Carrot Cake with Lemon Cashew Cream Frosting...🍃❤️🥕🧁🥕❤️🍃 Inspiration for my day. It's going to be another scorcher here, 42℃ 😝 Not happy Jan, but to make up for it I think I need to make a nice cool MT so we can hang out in the air con all day. When it's like this we have to water our veggie garden 2-3 times a day to keep it alive. The leaves go crispy if we don't. Anyway, have a great day, I'm heading back to my kitchen.
