                            " ah,  gotcha.  yeah,  no  ━━  i  totally  get  that.  management  seems  .  .  .  like  a lot.  like,  a  whole  lot. "  conversation  starts  veering  in  a  sort  of  constricting  direction  and  she's  quick  to  try  and  steer  it  opposite.  " oh!  a  greenhouse  sounds  wonderful!  you  could  totally  make  it  like  those  .  .  .  those  uhm  .  .  . "  fingers  drum  atop  counter  as  she  struggles  to  recall  the  word.  " oh,  botanical  gardens!  i've  seen  them  only  in  old  photos  or  grime  -  covered  textbooks,  but  to  be  able  to  actually  leisure  about  in  one  would  be  so  amazing.  so  if  you  ever  did,  you  could  totally  count  me  in  as  a  helper! "

"absolutely, honest to god truth, i have absolutely no, none, zilch nada in the way of business aspirations of any kind. the idea of running a business actually makes me kind of sick. too much work. i was not made for boss positions. besides, contrary to popular belief, just because i'm good with plants doesn't mean i'm, like, good with plants." she shrugs, a feigning disinterest, a downplay of any talent she might actually possess. "it would be awesome to have my own greenhouse where i could grow whatever i wanted to, i guess. but beyond that, i'll stick to my government mandated role in life."

                            “ no,  yeah.  but  you  never  thought  it'd  be  awesome  to  have  your  own  natural  remedies  shop ?  and  of  course,  like  you  said,  actual  medications  are  probably  loads  better  ━━  but  you  can't  deny  that  it's  an  amusing  thought. ”
