Okay so I KNOW that you're a selfship kinda gal most of the time, but I recently saw this jp artist on one of my feeds that's been drawing some kinda really cute Idia/Jack things lately? What are your thoughts, queen 🎙

Since Idia is amongst my top faves, I always liked to imagine him and Jack interacting more 😭I'm mostly indifferent to shipping them romantically, like I don't think I'd go on my way to look for fanfics or whatever but I always go crazy seeing fanart of them together since it's so rare! The fact they are completely OPPOSITES makes for such a fun dynamic but it makes them also rarely interact or want to do anything with each other 😭*puts them in a small pot so I can force them to be on the same space*

Tbh I like to think that Idia is secretly salty and envious of Jack because Jack looks like a cool shonen protagonist irl or a superhero... kinda like the type of character Idia envisioned to be when he was a kid before the tragedy with Ortho happened and he's just like ''ugh that macho guy thinks he's a chad doesn't he🙄'' when Jack is just existing 😂

If I'm going to be honest, I think Idia does have a few fictional hunk oshis on his own but he feels conflicted when seeing an irl buff guy bc it's a mixture of simp admiration and repulsion (bi ace king imo) like it's funny to imagine Idia spying on him with his tablet and being like ''look at those HD muscle definitions... omg it's just like (insert hunk character)'' but getting close to Jack irl makes Idia viscerally recoil and want to run for his life 😭 (as seen in his recent room relaxation vignette, FINALLY my crumbs!!!)

Also this is mostly an AU I keep in private in discord servers but sometimes I think of how..... fitting it would be for a hercules AU where Idia is (obviously) Hades and Jack is Herc 🫢CAUSE HHJGDHNfdjjgXX...... PURE HEARTED, SLIGHTLY NAIVE, STRONG, BEEFY...... ITS FITTING FOR JACK RIGHT??? (and twstvic as Meg for... for obvious reasons.... b-but this isn't about my yumes)

Realistic it wouldn't go like that cause Idia can barely stay within a 3-meter radius from Jack...

Couple things cause I'm tired of having to explain if I ship a pairing and having to explain "yes but I don't want to see them." Or "I don't care about them at all and hate seeing art but they are still very obviously a couple."

💜 Purple shipping; I will actively go out of my way to see content of these characters.

❤️ Red Shipping ; I enjoy these characters relationship and like when I see stuff of them, but I don't actively go out of my way to see them

💛 Yellow shipping ; Generally either don't care about them as a couple or dislike, but I don't mind seeing art

💚 Green shipping ; I see them as a couple/or they definitely should be/I accept them canonically being together, but I'm not passionate about their relationship and either don't care about or don't want to see much content for it

🩷 Pink Shipping ; Generally don't care about them as a couple or dislike them but I do enjoy the art (can be limited to just art from mutuals/certain artists)

🖤 Black shipping ; I dislike this relationship AND do not want to see any content related to it.

+ this all can apply to non-romantic forms of relationships btw!!! Like something could be a pink ship platonically but a black ship romantically and a green ship sensually etc

🔒 locked ship : I only ship them in this dynamic/am not open to shipping these characters with other characters

🔓 Unlocked ship : I don't mind other relationships with these characters generally

🔏 lockpicker ship : unsure/ask about specific ships

🔐 Keyed ship : I generally only want to see these characters in this relationship. I have specific exceptions but am not open to new exceptions being made.

♾️ infinite ship: I have many different ships and dynamics with these characters. (Also can just say you're a multishipper lol)

Example of How I'd use it? If I wanted to talk about shipping KiraPucci I'd say its a infinite purple ship or 💜♾️ (order of emojis/terms don't matter lol) ship because I actively seek out content for them but have many other ships with one or both of them involved with other people.

Another example; with EsiKars I'd say its a green lockpicker ship or 💚🔏 , I generally don't care about their relationship but they're so obviously a couple, still I don't care for seeing art of it. And I don't really like seeing other ships involving them- but am potentially open to exceptions.
