One of my favorite genres of dynamic is two characters who absolutely hate each other but who are forced to work together anyways.

(These two are Fionnlagh Roselorre (left; he/him) and Ke Iaong (right; she/her) and they literally never mean to work together, but unfortunately they are both adventurers following the same leads and they keep stumbling into each other)
