career themed; heard it's very strong in terms of plot and characters, although some people have quibbles with the ending; started the trend among newer seasons of having a decades later epilogue to show you how the Cures grow up, which is always nice to see; features a boy or nonbinary (depends on your interpretation) Cure near the end of the season

Star Twinkle Precure: space + imagination themed; kind of an 80s aesthetic visually and with really strong designs, plus a really cool plot and good character development; the one season with a mixed race Cure; episodes split between aliens attacking Earth and the Cures visiting other planets; also, the movie is way better than it has any right to be and makes me cry every time

Healin Good Precure: healing + nature themed; the season that was cut slightly short due to COVID; also the one themed around health care? It was in production pre pandemic, so just weird timing. ...apparently it's kind of mid

Tropical Rouge Precure: mermaid + makeup themed; lots of focus on the main girls forming a club and going around the town doing fun stuff and helping classmates interrupted by going to magical mermaid places and learning some plot related stuff (there's not... NOT plot... actually there's more there than I expected! But it's very slice of life heavy); every character gets their own arc, and all the designs are super nice

Delicious Party Precure: cooking themed; do not watch on an empty stomach; kind of a light and fluffy season; has a cool nonbinary character in a support role, plus a boy who is not technically a Cure, but Cure-adjacent (still transforms, different name); I bounced off it a little, but mostly because I was busy?

Hirogaru Sky: sky + heroism themed; we only have promo stuff, but I'm very hyped

◯MonsterZ MATEと電音部のファンなのでいずれぶつかってほしいというブログ

MosterZ MATEのファンアカウントで電音部の話ばっかりするの本当にすまん……と思ってたら話してもいいよと言われた（話してほしいとは言われてない）ので電音部の話をします。

◯電音部とは？

いろんなトラックメイカーを連れてきて女性キャラクターが歌ったりDJ（マジで女性声優がターンテーブル回す）したりする簡単に言うとバンナムの女性キャラクター版ヒプマイ的なコンテンツです。

AIが支配する近未来でDJバトルが爆流行りしているという世界観です。電音部というのはそのDJバトルを部活動化したもので、「アキバ」「シブヤ」「ハラジュク」「アザブ」「カブキ」のエリアごとに1校ずつ登場します。各校スタックバトルで優勝すべく切磋琢磨しています。（カブキエリアはフリースクールなので公式大会には出られません（あと切磋琢磨のことをバカにしています））

あとよくわかんないのですがDAO型IPという仕組みを採用しているので上記5エリアの他に電音部という共通モチーフでいろんな会社がそれぞれ独自エリアの楽曲をリリースしています。当初このエリアチェーンで登場するエリアは5エリアが予告されており、実際にリリースがあるのは舞台などを手掛けている株式会社HIKEの「シンオオクボ」、アイカツのSTAR☆ANISやでんぱ組などでおなじみの株式会社ディアステージおよび電音部本店でCGモデル制作を行っている株式会社イルカの「シンサイバシ」、電音部のファッションアイテムやREMIXアルバムをリリースしてきたMY NEW GEARを擁する株式会社ムービックの「イケブクロ」、アイドルグループCY8ERなどでメンバーとして活動しつつプロデュースを行ってきた苺りなはむがCEOを務める15STYLEより「ネオトウキョウ」、以上が稼働中のエリアです。15STYLEからは当初「ネオナカノ」のメンバー募集も行っていたので今後の展開が待たれます。（出るよね！？）（20240107:電音部ウルトラEXPOで声優の山下七海さんプロデュースの「ダイバ」がサプライズ発表されました）

9エリア9校、多くのトラックメイカーやイラストレーター、ファッションデザイナーなど多岐にわたるクリエイターを起用しているのでその中にはMZMに楽曲提供していたり交流があったりする人たちも参加しています。

ので、無理くり、無い点を繋いだり、歌ってくれてうめいたり、しています。

◯何から触れればいい？

音楽の他にノベルや四コマ漫画などが展開されています。

ノベルが本編という扱いになっていますが私は全然読んでないです。（掲載サイトのUIがアレなため……）（コミケなどで書籍版が販売されています）（イケブクロの個別だけ読んでいます）読んでなくても曲だけで全然現場行ってビョンビョン��び跳ねれるのでなんとなくキャラ設定がわかっていれば大丈夫です。

自分が電音部を聞き始めたきっかけとしては前から好きだったtofubeatsが参加していたのと三毛猫ホームレスのmochilonが「mani mani」という楽曲を褒めていたとかなので、トラックメイカーや好きな見た目のキャラクター、CVなどから入るといいと思います。

