I have a question what was auntie April’s reaction when she first met the turtle tots

April actually helped Casey Marie at creating the tots but she had no idea her daughter wanted to convert them into warriors. So when the tots were mutated, after Casey Marie just sped up the process of the babies creation after Mikey got hurt against Hiroto, April just felt a sense of accomplishment at managing the successful endeavor.

April would only get realize her love for the tots when she's kissing them and Mikey goodbye before they left New York for good, leaving her and Casey Marie behind.
