🔑Just Sold!🔑 This property in Carillon Lakes hit the market the same time Covid-19 did. I had to become a virtual realtor within days so I could sell this home for my out of state seller. I spent hours being coached by the best coaches and masterminds on how to run a business during Covid-19 and most importantly how to sell homes during the pandemic. I never missed a beat. I learned zoom and did virtual open houses, 360 photos and videos and lots of virtual tours. My photographer was in Tampa and I didn't want him to come to Lakeland because Hillsborough at the time was hit hard with Covid-19 and my other one had a young family and I didn't want to risk her getting out too.