公式からは電音部入門用CDというのも出ています。（バンナムの5エリアから2曲ずつ10曲入りのCDが1000円で買えます。なんと買わなくても全曲サブスクで聴けます。）

あとシーズンごとの全曲MIXが2つ出てるのでとりあえず聞いてみて良さげな曲をフルで聞いてみるというのもアリかも。それぞれ2時間くらいなので作業のお供にもぜひ。

特にブギボやYacaの参加や狐憑キ歌唱の点などからコーサカさんの参加は多分MZMふたりでの電音部カバーを待つより実現可能性があるなと思っており……（うるせえ！アンジョーさんのwhere is loveが聞きてえんじゃ！）

◯現役Vtuberもいるぞ！

クリエイター面での共通点がめちゃくちゃ多いのですがそもそもCVににじさんじが噛んでいるのでシブヤエリアは全員にじさんじ所属の方です。

劇中最強キャラの鳳凰火凛役を体力測定やTRPGなどでおなじみの健屋花那さんがつとめています。

そもそも自分は電音部が先MZMが後だったのでVtuberの方の楽曲をほぼ聴いたことがなく、しょうみ鳳凰火凛の一曲目「Shining Lights」（作詞作編曲PSYQUI）ではあんまピンときてなかったのですが「CHAMPION GIRL」（作詞q*Left作編曲Giga）のラップでえ！？めちゃくちゃ声良くね！？と衝撃を受けました。しゃくりあげる語尾やダルそうな発声が耳に心地よく好きな曲の一つです。

シブヤは他にシスター・クレアさんやご自身がDJプレイをされる星川サラさんがCVを務めていらっしゃいます。

シスター・クレアさんが担当されている瀬戸海月の楽曲はINTERNET YAMEROなどで有名なaiobahnが手掛けており、懐かしさや寂しさ、哀愁のあるエモーショナル��味わえます。（maltineでyunomiと共同リリースしてた頃から知っているのでむしろエモーショナルなaiobahnのほうが馴染み深いという古参マウント（最悪））（ちなみにちゃんとインターネット・オタク・ワルノリ・ミュージックの方のaiobahnもあります。（MVもあります。））

参加トラックメイカーにもVの方が何人かおられ、先述のミディさんの他にも、瀬戸美夜子さん作詞のハラジュクエリア曲「Future」「Find Me」（共にミディ作曲）、周防パトラさん作詞作編曲のハラジュクエリア桜乃美々兎歌唱曲「電脳ロリポップ」（電脳ロリポップ構文「ぽっぴんぱんのやぱぱぱぱ💦」だけでも覚えて帰ってください）などもあります。

また現役ではありませんがカブキエリアりむる役のをとはさんは過去に「海月ねう」としてVTuber活動をされていた経歴があります。（をとはさん制作によるりむるの歌唱曲「ハカハカイプリンセス」のアニメーションMVも存在するのでご覧ください）（めちゃくちゃかわいくて出来が良いため）

私がVTuberのことを全然知らないので絶対に拾いきれてないと思います。ぜひ掘ってみてください。

そもそもインターネット音楽界隈がめちゃくちゃ広いというわけではないようなので田舎でちょっと音楽を聞いている程度のわたくしのような人間が知っているレベルのアーティスト同士はもうだいたいTwitter相互フォローなんですね。なので上の方で取り上げなかったトラックメイカーもだいたいコーサカさんと相互フォローです。あ〜もう見えたねこりゃ。ワンチャンが見える。もはやワンチャンしか見えない。

また、ディアステージのアキバ、声優のハラジュク、アザブ、にじさんじのシブヤときて、カブキエリアは公募オーディションによりCVが選考され、大神纏役に歌手でラッパーの吉田凛音さん、安倍=シャクジ=摩耶役にラッパーでトラックメイカーでもあるSONOTAさん、りむる役にクリエイターのをとはさんが起用されており、ち、近い、距離が……もうこれどっかで絶対にすれ違っている……

20240115:イケブクロエリア雫來叉手毬役のアーティスト、中村さんそさんは2/10のワニコー出演イベントに出演予定なので完全に激突すんだよなあ（というのを書こうと思って忘れていました）またネオトウキョウエリアねねるねる役苺りなはむさんは15STYLEやBPM15Qなどで多くのDJイベントを主催しています。

