my academic advisor and i have a strained relationship, and i always get really stressed out when i have to meet with him at year of judgment and doing smth stupid - one such meeting i have tomorrow!

I believe these are not proper coping methods to move on. In fact, I think this is counterintuitive to their growth. They refuse to listen.

I believe it would be beneficial for Cath to take a substantial break. I understand they are essential to the company but Cath's insistence on working is unhealthy.
