Podcast Adventure le film II et l'arc 1 : Teenage Years VO VS VA

Si le film marche, on aurais la possibilité de faire une suite de la fanfiction, ainsi que le premier arc de Podcast Adventure.

Le deuxième film se déroule après l'arc 1 donc en printemps 2014. Comme dans les Simpson, Bob l'éponge ou Pokémon, les âges reste les même. Il se déroule la moitie de la saison 3 d'Amphibia, la saison deux de Luz à Osville et entre la saison 1 et deux de Dead End : le parc des paranormal.

Durant l'arc 1, il se déroule après le premier film et les spin-off. Le premier épisode se déroule après l'Ecosse, tandis que l'épisode 2 et 6 se déroule avant le premier film et comme je l'ai dit : il se déroule à New-York et à Royal Wood

Which one is Maria Santiago's sibling? Frida or Carlos? Because I think it would be revolutionary if Carlos took Frida's last name. I want a spin-off with the Casagrande family. I want to know what happened with Bobby and Ronnie Anne's father. Wouldn't it be neat if they did a Day of the Dead special? Also Leni and Carlotta so need to meet and interact. I hope Lori and Bobby can keep their relationship strong. With Skype technology they might keep it up long enough until college.

Abstract

Background

Alternating induction and maintenance phases is a common strategy in metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC). Metronomic chemotherapy (metroCT) may represent a well-tolerated chemotherapy backbone for maximising bevacizumab effect during maintenance. The MOMA trial was designed to compare metroCT plus bevacizumab versus bevacizumab alone as maintenance following 4 months of induction with FOLFOXIRI plus bevacizumab.

Patients and methods

In this phase II study, patients with unresectable mCRC were randomised to receive up to 8 cycles of FOLFOXIRI plus bevacizumab, followed by bevacizumab (arm A) or the same regimen followed by bevacizumab plus metroCT (capecitabine 500 mg/three times per day and cyclophosphamide 50 mg/die, arm B) until disease progression. The primary end-point was progression-free survival (PFS). According to the Rubinstein and Korn's design, to detect a hazard ratio[HR] of 0.75 favouring arm B, with 1 sided-alpha and beta errors of 15% and 80%, 173 events and 222 patients were required.

Results

Between May 2012 and March 2015, 232 patients, mostly with RAS (65%) or BRAF (9%) mutant tumours, were randomised in 16 Italian centres.

At a median follow-up of 47.8 months, 210 and 164 progression and death events were registered. The primary end-point was not met. Median PFS was 10.3 and 9.4 months in arm B and A, respectively (HR: 0.94 [70% confidence interval {CI}: 0.82–1.09], p = 0.680). No significant differences were reported in terms of overall survival (OS) (median OS arm B/A: 22.5/28 months; HR: 1.16 [95%CI: 0.99–1.37], p = 0.336).

Response rate with FOLFOXIRI plus bevacizumab was 63% (arm B/A: 58%/68%). In the liver-limited subgroup, the secondary resection rate was 49% (arm B/A: 45%/55%).

Conclusions

The addition of metroCT to maintenance with bevacizumab does not significantly improve PFS of mCRC patients. The activity of FOLFOXIRI plus bevacizumab is confirmed in a population with high prevalence of RAS/BRAF mutations treated with a 4-months induction.

Fall On-Sites: Rehashing My Favorite Experiences

Since the Arts Management field of study relies so heavily on interactions with professionals, most of our Fall 2017 classes involved one-on-one meetings with curators, managers, artists and entrepreneurs outside of the classroom; I lovingly refer to these meetings as “on-sites” and my best experiences in grad school have definitely taken place off campus. Here I’ll reminisce about a few on-sites that continue to stick out in my mind for various reasons. 