別なすれ違い方もしており、「��前略）元気がでるルーレット」収録のUSAGI production「VirtuaREAL.07」参加アーティストの中にも電音部関連アーティストが複数参加しています。

私がVR07発表当時狂っていたのはこれが原因です。

全然さらえていないのですがMY NEW GEARから発売されている電音部Remixアルバムには本編参加クリエイターに加えて更にたくさんのトラックメイカーが参加しているのでもっと接点があると思います。（maltine record関係者とかマシーナリーとも子とかもおるよ！）

ここではトラックメイカーしか挙げれていないのですが前書きにも記した通り電音部では多岐他ジャンルのクリエイターを起用しており、リリース楽曲のジャケットイラストなどはメインキャラクターデザインのMika Pikazoだけではなく毎回全く違うテイストの作家が描き起こしているためそちら方面からもおそらくベン図が重なる部分があると思います。

Remixなどもめちゃくちゃいいのが多いのですがほんとうにめちゃくちゃ膨大になるので今回ははぶいています。本店5エリアから12〜15曲、未リリースエリアを含めないエリアチェーン4エリアより2〜4曲（イケブクロが全曲良すぎるため）選出しています。

アザブ黒鉄たまの「いただきバベル（prod.ケンモチヒデフミ）」とかは賞を取ったり一部で話題になってたのでご存じの方も多いかも。（ちなみに私はアザブ推しの港白金女学院OGです）

でもこんな胡乱なオタクのおすすめプレイリストを聴くより素晴らしい全曲MIXを聴いてもらったほうが絶対にいい……でもおれの好きな曲を知ってほしい……あとRemixを除いた全ての曲がみなさまの利用されているほとんどのサブスクで聞けます……SpotifyとかApple MusicとかYouTube Musicとか……

Netflix has set the first animated TV series based on the long-running Usagi Yojimbo comic books by Stan Sakai. The streamer today announced Samurai Rabbit: The Usagi Chronicles, which is set in a world that mixes modern high-tech images with classic Japanese references.

Spawned from Sakai’s comics that began in 1984 and counting James Wan among its executive producers, the CGI Samurai Rabbit follows the teenage Rabbit Samurai Yuichi, descendent of the great warrior Miyamoto Usagi, on his epic quest to become a true samurai. But he isn’t alone. He leads a ragtag team of misfit heroes – including a roguish bounty hunter, a cunning ninja, an acrobatic pickpocket and a faithful pet lizard – as he battles depth-charging moles, metal-tipped winged bats and monsters from another dimension, all in the pursuit to become the best samurai Usagi.

The series hails from Sakai — creator, writer and illustrator of the comic book series — who will serve as executive producer along with Gaumont, Dark Horse Entertainment and Atomic Monster. Theory: after Steven Universe Future, Steven was reincarnated as Homura from PMMM

Today was absolutely nerve-racking for me and I totally feel like I'm gonna regret this in the long run, but I'm bored as all Hell, soooooo... please, elaborate. I'm in the mood for some nonsense.

I'll do ya one better: Pearl is Akemi Homura reincarnated.

Both are unhealthily devoted to their lovers (Kaname Madoka and Rose Quartz), and their duty to protect Earth isn't genuine, because they're only doing what they have been told by their lovers (Pearl is programmed to follow and obey Rose's orders, and Homura still sees the world as cruel and unforgiving).

They are also extremely insecure, so much to the point of attempting suicide for their lovers' sake (Sworn to the Sword and The Rebellion Story). They hide their insecurities under a façade of confidence, as well as years of war experience.

Not to mention the horrible, horrible things they have done in the name of love (Pearl has endangered Steven and the CGs on multiple occasions, and Homura became the Anti-Christ and keeps Madoka as her personal puppet).

And last but not least: I hate both of them because of the stans who refuse to see how horrendously flawed they are, and constantly coddle them and use their sexuality as an excuse, doing a disservice for WLWs everywhere.

As for Steven, if you ask me, he's more of a combo between Tsukino Usagi* and Kaname Madoka; charismatic and kind, unfairly powerful, but with a worrisome case of Atlas' Complex that just won't quit. Except that Usagi and Madoka weren't angsty hormonal volcanoes, and didn't yelled at their friends every single time they got angry.

*Except that Usagi didn't left her colleagues behind after getting married with Mamoru. I mean, they fought until the very end, so they should all stick together in both good and bad times! I mean, they're all one cosmic matriarchy, these groups are often very close to eachother!
