Disbelief. That's what you felt watching as your boyfriends third goal of the night went in. You couldn't believe you had just witnessed Nico's first hat trick as a Devil and with his mom sat next to you. You could feel the arena buzz with excitement, hats thrown on the ice as Nico skated down the line of his teammates giving each one a fist bump. This was a moment he was going to cherish for the rest of his life.

The final whistle blew with the Devils winning the game. The crowd chanting Nico's name filled the stadium. His mom was overjoyed at the reception her son was receiving. She threw her arms around you, hugging you tight, grateful to be sharing this moment with you, someone her son is in love with.

After the interview on the ice had finished, you were escorted down to wait outside the locker rooms. You stood a little off to the side to allow Nico's mom to have a moment alone with her son. You know having his mom there for his first hat trick made it more special for him.

You were chatting with one of the girls, so you missed the way he looked at you after his mom said something in Swiss German to him. If you knew the language then you'd know she approved of your relationship and asked her son about proposing to you. All he said was 'one day' with a shy smile. Truthfully, before tonight, he had thought about marrying you but seeing you with his mom, celebrating his hat trick solidified it. He couldn't imagine celebrating his accomplishments with anyone else.

"Hey." Nico greeted, wrapping his arms around your waist, pulling you so you were flush against his body.

"Congratulations! You were incredible tonight Neeks." You grinned, struggling to hide the excitement you felt. "Everyone is so proud of you. I'm so proud."

"Thank you, Y/N" He said, smiling bashfully. "It means a lot. I couldn't have done it without."

"I've not done anything." You shook your head. Nico tucked the stray bit of hair behind your ear, his fingers lingering on your cheek.

"You're here with me. That's more than enough." He leaned in, gently pressing a soft kiss onto your lips. "I love you Y/N."

"I love you too."

Three years ago,

It had been a few days since you had given birth to your beautiful baby girl, Mara. As soon as Pedri laid his eyes on her and held him in his arms he said, “She’s mine. She’s all mine” and you couldn’t help but smile. He had been excited for this baby the whole nine months through, helping you through the entirety of the pregnancy. Even though he won’t admit it, you swear he started crying when you revealed it to him.

Months later, Mara began to babble, saying things in her baby language only she could understand. Then her first word came; Papi. Another moment that Pedri refuses to admit made him shed a tear.

Once she started to walk, she followed Pedri everywhere. If he went to the bathroom, she would stand outside the door and wait for him. He wanted to cook? Okay, so did Mara. She was a daddy’s girl through and through, begging mommy to take her to his matches. And you would, wearing a jersey that was a little too big for her with her daddy’s name on the back and pigtails in her hair.

A year later,

Mara had begun speaking in full sentences. It was kind of broken, but she still tried her best. She had grown to be friends with Raphinha’s son, Gael. While the two kids hung out, Pedri and Rapha did too. You would stay and talk to Raphinha’s wife, Taia, and both of your families would sometimes go out together as one.

You remember one night Mara was a year and a half years old and you and Pedri were having a quiet argument while she slept. Your voices began to raise from just above a whisper, waking your baby.

“Mamá, papi, are you okay?” She asked, an innocent tone in her voice. She had inherited Pedri’s big brown eyes, which just added onto the softness of it all. Naive Mara was, not yet having the capability to pick up on things.

“Everything’s okay, nena. Come here,” Pedri answered for the two of you, Mara climbing into bed with the two of you, your small family falling asleep together.

A year after that,

Pedri and you decided it was time for Mara to have a friend at home, thus became the idea of ‘Nilo.’ Nilo was not one specific dog yet, but the two of you decided together that that was going to be its name. You decided to surprise your baby for her second birthday, and excited was an understatement.

“It’s a puppy!” She exclaimed as she chased Nilo around, petting him repeatedly once she reached him.

You caught Pedri smiling at his baby and his new dog. “He’s all yours, nena.”

The four of you would now go on trips together, one being the zoo. Mara was now fully walking and you and Pedri had taught her to hold him on a leash.

She would walk him around and show him the animals, pointing at one and saying, “Look Nilo!”

The ones she couldn’t see at her height she would whine and her papi would pick her up. She would gasp and say, “Mamá! Look!” And point out the color of the animal.

The next year,

There was a home match in Barcelona and Mara hadn’t been to one in a while. This time, you went with Gael and Taia, the children wearing customized jerseys with their own names on them while you and Taia represented your husbands.

At this game in particular, Pedri scored with Rapha’s assist. Although the kids didn’t quite understand it much, they still celebrated their fathers’ goal and assist together.

Instead of his signature celebration, Pedri decided he was going to dedicate his goal to his girls; you and Mara.

More seriously, it's really wholesome how most of the team pile on to celebrate with the winning duo. KURONA you guys, he doesn't even hesitate!! He's so happy for Isagi

I can't wait to see this in the official release, but damn... The Emperor is Not Happy. It really reminds me of Isagi's DAMN IT panel from chapter 230—probably on purpose. Kaiser is Michael's ideal after all... but is the novice beginning to surpass the star?

Not pictured in the leaks: Kunigami or Yukimiya's reactions. Hmm... We do get wonderful reaction shots of the two coaches and Ness, as well as a disappointed Ubers. Also no sign of Barou—they're saving that confrontation for next week.

We get some interesting panels of Hiori too. Waiting on the fan translation, but to me it seems like he's going to put off quitting... at least while he's motivated to pursue goals the way he did with Isagi this match.

