I feel like I need to add more to this post because this seems like just me saying I’m posting in AO3 and it’s more than that.

I’m not just posting on AO3, I will be moving my fics there and will be continuing all of my fics there. As of the moment, I’m still deciding whether or not I will continue to post in FF.net, but I’m about 80% decided that it’s a no.

The thing is, this is not a decision I made of my own volition. Let me explain.

For those of you who have been reading my fics or have read some of it, you all know that I write explicit smut scenes. I like writing those scenes. Thing is, one of my more smutty fics has been tagged by a certain group whose members thought it is their duty to be such stuck up, stick in the mud. They left a review on the fic saying that it’s MA and not M rated which has been banned from the site since 2002. This totally makes so much sense to me, considering how 50 Shades of Grey has been born from that hell site, (*rolls eyes*), but hey, rules are rules. The thing is, I can ignore them or curse the fuck out of them, which I would love to do, but either of these actions might cause me my ff.net account and my fics.

(There seems to be a process to the way they work which I will happily discuss if anyone wants to know.)

I worked on those fic, and regardless of my personal feelings about my writing, I will not let them do that to me.

I get that they have their reasons (which according to them is to make sure that the compliant fics get the attention that they deserve but are being overshadowed by fics like mine—and that sounds okay to me except they are bullying people to get to that, but hey, we all can’t get behind everyone’s agenda), but they are annoying the fuck out of me and I can’t deal with that stress right now. I still think it’s bullying, regardless of what they think to help them get sleep at night, but at the risk of getting my fics deleted, I’m backing down.

Having said that, I’m not trying to just spread vitriol against this group, I am entitled to my own opinion and my opinion is that they’re ridiculous kiss asses who have way too much time on their hands, and honestly, it seems like they’re a bunch of children on top of that too…but that’s my opinion and you can formulate yours. This side of the story is mine, and I’m sure they have theirs.

I digress.

Anyway, the point is, I’m moving my fics to AO3 and permanently moving there.

don't stress yourself out like this! nobody expects anything from you, so please don't feel obliged or something, because that's the least we, your fans/followers,want. sure, we freak out whenever there is an update, because your story is simply so very good to read. but we understand if you can't update it (no matter how long it may be).

Hiiii thank you so so much for this. In a way I know not everyone really expects anything from me but sometimes I get too overwhelmed and I don’t function well with that and I get so anxious and I nitpick every single thing I do. Thank you anyway for your kind words I really, really appreciate it. It means so much to me 💕💕
