Thinking about my characters and their relationships with music, and how it all differs from mine, they all really have a different relationship with Everything from each other which is on purpose, I wanted to make 4 then 5 then 6 characters who were all different from each other in almost every way, the only ones I'm having purposefully similar are the 2 that are father and offspring, which I need to actually make them more similar, I really like everything about them so far, the offspring is more developed so far because I actually plan to actively use them for their created purpose, but I just think the nature vs nurture thing is interesting, most of my characters don't have their parents in their lives anymore/right now for one reason or another, offspring has their proxy parents. And hopefully the currently disowned one will get his shit together and be welcome back to family christmas or whatever. It's obvious I have issues with my own parents lol.

#cb is currently disowned till he gets his shit together. his parents adopted him as a baby. his bio parents have been gone since birth.#lr never met their father/he doesn't know they exist and doesn't want to. their shitty mother was murdered when they were 10. raised and #loved dearly to this day but no longer living together by their mom's best friend and her long term bf #wj's father is also not in the picture but I think he was for a short time when they were a young young kid. mom then married a cult guy.#so they ran away at 15.#fp had both decent-good parents but I imagine they're dead now as he's 58. could still be alive. haven't really thought about it.#pm's father died when he was in his 20s bc his parents were older when they had him. mother was always detached from him idk if she's still #alive.#sd's parents went missing when they were very young and never were found. raised by grandparents who are either dead or in a home.#probably a lights are on but nobody's home thing if they are alive #personal shit #this post was gonna be about their music taste but then it wasn't
