TUFF MTB 928NG wheels. The newest technology we are applying to our rims is smooth molded holes with no drilling. The molded holes result in a rim with no increase in weight over traditional drilled spoke holes, but increased strength by around 60%. In each spoke hole is embedded a thin metal cap which is molded into the structure during manufacturing. the fibers are continuous and not cut during drilling.