But for me, the key excitement came towards the end of the leaks. Because we didn't get just a glimpse of what's going on beyond the Ubers match...

We got the full-ass ending of the Manshine City v Paris X Gen match.

I was not expecting to get this level of detail on our favourite edgy emo. Rin is absolutely dominating PXG by the looks of it. Isagi can't rest on his laurels yet.

I was also not expecting our princess to be the sole scorer of this match! On the one hand: COME THROUGH MY STRAWBERRY HAIRED SON! ❤️❤️❤️ I'M SO PROUD OF YOU! I wish they showed more of Chigiri this chapter... but at least they gave us chapter 213.

But still, damn Manshine... get it together.

It could be years until we get the full story behind this match—but Nagi seems to be struggling just as chapter 207 foreshadowed. It's hard to believe he couldn't motivate himself against Rin, who's another established rival of his. Ah well. Maybe he'll redeem himself against Ubers and Barou?

Overall, cracking chapter... and I haven't actually read a word of it yet!

A/N: BEFORE Y'ALL COME AT ME, I respect Miles and Keleigh's relationship and marriage. THEY ARE RELATIONSHIP GOALS!!!! I wanted to write this because I love Miles and baseball. If you feel this isn't for you, please don't read it.

When Aaron was born, you and Miles decided not to travel with him until he was 1. There were many reasons you guys didn't want to travel with him: He was too young, there was still a virus happening, and you just wanted to have your little family for a while. It wasn't until The Teller Family Group chat started asking when you would visit Philadelphia.

TELLER FAMILY GROUP CHAT

Merry Teller: Hey Y/N and Miles! I hope I'm not bothering you two but I was wondering if you three can visit Philadelphia soon. We miss you three.

Dana Teller: Dang she put you on the spot. You gotta answer now Y/N and Miles 😈

Merry Teller: DANA DON'T USE THAT EMOJI!!!

Miles: Hi Mom. Dana 😑 We were actually talking about that earlier. Y/N and I are thinking about going over there to celebrate Aaron turning one.

After the text messages from the Teller Family Group chat, you and Miles decide to plan your trip to Philadelphia. You guys decide that you'll be staying there during Aaron's birthday week. You'll mostly be spending time with family and going locally to places Miles went to during his youth so that Aaron can experience what his dad did growing up.

"Hey Hot Stuff." You yell for Miles.

"Yes Sugar. What do you need?" He finds you and sees that Aaron is crying. He was crying because you were putting a Phillies hat on him. "Why are you crying baby boy?"

"He doesn't like the Phillies hat. When I put it on him he was confused and started crying." You explain to Miles why he's crying.

"Don't cry, baby boy. This hat is daddy's favorite team." Miles holds the toddler hat and shows it to Aaron. Aaron looks at the hat and grabs the hat with his tiny hands. Miles hoped that Aaron would like the hat but Aaron throws the hat across the room and starts crying.

"You see he doesn't like the hat. It's probably because it's not the Dodgers." You laugh at your comment while Miles was giving you a dirty side eye.

"Don't use our son's pain to comfort you." He says to you seriously while Aaron was crying. All of a sudden you hear Miles's dad, Mike come into your room.

"Oh no! What happen Aaron!?"

Aaron turns around and sees his grandpa, "PAPA. PAPA!!!" He continues crying for his Papa until Mike takes him into his arms.

"It's okay Aaron. Your Papa is here." Mike comforts Aaron and helps him to calm down. "What happened to my grandson!"

"Y/N was getting him ready for the game after he took his nap. He was okay until she put on the hat. He started crying because of the hat." Miles explains to his father the reason why his grandson was crying. "Y/N thinks it's because it wasn't a dodgers hat."

"Hey don't expose me! I'm trying to stay your dad's favorite child in law!!" Mike starts laughing at your comment.

"Aww, you poor thing," Mike says while wiping Aaron's tears. "I think your MiMi has something else that you'll like." The word MiMi gets Aaron all happy and excited. "You want to call MiMi?" Aaron responds by smiling at his Papa. "MiMi!"

"MiMi!" Aaron repeats what his Papa says. They keep calling for MiMi until she comes into Miles and Y/N's room.

"Yes, baby boy. What do you need from your MiMi?" Merry asks Aaron. He gets all excited and starts smiling.

"Aaron started crying because he doesn't like the Phillies hat. Can you please get the jersey we brought for him?" Mike asks Merry if she can get it and she says yes.

"Wait you bought him a jersey?" You ask your father-in-law, while your mother in law was going to the living room and getting the jersey.

"Yes, we did dear. He's our first grandchild from Miles so we wanted to spoil him." She comes in holding a powder blue toddler jersey. It was custom made so on the back it said TELLER with the number 1.

"Do you like that baby boy?" Mike asks his grandson and he starts to smile. "Why don't we put it on you?" Merry hands Mike the toddler jersey so that he can put it on Aaron.

"Aren't you so cute baby boy!!" Miles's mom squeals with happiness as her grandson was wearing the powder blue jersey. Aaron matches his MiMi's energy and gets all happy.

"No crying from Aaron. He really likes it." Miles says to you as you guys watch him and his grandparents so happy.

"I guess that's a good thing," You look up at Miles and give him a small smile. "He's a little traitor though for liking that jersey but he is adorable."

"It's okay Sugar." He says getting closer to your ear. "Tonight my parents are going to take care of Aaron so we can have some alone time. I'll make it up to you." He looks at you with a smirk on his face.

He's definitely going to make it up to you tonight.