Meeting with Stefano Marson of GNAM

Maybe this on-site strikes such a chord in me because it was the first one of the semester - finally we were free of the chains of readings and powerpoints and breaking through to the exhilarating world of museum management! Anyways, Stefano Marson is the Registrar and the Galleria Nazionale d’Arte Moderna in Rome and he spent the morning telling us about the recent re-hanging of the GNAM’s permanent collection. This was a really unique opportunity to understand the thought processes and objectives of the curators and the museum at large in the re-presentation of a collection that opened to the public in 1883. Stefano explained that the museum seeks to provoke thoughts and ultimately engage the public in new, sometimes more challenging, ways. They have eliminated the chronological model in presenting artworks, and have instead relied on various thematic and aesthetic connections to structure the galleries. In addition, the amount of explanatory wall text has been kept to a minimum in an effort to get visitors asking questions about why art is displayed the way it is, and to hopefully use that opportunity to relate personally to themes and ideas presented in the artworks. 

Stefano also was able to take us into the storage area of the museum and show off the GNAM’s overflowing collection of 19th and 20th century art from across the globe. I can’t speak for my cohort, but as an art nerd, this was an absolute dream to be able to experience significant artworks! 

Meeting with Danilo Eccher & Gaia Casagrande at ENJOY

This on-site was one of my favorites because of the content and because of the amazing professionals we got to meet. ENJOY is a show at the Chiostro del Bramante and concerns itself with the interactive nature of art. As we were guided through the exhibition by Gaia, she communicated ideas about how we are able to interpret many things from artworks, and how the ability to interact with those art pieces physically can really affect the visitor experience. When we spoke with the curator, Danilo Eccher, he reiterated these ideas, but also answered our questions about the details; he talked at length about the process of selecting specific works, dealing with spatial constraints of an exhibition space, and placing the works in a way that will [hopefully] communicate the central ideas of an exhibit to its guests. 

Also, the experience that we students were able to have on-site really made the difference in this class. Sure, you can sit around in class and look at photos of an exhibition layout and how that can affect a visitor, but in this instance we were learning from our personal participation. That’s what made it such a unique and meaningful class experience. 

Meeting with Carlotta Caruso at Museo delle Terme di Diocleziano

This on-site was particularly interesting because the Museo delle Terme di Diocleziano is an archeological museum preserving what is left of the Roman baths of Emperor Diocletian in the center of Rome today. Although this museum focuses on the presentation and conservation of the ancient site, it faces contemporary issues in dealing with visitor engagement and the communication of ideas to a wide-ranging audience. Carlotta Caruso spoke with us about the tools available to a museum in the education of the public, including wall text, exhibition layout, reconstructions and videos. The education department of such a large museum, she explained, must take into account an international audience, ranging in age from school kids to seniors, from diverse cultures and backgrounds and people with any type of disability. She pointed to many specific examples of these tools, from the use of “silent videos” in the communication of ideas for visitors who have difficulty reading, to the general efficiency of small-scale models detailing the archeological site as it once-was in aiding visitors to imagine how the baths would have looked in their hay-day. 

Overall, these on-site classes demonstrate the crossover and blending of theory and practice. Having spent the time with academic materials in a classroom, it is really key that we are able to then relate those ideas to real-world examples, and meetings with people like Stefano, Gaia, Danilo and Carlotta make that possible for students!

Voici mon premier spin off de ma fanfiction de Podcast Adventure.

Ici, ce fanfic parlera d'un personnage venant de la franchisent des tortues ninjas, Raphael. Dans ce spin off, il se déroule dans l'arc deux après que Lincoln, ses frères, April, les frères Christivoirien, Albert, Wendy, Dipper, Mabel, Irving, Clyde, Ronnie Anne et Carlotta se téléporte dans une autre dimension.

Comme dans la série original, il y aura des chapitre qui sont des adaptation de la série des Casagrande avec des élément des tortues ninjas, Raphael et peu d'action.

Je ne vais pas parler le résumé de ma fanfic, je vais écrire tout ce que je sais. Il n'as pas encore de date de sortir, mais j'avais des idée avec ce spin off.
