These are prints of two illustrations I did of St. Dymphna and St. Catherine of Siena that both share a similar design concept that I hope to continue using in future illustrations!

St. Dymphna (feast day: May 15) is from Ireland but ran away to Belgium to escape her father (he was trying to marry her, yikes). The green shape above her head is the southern coast of Ireland and the red shape behind her is Belgium.

St. Catherine of Siena (feast day: April 29) was well known for the many letters she wrote, including the ones that insisted the Pope return to Rome from France. The green shape behind her is Italy (the shape inside is of Vatican City) and the red shape in front of her is the coast of France.

These are two icons of an illustration I did of the Madonna and Child, based off of my spouse's favorite statue of Mary and Jesus. Flipping the image on one of them was not intentional, lol, but they are virtually the same.

DIMENSIONS – Approximately 5” x 7.5” x 0.25”

DAMAGE-FREE HANGING – While not included, this wooden icon is flat on the backside which is perfect for hanging with Command Strips. No nails or hooks required!

ORIGINAL ILLUSTRATION – This is one of my illustrations of the St. Pio, more well known as “Padre Pio”. The original was a commissioned piece painted with black gouache. At the top of the icon are hand-painted gold letters that spell out “St. Pio” and surrounding his portrait are white daisies.

BEAUTIFULLY HANDMADE ICON – Each icon is crafted with wood, acrylic paint, and printed paper before being carefully sealed with a UV-protective glossy finish. Each icon is meant to have imperfections due to their unique, unfinished nature so brush strokes will be visible. On the back includes a sticker with my logo, “Cella Bella Illuminations” and my website.

Cella Bella Illuminations IRL!

Okay, so far, I am participating in three craft fairs this year BUT I might actually be able to sign up for one for March 11th. It's a low-cost gamble and since it's in my communitiy I am seriously considering participating - but it IS outdoors... which is also a gamble, lol.

Anyway, here are the craft fairs I will be a vendor at thus far for 2023:

April 15, 10am-4pm - St. Francis Cathedral Spring Craft Fair (Metuchen, NJ) - Indoor event

May 6 - Allaire Village (Farmingdale, NJ) - Outdoor event

September 30 - Allaire Village (Farmingdale, NJ) - Outdoor event

Ngl, this came out great when I printed these cards!! The color came out so vibrant. Learning the ins and outs of my new printer is a process but I think I'm going to really like continuing to print with it. I hope 😆
