anyone wants to hear about wedding traditions?
no?
Anyways, the airship’s wedding tradition is actually very recent, as in, Restille literally started it with no precedent
it’s not a very flashy tradition. One of the pair chooses an item that holds some personal significance to the other (often a piece of apparel) and the other chooses something that somehow mirrors it and then they exchange them! They also get a ‘surname’ (only the pair, not their kids though) based off the items they gave each other.
For example, Restille gave Gilnar the Crown of Bones and she gave him Gilded Crown as a response. Their second name ended u being ‘Coronet’

Gilnar often drags someone into the infirmary and Kyrsten kinda hates her for that, but, to be fair, she always gives a fair warning before acting, but because they judge her poorly (or bcs they’re drunk), the warned dragons usually don’t expect her stone-faced and stoic self to follow through with the threat
