some note tidbits

- deadcen knows the radcen greg brothers (and even worked with them. sort of. the only one who knows of their whole brother deal)

- the only centrist who is able to gather / meet up with the extremists. esp multiple present & all at once (addendum: that is an incredibly difficult task to achieve in our hc of the centricide universe)

- the only centrist who is able to communicate to said extremists and prevent things from happening (i.e the rap) and is effective due to always being in the dead center all while coming out unscathed (even if deadcen is a little bullied after)

- very happy. very chill. listens to mainstream music. an intermediary (literally)

- the dinkleberg post ruined my life (something along the lines of " the centrist from the rap sorta comes around to water their gardens but if anything mildly inconveniences the extremists they shake their fists and go "dead centrist...!!")

- while counted as strange for being able to miraculously hang out and NOT die via the extremists hands, deadcen is very beloved and well respected ("WHERE IS DEAD CENTRIST!!" "WHERES DEAD CENTRIST" "HE'S DEAd????")

I always viewed them as sort of "man-made gods." That is, beings that require perception, history, lore, myth, and belief. The stronger their constituents, the longer lasting their party, the older they are. Reincarnation occurs after an ideology receives a very harsh blow to their image or dies out. For example, I'd say that after WWII Authright almost reincarnated. But Christian Conservative saved him. (Just like after WWII, America bailed out a lot of N*zis. "The Nazis Next Door: How America Became A Safe Haven For Hitler’s Men" is a great lecture.)

I think their age and appearance more accurately reflects the state of the world, the history of their ideologies/activism, and their impact on social life rather than any merit that their arguments actually hold. Commie claims to be the eldest to both have elder privilege/dominion over others, but he also gives the appearance of being the eldest due to his wide knowledge of history. The USSR was Commie's most defining experience, and its complicated history makes him appear older, a little more sallow. In the 2020s, when social democracy and the Nordic model seems to work, he is young and optimistic. Maybe in his late 20s, but looks 35.

Authright can claim to be the eldest of them all. Disgust, stigmatization, scapegoating, and ostracization all have long histories, especially in the West. He remembers every "wrong" done to him, but can't seem to admit that the Holocaust happened. This sort of philosophical inconsistency and immaturity reflects in his appearance, not his age. He appears twinkish and resorts to childish arguments, in his early 20s in the 2020s, when he's actually probably 40 or late 30s.

Ancap knows what it's like to be old, and it's great. He experienced this in the 19th century with widely unregulated corporations and the industrial revolution. Capitalism grows fast, bloats like pufferfish, but was curbed by the state. He recently had a renaissance in the 20th century, and in the 21st century are now entering into late-stage capitalism. I'd say in 2020s, he appears as a business man in his early 30s, already starting to get the latest and greatest of technology implanted into his body.

Ancom is the youngest of them all, being an ideology that defines itself by breaking away from already established hierarchies. It can be argued that some tribal communities and family units employed anarcho-communism, but Ancom either forgot (reincarnation does cause some amnesia after all) or is ignorant of quis history (like a lot of modern anarchists.) Qui is in queer early 20s, an age where people are young activists and full of idealism. Reincarnation happens a lot for them due to so many failed anarchist revolutions, and so they forget a lot of their relationships, including with the other extremists. It's something I want to explore more in Retail Therapy.

OH MY GOD DO IT.. there’s a lot of f/o-able characters in centricide (which is where ancap’s from) — a brief rundown of centricide: okay, so, you know the political compass… it’s the 4 extremes from each quadrant (communism, fascism, anarcho-communism and anarcho-capitalism) personified. there’s lots of catchy songs involved. these extreme ideologies team up to defeat the centrists, which are the moderate ideologies in the center of the political compass. they are all bad people but it’s so cool i promise. i could go on about centricide for hours, it’s a special interest of mine :3 assigning you a centricide f/o rn… i think you’ll like communism personified (otherwise known as tankie/commie), he’s the fan favorite

why auscap.. whys he australian… i need to know this lore.. it keeps me up at night

glad u asked because im so insane but everyone* i talk to just accepts auscap without question and it hnngngh

so for a little backstory it started in september last year** when i went away with a family friend who had also watched centricide and i asked "wouldnt it be funny if ancap centricide was australian" and there wasnt a single thought behind our eyes when we unaimoiusly agreed yes that would be funny and que the next 2 or so months of being the most annoying headcanoner ever but hey it was fun.

at the same time i was in 9th grade english class in australia and our topic was poetry analysis of silly bogans pre/during the gold rush and the more we analysed the more i was like "hey this shits kinda like ancap centricide" because idk if you have ever been in an australian english/history class but theres a lot of talk about the "[white] australian identity" mainly around when brits began moving here outside of sendign their convicts and during ww1. and the australian identity is mostly centred around being somewhat anti authoritarian and while not technically based in capitalism it was about rich british people getting a taste of the bush and not shutting up ever

because of [white] australias history being in the convicts sent over from england theres an intrinsic sense of anti authoritarianism that was albiet a lot more common in the 19th and 20th centuries but i digress its still relevant idc because it was used in these little bushmen shit where they would idolise this life living outside the government at the time

so the poem that we used for the exam at the end of year 9 english unit 4, while i dont rember the name of the poem nor the writer, i do remember what it was about and what it was about was this guy writing for 6 fucking pages about the bush and how it was so cool and literally made for him he loves it so much and at the back of the pages there was a little biography of the author and you find out that this fucking guy hadnt stepped foot in australia before turning thirty, hes some rich fucking english bloke who came over for the gold rush and left almost immediatly after. the poem we were analysing came from a guy who had never even seen the bush !!! and idk i think thats pretty ancap core

and for a last round of background info from september-november 2021 i actually dmed jreg back n forth about it and ended up getting jrem to confirm auscap as real, and it was real for a whole month before the gender tier list stream on twitch where i asked and jre said that ideologies cant have nationalities um !!! thats not what u told me in dms !!!! also i didnt have any socials at the time that interacted with the centricide fandom apart from my discord so if u were in the authunity server i am NOT sorry for being so annoying about it
