Andy & Amber decided to play, while Alice slept. You can see they have goopy eyes; we are treating them but I hadn't had a chance to wash their eyes off yet. These guys have come out of their shells. Meet Walker! If you were to ask “What do cats, Kung Fu, and botany have in common?”, our answer would be Walker. Beyond single-handedly reviving the rainforest in his apartment, at the studio, you’re never surprised to walk in on him doing Kung Fu moves while projects are exporting or catching him casually sneaking into your meetings because he’s too excited not to be a part of every creative process. On top of that, he films beautiful wedding footage, cuts a mean rug on reception dance floors, and cuts an even meaner edit from all the footage. — We aren’t done there though. He is an exceptionally loyal friend with the kindest heart – you’ll find his desk scattered with things like photos of his family & friends. He treats his work family like we’re related and have known each other for a million years – going out of his way to brew gourmet French press coffee in the mornings, making an incredible home-cooked Friendsgiving meal, and keeping us well-informed of the latest hit K-pop songs & music videos. In his personal life, he advocates for human rights, the care of the planet (the only time you see him upset is when you accidentally throw something recyclable in the trash), and impacts the world by fostering cats. Walker is fierce in life, love, and his pursuit of a Kung Fu championship win. Little Miss Kayla is out 1st kitten this season and she has, of course, sought out Willow, our 1st foster fail, for comfort. We said goodbye today to this sweet mama. FIP took beautiful Cora via euthanasia. Brian said HAS was awesome. He said that Cora stayed calm and just loved on him while she drifted off to sleep. We fostered her for 3 months to ensure, as much as you can, that she had FIP. Cora had a good 4 weeks of running up and down the hallway; sleeping with other foster, and playing we our own babies. Then the crash came and we knew. Brian took on the job of helping her cross over to save me some if the pain. I love him dearly for being such a great foster dad and a great boyfriend. As for Miss Cora, she is over the Rainbow Bridge running, jumping, stalking and pouncing without any congestion and she can breathe. Our new babies! These guys were found out in the country. They are about 3-4 weeks old, malnourished, full if intestinal worms, and have the tell-tale goopy eyes. We still have the Star Trek TNG litter and their mama, Beverly. Sweet Geordi & adorable Jean-Luc have been adopted by an old high school friend, but both boys have been under the weather.
