Review: Jiang Cheng goes back in time and stands by Wei Wuxian's side in the face of the rest of the cultivation world in an effort to keep him alive. Bro I was so emo reading this, it felt do much shorter than 103k. I don't normally like time travel fix its, but I adore this fic it made me feel so many things. Highly recommend. I also don't tend to bookmark fics, but I bookmarked this one

wait so if sokka lost to zuko on iron chef, who went IN as the iron chef?

Zuko was the defending champion - he was more well-known at the time given his family name and being raised in the public eye to some extent. Iron Chef was one of the first shows Sokka appeared on after he first started making a name for himself in the industry. So, unfortunately, Sokka only appeared on one episode for that run (but was invited back later once he had gained more of a following and reputation). 

The producers of Iron Chef have contacted Sokka’s agent a few times to ask if he’ll do a rematch against Zuko. Sokka has told them, in more words: fuck that.

Zuko hates his home. He likes college alright, but he likes Sokka even better, his assigned roommate turned best friend. Spending the summer with Sokka will be fun, a welcome change of pace he desperately wants. It probably won't awaken anything in him... right?
